"We can't say anything bad about the cuisine which remains standard, and the choice is very vast, almost a little too much, you get lost. On the other hand, the service is non-existent, no draft beer, only bottles so we ask for water which we never saw coming... The waiter avoids us so as not to have to take our order again... The table next door, an Englishman who seemed to be waiting before us ended up leaving, we could see him annoyed at waiting... But all the other restaurants were full. So address to avoid. Our English isn't great, but that doesn't explain the waiter's condescension, and no cleaning of the table between each guest, that makes you want it!"

I ordered Tennents beer, and the snack chips and 6 different sauces were all delicious! Mutton curry and recommended seafood curry are perfect in quantity and taste

My wife and I along with our small dog had a lovely meal of Chicken Chat for starter followed by lamb Bhuna and Prawn Avada with Pashwari Nan and another bread. All dishes were lovely. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic meal Decided to go for a family meal celebrating the last evening of our holiday. A really friendly welcome for our party of 8 spanning 3 generations. The menu was extensive with a selection of special dishes plus your well known ones . Starters came and we were not disappointed ,even the fussiest eater complimenting the food . Mains arrived and again beautiful tasting the hottest vindaloo my husband has ever had he's eaten alot over the years and Biryani's enjoyed but the younger ones . Would highly recommend the tandoori mixed Balti,enough for 2 to share . We had a great meal and it really does deserve 5/5 .A must visit if staying in Grantown.
