"Missing atmosphere, background music seemed to be from a radio channel, but was drowned by owner managers on a personal video call. Despite the fact that I had asked to order the appetizers, and then we would have more time with our choice for the main thing, the manager came back to repeat the specials and not leave the table until he had taken the order for our main thing... We were not offered a wine list and when my partner ordered a bottle of Pinot, we discovered at the time of payment of the invoice that we were given a £28 bottle of Pinot!!! There were 4 options for dessert, 3 of them were chocolate based and very basic options overall. Generally disappointed by the whole evening, as we had eaten in a Greek restaurant 1 week earlier and play a really nice meal, pleasant atmosphere, Greek music in the background, no rush on our orders and good choice round."

"I work in West Bromwich so often stay over i have eaten at Lucarelli in The Postbox and the meal was exceptional but this is West Bromwich, it cant compare, can it? Away i needed somewhere to stay and hotel prices where double there normsil rate so I rang Lucarelli and they sorted me a room. Which was very nice for the price in fact much better than anything locally for a similar price. I had a great double bed a huge TV beautiful towles, the water was red hot and the hotel was quite i had the best night sleep in years. I had no intention to eat at Lucarelli but I has soon has i walked in the smell of garlic hit me and when my friend turned up we stayed. Dover sole, the famous fried courgettes and a couple of brwads with cheese and andouille (not sue about spelling). Food was fantastic, service was exceptional and a big thank you to Vinnie for looking after us, I will definitely be back."

"Visited this place yesterday. An excellent Italian restaurant. I enjoyed the beef steak a lot. It's one of the best steaks I've had in a while. Commendation to the chef for preparing the dish. Also, the restaurant staff were very friendly and courteous. In particular, the waitress who served my table was very helpful and handled my order well. "We went there for lunch with two kids. The kids menu no longer includes chicken nuggets and chips. It is pasta and pizza only. The value of the kids menu is not great. It is £6.95 for a main. The desert, drink, starter, etc. is extra. At £2.90 for a juice and another £2.90 for desert service your kids meal is going to cost you £13 when I compare this to other places in the area it is over priced for kids. I used to not mind paying it as they had the babysitting service, which made it worth paying extra, obviously COVID has taken this away. From an adults perspective the prices are as expected and the pizza and pasta was good. We ordered the fritte pesca and this was over priced and average at best. It tasted like frozen seafood and it was fried a bit hard, making it very very chewy."

"I called into Passione Pizza on an early October evening when the restaurant was not that busy and I needed a quick bite to eat. The staff were friendly, I was swiftly seated and ordered a basic mozzarella and tomato pizza (the Regina di Bufala) and a beer where I was upsold the Hovels Ambrata variety. The pizza came quickly and was very good while the beer was OK (but I wished I had ordered the basic lager type – I am no beer aficionado and I suspect something basic is more to my liking). I finished with a coffee. The staff were friendly and if you want a quick and good quality pizza Passione Pizza is a good option."
