"I attended an event here in July. I have since received a county court letter before claim for parking in the FREE car park. the website states nothing about the parking accept that the car park is free and there was nothing clear to me at the car park itself or inside on attending the event to say that the free car park was somehow being used as a money making scheme for a parking firm. I would not go to this hotel again, only to be aggressively pursued by a third party parking company for months afterwards."

"Good pizza, but not sure what this place is, pub, restaurant, club, who knows? No table service even with previously made bookings. After a few minutes of waiting time at the door, we had to ask which one was our table. Then no one was interested in us sitting there, so we had to make a list of food for 5 people and order at the bar. It is like there is no table service at all. I was surprised they brought our drinks and food at all. Did not even bother to collect empty plates tho from the table. Weird"

"Well my final night shift of the week, so decided to smash in some chicken. Looked on Just eat at various options and after midnight this seemed the best for delivery. There was obviously a minimum order, but rather than mess about with a few...small orders to make the price up I ordered: Classic Bucket Pieces chicken hot wings Large fries Large Bottle of drink I was delivered hour before the stated time which was great and the chicken was hot. It was good chicken, good meat, good skin..what more do you want from a takeaway chicken. Would I order again...YES"

"Booked bottomless brunch 3-5pm, ordered cocktails at 3pm they didn't come until 325, it did get quicker after that. The drinks weren't great, there was 5 of us and none of us really liked the cocktails, not sure if it's because they are all rum based with it been a Cuban bar. We were only given 3 menus but all the cocktails are listed on the menu so we needed one each, i asked for more menus they never arrived. I ordered the chicken burger, there was hardly any chicken in it and the breadcrumb bit was hard. Asked for mayo and ketchup, that never came. If you're busy what not just put sauces on the table. When the bill came we'd been charged an £18 service charge, sorry surely we should decide how much tip to leave ?? We had paid a £30 deposit which they didn't take off the bill and we only remembered the next day, this surprised me as everyone that books has to pay a deposit so why was this forgotten about. The staff were nice though, we had Zarah and she was very patient and lovely and we asked the young lad for ice and that came straight away. I wouldn't recommend it nor would i return, sorry."

"Even after two previous visits with the most appalling service we tried one final time as the food is good. But, unfortunately after not even being greeted when arriving (there was only one poor person front of house who was no where to be seen on arrival), over an hour and a half wait for food, no apology when the food finally arrived (even though they knew we had asked twice how long the food would be), we left and will never return. The management need to stop understaffing this place, give their staff some proper training in customer service and actually if they’re not going to be working, allow those they trust to run the restaurant in their absence some authority. Sadly, we will never return."

"I visited for lunch over the weekend with a large group and had to wait a few minutes for our table. We ordered the Times Square Shader and steak, along with the ribeye and shrimp. The service was quick, and the sharing plate was fantastic, featuring juicy chicken wings and loaded potato skins. The steak was cooked perfectly to our liking, and the ribeye was delicious. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the prompt service. I would love to come back here regularly, as TGIF has always been one of my favorite restaurants."

"After a wonderful city tour it was time to finish the day with a wonderful dinner. tgif was the perfect choice to enjoy some beautiful burger and sandwiches. ambiente und service: will not describe this in detail because nothing can complain. the ambiente is typical as that of a bistro or a caffe. jumps to the menu. Food: we ordered strawberry brick, jack daniels hühnersandwich and bbq pulled pork. cider was smooth and refreshing and a large pallet cleaner. sandwich consisted of juicy chicken breast, honey glaze sauce made of jack daniels and accompanied with a healthy salad, tomato sauce and mayonnaise. pulled pork was a 7 inch long burger with speck, plucked red planks, delicious cheese and bbq sauce. spectacular quality and taste! a fantastic restaurant for the try of delicious sandwiches and burgers and preisen are comparatively good. eat 4.5/5 service 4.5/5 ambiente 4/5 pricing 4/5"

"cocktails were amazing man tried one he had never before and was very impressed as I was with the snuckles when I drove a good choice and all with fresh fruits just negatiw a little to much ice in a few tasty and not enough juice, but very tasty and I had not felt that I was missing on a cocktail with alcohol as they were so nice! it was tested a few of the food dishes and was not disappointed the jack daniels sauce loved! we really enjoyed the band and the music she played, all of them especially lad on the box drum!"
