"Nice location, good space for parking. Wheelchair access lift at front appeared to be out-of-order (there was a sticker on the door saying so) when we went in, no way for someone on their own out there to get in without assistance, and the door wouldn 't open and there was no indication about what to do there... and no doorbell or otherwise to get staff attention for help. I think the lift is functional, as we were able to use it on the way out, but honestly the accessibility provision shouldn 't present a barrier in itself. Drinks order was handled poorly, ordered lemonade with a flavour shot. Received tonic water. Requested replacement, received straight lemonade, after quite a long wait. Right... Meal took ~50 minutes to be served, and it was ok I guess? I 've had better out of a microwave, and that only takes 3 minutes, and doesn 't cost half as much. Interior lighting was dim, I figure probably for mood, but it made reading the menu fun . Didn 't bother complaining at the time, paid up and left quietly. Wasn 't in the mood for a discussion of this, just wanted to go on to do something pleasant."
