"The restaurant is small and cosy with a relaxed vibe. It was very busy on a Friday night so I'm glad we booked a table! I'd checked when booking that they definitely offer vegan options, and they'd remembered before we arrived they'd already put the separate vegan menu out for us on our table. The menu is pretty good including several starters (haggis balls, loaded skins etc . 6 mains options, including two types of burger (the cairngorm was delicious! Dessert options too. Apparently one of their staff is vegan and I think it shows. Even just having vegan cheese for burgers and vegan condiments on offer is a nice touch you don't always get in other places. A great option for dining out if you're in the area."

They offer a vegan menu that's not very extensive, but everything we've tried has been absolutely delicious! The vegan haggis is a must-try!

They offer a separate vegan and vegetarian menu. The food is good, though not everything feels fresh. The prices are reasonable, and it's a lovely wine venue.

Enjoyed the vegan chilli, vegan nachos and deep fried mushrooms. The atmosphere was lovely and the menu was extensive. There is a seperate vegan menu and I was spoilt for choice.

A small place and its recommended to book (especially weekends) as lots of people got turned away. Seperate menu. The Selection of vegan food was good and the portions are decent. Enjoyed the vegan schnitzel. Friendly and helpful staff. Proces reasonable.

A lovely little place with a dedicated vegan menu. So nice to have several options to choose from. I recommend the haggis ball starter and the chocolate brownie dessert! Very friendly service. As others have mentioned, book a table to avoid disappointment!

Visited here last week with family parents vegan, children vegetarian. There was good choice for all and the food was delicious, portion sizes good and reasonable price. Decent beer selection as well. Unfortunately, was so full from the excellent puffin ball starter and main meal that couldn't try the desserts, but they sounded very nice.

Lovely wee place in Grantown on Spey, lots of vegan options (separate vegan menu was as in earlier pics) and good if you have omnivorous companions. Had the veggie/vegan haggis, was lovely, warm and filling on a cold autumnal evening. They also have an impressive selection of whisky, local gin and beers. As others have mentioned if you want a ‘prime time’ dinner spot you really need to book. We were there on the doorstep when they opened so were able to get a table without booking. Staff were friendly and service was good.

We reserved a table for an early evening meal in the middle of the week and were pleased we did, as they had several other bookings and had to turn away some walk-in customers. It's easy to see why this place is popular, especially with their dedicated vegan menu featuring four or five main course options. We both chose the veggie haggis served with vegetables and wedges, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The prices were very reasonable—under £30 for two meals and drinks. The only downside was that they didn't offer any plant-based milk for hot drinks after dinner. However, we will definitely visit again when we're in the area.
