"I attended an event here in July. I have since received a county court letter before claim for parking in the FREE car park. the website states nothing about the parking accept that the car park is free and there was nothing clear to me at the car park itself or inside on attending the event to say that the free car park was somehow being used as a money making scheme for a parking firm. I would not go to this hotel again, only to be aggressively pursued by a third party parking company for months afterwards."

The staff at this restaurant are very accommodating and friendly. The atmosphere is comfortable with cozy beds, air conditioning, and windows that open. The hotel also offers a gym, jacuzzi, and other amenities. The menu at the hotel restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced. The car park is easily accessible and well-lit. The location is convenient, near the A1/A19 and the main Newcastle-Sunderland Road.
