"We visited this place without knowing anything about it, as we wanted to have some authentic Indian cuisine. Honestly, the food is excellent, the portions are generous, the meat was tender and succulent the prawn biryani is exceptional, the spices and flavours, everything was in place and balanced, also the service was utterly great, welcoming and friendly. Surely we will return, as soon as we can! I can highly recommend this place to anyone who wanna have a great experience."

"My visits to see my elderly parents in Blackburn have in the past couple of years been enhanced by visits to this simple lovely restaurant. It feels out of place surrounded by take aways offering processed foods such as Kebab and Burger, or fried chicken. On 20th December 23 my partner and I took a table and enjoyed the most flavoursome peppery Rasam followed by Prawn and Mango curry, Brinjal Masala, a thin King Fish steak packed with flavour, some Appam and Rice. This was my fourth experience of Thira (other than visiting Santorini! . On each visit the waiters and waitresses have been as friendly and efficient as the food is exquisite and tasty. It has been This is quality food not fast processed food; sometimes it takes a good while for the food to arrive the price reflects the costs that this involves. As an occasional treat it is well worth it for me. I hope that the sibling venture in Bolton succeeds and that this wonderful Blackburn branch continues to delight diners for many years to come."

"Undoubtedly the best dining experience of the year! We called ahead to book a table and were greeted with incredible and inviting phone service. The decor was stunning, instantly transporting us to India with peaceful music, cozy furnishings, and beautiful lighting. Suv and Mash were exceptional hosts, ensuring our visit was extraordinary. They treated us like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. The chefs deserve massive compliments, as the food was divine and above gourmet standards. I ordered a chicken tikka madras with extra garlic, keema rice, and keema naans, while my partner had a chicken tikka kasmeri with all the trimmings - both dishes were emptied and left us satisfied. The only minor downside was the high price of the diet cokes. Overall, it was an amazing night with delicious food, warm and friendly hosts, and a new favorite restaurant discovered. We will definitely be returning. - Aaron and Lisa, fans of The House of Penguin."

"Came on a busy Sunday afternoon and had such a great time. Staff were very friendly and explained everything on our table, a really nice touch. Kitchen running incredibly well as the food came out nice and quick. The food itself was up there with some of the very best Indian food we have tried. Loads of great options foe vegetarian and vegan diets. The pickled lime that comes with the poppadoms was unreal! Could just eat a vat of that stuff. Kids portions were very generous for the price and spice level is perfect for younger kids. Highly reccomend this place"

"My family and I enjoyed our first meal at The Caernarfon Tandoori Restaurant after reading an article in the Daily Post that said that this restaurant had been named Indian Restaurant of the Year for Wales. The food was delicious with really amazing flavours, fresh ingredients and spices and a taste sensation that is absolutely perfect. The food is full of epic flavours, absolute perfection. The staff are welcoming, efficient, friendly and professional. My family and I all really appreciate the fantastic service that The Caernarfon Tandoori Restaurant provide, it was a pleasure to dine at such a fantastic restaurant that has a wonderful menu with an excellent selection of food to choose from. We really liked the cool, stylish interior in the restaurant that was beautifully designed and very comfortable. "one inder is usually very much to the next, then they come to tikka tikka, which has some very different and unique individual dishes. we ordered the poppadome and pickel tablet, never seen the rita so vivid green, the garlic chili huh was chili as a garlic it was so sharp that they could taste nothing else. the tandoori chicken bread lacked taste, the special fried rice was tasty. if we were living in front of the place, we would certainly go back, live and learn where to eat, we would know the next time."

"Food was great, very tasty. Service was a bit faulty towers' but that just added to the evening. They were very accomodating when we arrived with no booking and managed to get us in. The place got really busy very quickly which is always a great sign as you await your food. Cannot fault it for food quality and price. Worth a visit any night if the week if your within a short drive of the area"

"Ate at Tsaretta Spice after the rugby at Twickenham yesterday. Absolutely fantastic modern Indian food! My friend and I shared a selection of the tapas dishes; a great way to sample lots of different flavours. Indian food doesn't get any better than this in the UK and I haven't eaten this well since a visit to India just before Lockdown. Reasonably priced as well! Keep up the good work Tsaretta Spice."

"Wow wow wow. Having lived in Birmingham for over 20 years this is one one the best curry houses I have had the pleasure of attending. The welcome was warm, friendly and a real pleasure in talking to James who clearly well versed. The decor was inviting and more importantly the cleanliness top class. Then came the food, beautiful presented, fresh and so tasty, top quality. We’ll done guys, keep up the great work and we will see you again soon."

"We came here for my friend's birthday last week.. they were quite attentive.. it's only a shame one of our party was running late so it got a bit awkward having to say we weren't ready to order BUT we were asked for drinks and poppadom starters very early on. Really lovely restaurant setting, spacious and generally had a relaxed feel to it. I would definitely recommend getting a Thali as the name is all about it. We were raving about the peshwari naans- girls said it was the best one they'd ever had. I got the MALAI KARI KING PRAWN THALI (GF)(N)(M and whilst it was nice, it didn't make me food dance! As I like spice I would get the Chilli Paneer next time but the prawns were really succulent and everything lent itself to each other. I was full to the brim after my Thali.. would definitely come back again."

