Really not worth the money. Rice is pre cooked, mash is pre cooked. There's nothing special about how it comes, it literally remind you of how easy you could've made the same thing at home for a quarter of the price. View menu

Really bad thighs. Never had chicken so chewy. It was even dry, how on earth did they manage that? Presumably cooked off of the bone as there were none present. Ordered the extra hot sauce. Was barely spicy with zero flavour. Just grim. Nine quid for four tiny strips of thigh meat.... unbelievable.

I was in this two-g many times in the last decades and unfortunately the standards have fallen. Eat was ok, tastes dry when I'm honest, I ordered the grilled chicken with rice and it was just poor and the sauce was barely on the chicken. that is, the girls who ran the place on the day we went, were beautiful and polite, good customer service.

the first time here at a visit to bournemouth and decided to try this place. it's a bit like nandos, but not. they can choose how hot they want her huh. we had extra hot bun in a meal and a chickenburger. lost 1 star because the peri peri chicken sauce is abit watery. the hühnerburger was good. the chicken wasn't dry, 3 pounds for the burger. it's cheap. the staff was friendly and ate in tables. they have fizzy pop on typing aswell as in doses. we would go back, but not in a hurry. eating was okay, but my understanding of 'ice cream mix' is that it is used as a main ingredient for making ice. it should not be poured directly into the mixer with ice and aroma. when they said that they use ice for their milkshakes, they should have made it clear that it was "ice and cream" instead of ice cream. the milkshake was almost room temperature. I would expect it closer to £2.50 for this quality. recharge £4.49 it should have at least grund vanilleeis as main ingredient.

Water bathed chicken and melted smush for chees cake after a 35 min drive to collect. Got home to find this abismal excuse for a meal after repaying £28 for a single person. How they can call that a cheesecake is beyond me! Called the establishment they were very quick to say not our problem ring just eat for your refund! This was at 9.44pm just eat were not even open to take my call. Abismal service abismal food. Would have been better off visiting the pet food aisle in tesco AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolutely awful... we tried ordering through Deliveroo earlier today at 12:20pm and after no update on the order for 40 minutes, we called the restaurant to ask whether they got the order, to which they told us that the driver had just left to deliver our food. After nothing for 20 minutes (restaurant is 10 mins away, max), we called again only to be told they had never received our order. We ordered again at 1:30pm, from Just Eat this time, and waited until 2:35pm, no food. We called the restaurant again, to which we were hung up on, and when we called again at 2:50pm they told us that the driver had just left and would be 10 minutes. we waited another 25 minutes before the driver arrived,...
