"excellent place in the middle of the city, I will certainly add it to the lists of the place in future frequently. we ordered a mix of pasta, moan, huh and a sharing board and everything was high quality. the portions were plentiful (like the wine! , everything quickly arrived for us as we were before eating. I had a little problem when I tried to pay with an OpenTable check as they had not heard of them! Not for the first time I tried to use it, I owe opentable for this not the restaurant! Obviously they need to communicate better. the staff there could not have been more beautiful and gave a discount for the confusion. they didn't need to do this and I was really impressed that kind of great customer service is how they get loyal customers, I'm sure one now!"

"Great food and very accommodating with choice . Restaurant wasn't full but was quite busy as it was a saturday night. Kept waiting for quite a while before drinks came and also a long wait to take order. Wasnt asked if we wanted more drinks and was hard to get a waiter to acknowledge us or come back once we asked a question. However this doesn't normally happen and will always go back."

"Recommended to us by a friend, Italian Pizza Connection is an authentic Italian pizzeria with ultra friendly staff and gigantic, thin crust pizzas. Since it was very near our hotel in Bayswater, we decided to check it out. It had been a particularly long morning since we had just checked into our hotel (yes, we got lost on the way there), we had nearly nothing for breakfast, I almost missed my morning coffee (I am pretty much a monster without my coffee in the morning), and we were famished by lunch time. "Great place to eat if you have a craving for authentic italian pizza. I went with a couple of friends and had a nice time. Pizza chi chi richi is highly recommended if you are visiting the place for the 1st time. Even the staff is really nice and warm and the waiter greeted us Namaste which scored some brownie points!"

"Went here for a quick breakfast and ordered poached eggs and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was OK. The poached eggs were terrible. In one there was only acid water and no yolk. The taste was disgusting. For GBP 8 you expect more. The staff was not very professional and taking care of the customers. Very disappointing."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"We selected this restaurant for a pre-theater dinner and were, unfortunately, disappointed overall in our experience. The restaurant is much smaller than we had anticipated and when we arrived, the person who spoke to us manager, owner? asked for our name when I told him we had a reservation. Then he said who? as if we didn 't have a reservation made months earlier . That made our arrival at the restaurant a bit uncomfortable. After a bit, we were shown to a table in a noisy corner of the place. Meanwhile, the man who greeted ? us looked at the woman who would be waiting on our table in a way that felt to us like he had no idea who we were but needed to seat us, nonetheless. It was an apologetic look and it was noted. It took her quite some time to come and get our drink order which we all noticed. It seemed like once she realized that we were all ordering adult beverages, her attitude changed a bit as she realized that she could get a large tip for service which she, in fact, did . Once we started eating the food which took a long time to get to the table, we were happy with the dinners we had ordered. The food was really good, no complaints there. It was the service that was disappointing. So, if you don 't mind not being treated nicely in a restaurant where you 'll be dropping 2 or 3 hundred pounds sterling, and you 're only and all about the food, this place is for you. I left thinking the following : food that isn 't as good as the food we had here tastes better when the service is warm and welcoming. Overall, disappointed. Les Mis was awesome, though!"

"I visited this restaurant one weekday evening around 20:30 as it was close to my accommodation. It was not busy and I was able to get a table. It was a nice clean restaurant and the staff were very friendly. The time to read through the menu and make a desicion was just right before my order was taken. "Previous visits were good, but there are signs that the pizzas had an economic overhaul. frugal toppings and being honest, not so delicious. the broth base was good. service was also slow, but it was a busy night for them. 40 minutes to get a drink longer for eating. hopefully this was a bad night, as putney has little alternative for good local italians."

"Awful, simply awful. Have ordered here numerous times and always found the pizzas lovely, however tonight we spent £40 and our two pizzas were severely undercooked. Upon phoning the restaurant and advising them we were told we are liars, the pizzas are “perfect”and “always” are! When I advised we were loyal customers and never had this issue before they simply said they are not going to do anything and if we don’t like it “don’t order from them” in future. The one bad food experience wouldn’t have put us off, but the customer service was bad enough to put me off EVER ordering from here again."

"We booked a table for 2 on Tripadvisor early on a Friday night. We was doing a pub tour after so was a little earlier than normal . when we turned up the place was empty apart from 2 members of staff and some banging music which was being played really loud. when we walked in the music to my disgust was turned done and we was shown to our table. I asked for the music to be turned back up and it was however only a little. We was told that they had a party of 20+ later and they had booked the whole restaurant. We was never rushed and the 2 staff where great and made it feel like the restaurant was just ours for the night. Food was really good and wine was fantastic and they kept pouring . Price was good and will go back again when we have more time . The 2 guys on the night could have been serving their our friends you wouldn't have known . If in the area pop in a loverly little place"

"Having visited on several occasions, this is our go to Italian restaurant in Putney. However, little did we know that they were closing for the whole of August and were therefore winding down their supplies. This was a little disappointing as I think they were just adding whatever they had left in the fridge to the pizzas. This is a lesson learned but will not, stop us from going again, just maybe not the last 2 weeks of July!!"

"I visited this restaurant for a business lunch based on a recommendation, and the dining experience was outstanding—from the presentation to the wonderful aromas. I highly recommend both the Orkney scallops and the pan-fried Torbay sea bass. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, and the service provided by the entire team was impeccable. "We were here recently and I found it on the OpenTable website. We love Italians, so we were looking forward to dinner. Eating was okay, nothing excellent and not bad, not sure if I would go back. "We visited Mister Lasagne on Tuesday 14th March and had outstanding service from the head waiter Youssef Harara who had a wonderfully warm sense of humour. First impressions were that the restaurant was inviting and clean. The food was of excellent quality and it was substantial-we had the trio of dishes vegetarian and meat options. The wine was lovely, the whole ambience made for a special evening -sitting downstairs was lovely and private. The nice thing about this restaurant was we were not rushed and could take our time to enjoy the evening catching up with friends. The head waiter Youssef even offered us an umbrella when we were leaving as it was raining. Highly recommended and will book another visit soon."

"I hate to leave bad reviews but this was one of the few times where I’ve gone to a restaurant and quite literally cannot eat the food we were served. The calamari to start was undercooked and rubbery. For mains we both got the seafood linguine. The waiter told us it was freshly bought fish from the market that day however it was one of the worst smelling plates of food I can ever remember having. The fish honestly smelt like it was from the Thames. Neither of us could stomach more than a couple of mouthfuls. The garlic bread was ok, just burnt and not that flavourful. The service was fine it was just the food perhaps we got unlucky but it was totally inedible."