"Went to this place for with a couple of friends expecting some good Indian food n a comfortable place to talk to. The outlet is just on the main road so quite easy to find out. Though parking maybe available a couple of blocks away. On the inside the place was quite clean, spacious, bright n well laid out. Seating was quiet n comfortable. The ambience had the aroma of a good tandoori food bcoz of the open kitchen. We ordered an non veg platter to start with along with mocktail. The food was sizzling n quite a large serving size. The fish chicken and lamb all was very well done n tasty. The softness n the juices were retained in the food which gave it an extra flavour. The lamb chops were specially good and also the seekh kababs stood out. In the main course we wanted to try the Nihari n also ordered some rogan josh. Nihari was a typically Delhi kind but low on flavours comparatively. The softness was there but the spices were slightly different though I m not saying it was bad. Really tasty. The Rohan josh also was good n tasty, adequately spiced n well cooked. The tandoori roti was also very soft n good. Overall a very North india kind of experience so far away. Service n ambience were both very good n we enjoyed my first evening in London. Surely recommended for a good food."

"I enjoyed a delicious curry dinner at Curry Cottage At Lovers Leap last night! The food and service were excellent. They have a good selection of vegetarian options. There are a few parking spots outside the restaurant, and a carpark 50 yards down the road on the left. The atmosphere was great, and I highly recommend dishes like Butter Chicken, Pickle Tray, Curry Chicken, and Onion Bhaji. Vegetarians will find a large selection of dishes to choose from. There is plenty of parking available, including free street parking options. Overall, I give this restaurant a 5-star rating for food, service, and atmosphere."

"If your in girvan, go and try these guys they do a range if different foods from around the world, and always have a special on. They work so hard just the two of them from early until really late, they welcome you in and are very attentive, 20 mins before closing time the chef welcomed 2 guys in with open arms, with no thought to he would defo be shutting late which I thought was amazing. He comes out personally to make sure your meal is enjoyable and what you expect. We left full it's not expensive either your spend more at the chippy. A wide selection of home baked cakes and cookies unfortunately I was too podged for a nything else had to undo my Jean's to walk home. Support these little businesses if your about rather than the big ones as the service attention to detail and good food will outweigh those everytime."

"Overpriced and not as expected. Restaurant decor and ambiance was lovely. It's a well themed place and celebrates the rich history of Kushi's. Unfortunatly the eating experience did not meet the standard set by the decor. I ordered a chicken pathia, which to my dissapointment, was watery and bland. The portion of the curry was a dissapointment too and did not match the cost of the dish. The portion of pilau rice was quite small for the price too, but was nice. We ordered a garlic naan bread for the table. Again (a similar theme here), the portion was not as expected and there wasn't much flavour to the dish. The other curries our table had were ok, but we all agreed, they were not worth the price. Service was good, but we were not atteneded to enough to justify the inclusion of a service charge on the bill. I left feeling deflated after paying the bill. I didn't feel the cost reflected the eating experience at all. I wouldn't recommend eating here as there are other Fife based Indian restuarants I would go to first for better value, taste and service. Parking: Options to park in town car parks near the restuarant. Often free after a certain time of the day."

"You can tell how good an Asian restaurant is by whether the local Asian community frequent it. Chai Station is a go too restaurant. Only serving Veg and Vegan food it's a rare find. No alcohol but you can take your own. All the food is prepared to order and we'll worth the short wait, 5 mins for us. The owner and waitress were both helpful when it came to choices, of which there are many, even carnivores will find many dishes they'll love. Eating out for less than £20 a head is rare these days, add food of this quality as well, you'll probably see a Dodo first. Many thanks, Nick."

"One word: IMPRESSIVE. We got a menu through the letterbox last week, we decided to reluctantly try out this place as it offered vegan options and we thought yeah why not. I say reluctantly because we had recently had some other Indian food that was bland at best. We couldn't order online so decided to call and from then on the experience was above and beyond our expectations. The staff on the phone was mega friendly, very informative and even waited a little bit because I told them I was gonna pop out. We decided to order the lemon rice which I can honestly say is the BEST RICE I have ever tasted. The curry was aromatic and incredibly delicious, the daal was full of flavour, the veggies were fresh and the naan bread... omg the naan bread. I cannot recommend this place enough. Delicious food, vegan friendly! and super fast delivery too. Thank you for completing our evening! The only regret I have is having forgotten to order my lassi! But I will now look forward to ordering more times. To anyone reading this: this is THE place to go to."

"Every time I go to Woking, I make sure to dine at Jaipur. The service is excellent and the staff is always attentive to your needs and questions. The restaurant can get noisy when it's busy, but the food is delicious and truly gives you a taste of India. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40-50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"
