"They were apparently in the middle of a hand on new fellowship. but we didn't say that. we got a temporary menu and half of it wasn't on camp. had not even been nurturing at hahn. my wings started and steak were delicious. but the main reason I came here was for the dauphinois kartoffels that they had not, or shell potatoes. that was very disappointing. we had first a lady who participated in our table and her attitude absolutely stank. then a young man changed, who was nice. but still not the difficultness that the kitchen had until we asked why we got such a terrible time. I don't think we paid the full price for our meal in all honesty. very bad all in all"

Husband and I had a Sunday lunch out. Although they had run out of the meal my husband wanted the meal was good. The vegetarian meal was great would even say the best veggie meal I have ever had

We love the Bickley. Families are always very welcome and the food is delicious. The team are also super helpful and accommodating too. I would say that it seems that the prices are slowly creeping up and up making it more of a treat restaurant as apposed to a spot of pub type grub View menu

absolutely appalling service and eating was terrible. the whole nice and yorkshire pudding was rock hard and cold, the chefs put riding on children's and small children's plates, which are very sour in their mouth. I would not recommend this restaurant to everyone. that was my birthday meal and it was so disappointing.

Usually visit quite often for the £10 roast dinner on a Sunday evening, and every time the food is great but the service lets it down a bit. Slow to have order taken, wait ages for plates to be collected after we’ve finished, wait ages for dessert menu. And also on this visit a lack of red wine available by the glass?!?

After a surly greeting we sat outside and ordered food and drink and it was all lovely. Good quality and lots of staff. It's not cheap, c. £24 ish for a roast but it's good and huge portions. They now have a frozen cocktails served in the bar outside with strawberry and passionfruit dacquiris. Good for couples, families, children and dogs welcome. View menu

Had to wait over an hour and 30 mins for our mains to come and the restaurant wasn't even half full. We didn't wait that long for food when we've been previously and there wasn't a free table in sight, though one waitress for the whole area wasn't enough then either. Food was amazing though, just a shame the service wasn't up to scratch. Obviously lacking in staff.

edible with very good service. the food was good. the only disadvantage is that it was loud, because above all two very young children are not controlled and run around the bar area screaming etc. not the debt of the restaurants, but they were often disabled the waiting staff and it was a bit dangerous. I appreciate that this was a family time and probably one off, but it has a little distracted
