"This was my third visit in about five months, and each time the food has been excellent, with a great selection and a solid drinks menu. Unfortunately, during this visit Megan's was very busy, and it seemed they had fewer staff in the kitchen, resulting in some delays with our orders. Our server, who had only been with the team for about three weeks, seemed a bit unsure about the menu, procedures, and basic customer service. However, when I spoke with the manager while settling the bill, she was extremely helpful. Despite the ups and downs of the evening, I would still highly recommend Megan's in Balham."
