When I called to complain, the person who answered the phone did not apologize and explained that they only served chicken legs, which was not updated on the online menu managed by the vendor. After requesting a refund, the person reluctantly agreed but mentioned that I would have to deal with a separate company for the refund process, which I found unacceptable as a customer. The conversation became heated, and the person on the phone started swearing and cursing at me. Eventually, after some back and forth, the person contacted the company responsible for refunds and instructed them to issue a refund. This experience was extremely disappointing, and it is clear that the staff at Piri Bite lack basic customer service skills and professionalism. Upon reading other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with this restaurant. Truly disappointing."
