"I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fabulous Italian restaurant that offered a wonderful atmosphere, exceptional service, delicious food, and a beautiful staff. A group of six of us visited on Saturday night after attending the Abba Voyage performance, and to our delight, the staff played Abba music when they learned about our evening's plans! It was also my birthday, and although none of us mentioned it to the staff, they were attentive to our celebration and made my dessert extra special by presenting it with a huge candle. We had a fantastic night and will definitely return."

"It was our first time eating at Giovanni’s yesterday after recently moving to Knutsford. And what a treat it was. The waiter could not have been any better and went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely meal. He even bought over a little juice and ice cream for our 2 year old and also a dessert treat for my husband as it was his Birthday. The service was outstanding and the food was just delicious. "we have eaten in viva l’italia and enjoyed our meal and service. at this opportunity the owner called to say that the restaurant was renovated, so our booking to the Italian steak house was handed over its other restaurant in windsor. the food was average and my order of carbonara without cream came with cream. the homemade tiramisu was more like a cake, was crushed in chocolate sauce and had little taste. the waiters were friendly, but I came disappointed. To be fair, we only paid 50% for the carbonara, but it would have been better to serve what had been ordered. I really want to like this place, but I'm not sure I'm coming back."

"We recently dined at Viva L'Italia and had a pleasant experience with both the food and service. However, we were informed that the restaurant had been renovated and our booking for the Italian steakhouse was transferred to their other location in Windsor. The food was average, and my carbonara order without cream was served with cream. The homemade tiramisu resembled more of a cake, was drowned in chocolate sauce, and lacked flavor. The staff were friendly, but overall, I left feeling disappointed. We were given a 50% discount for the incorrect carbonara, but it would have been better to receive the correct dish. While I had hoped to enjoy Viva L'Italia, I am unsure if I will return in the future."

"We went to dinner on Friday after work with friends. At first, we thought it was pretty quiet for a Friday night, but the atmosphere picked up. The ambiance was lovely, very cozy and intimate, and the waiter who served us was very friendly, not intrusive but informative when needed. For starters, we all had a variety of dishes: pate della casa, antipasto della casa, salad, and eggplant parmigiana. For mains, we had a T-bone steak, classic pasta dish, and a delicious chicken romano dish. Overall, we were satisfied with our meals, the seasoning, and the flavors were great. However, my friends who had the steak were not overly impressed. They felt that the texture of the meat suggested it might have been frozen at some point, rather than fresh. Despite this, we had a nice dining experience and would consider coming back. Next time, we may stick to the authentic Italian dishes as this is an Italian restaurant, and they do them very well."

"We really enjoyed the diverse menu at this restaurant, especially the numerous vegetarian and vegan options available. For appetizers, we tried the Burrata salad and calamari. The Caruso pizza I ordered was delicious, with a light base and soft crust. We were pleasantly surprised that dessert was complimentary on Mondays, making it a perfect treat for my son's birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive, even singing a birthday song for my son when they brought out his dessert. It was a nice touch to have authentic Italian personnel, adding to the true taste of the food. The restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere that was family-friendly. We would definitely return for another meal."

"What a disgraceful way to treat people. I booked this restaurant for 14th February for 4 people six weeks ago, booked through the Italian Club themselves. I made it clear that we were not interested in Valentines Night and that seemed to be that. Then I received an e-mail 26/01/24 demanding £40 within the next hour or the booking would be cancelled, I didnt see the mail until 27/01/24 and a booking cancellation confirmation e-mail as well. We are people of a certain age and are not in the habit of breaking booking once made. I will not consider this restaurant as worthy of my money ever again. Plenty more fish in the sea!! I'm off to find one who treats the customer as king."

"Sergio’s is a fantastic experience all the way around, it starts first with the people. Friendly and personable. Dottie, Kasha, Hamza were attentive and engaging. We cannot say enough good things about them. We began our evening with a glass of Prosecco, accompanied with a mixed variety of olives w/ bright sliced citrus enhancing the flavors, which was perfect to snack. Along with the seafood salad: perfectly tender octopus, squid, mussels and clams. For our main course we enjoyed the evening special: king prawns w/spicy linguine. The prawns were split, and were nearly as large as your hand. The Veal Limone, a mainstay on the menu was tender and accompanied with shaved Parmesan and crisp arugula greens. We closed out the evening with an espresso and limoncello while sharing a delightful chat with Dottie. Her personality radiated, she was so welcoming and engaging which truly made you feel like family. Highly recommend you make Sergios part of your London journey, if you’re looking for authentic Italian with a neighborhood vibe, you’ve truly found the right place!"

"Recommended to us by a friend, Italian Pizza Connection is an authentic Italian pizzeria with ultra friendly staff and gigantic, thin crust pizzas. Since it was very near our hotel in Bayswater, we decided to check it out. "Just home from special dinner with my family. Mark the owner took time to explain the menu personally and made us feel like VIP guests. We had two small children aged 3 and 6 with us and were concerned about their requirement. Mark listened to them and they were catered for with exceptional food and service which added to our experience. The food was exceptional.
