"for dinner I had booked chillies, an Indian/Bengali restaurant. this was our third visit to chillies and again eating was excellent. jean likes a biryani and at chillies there is a selection of sweet or spicy. jean chose the cute chickentikka biryani. for them the drink was the usual tonic with ice and discs. I didn't want a big drink, so I asked for a bottle of tiger. for my meal, I'm with what I enjoyed before. I had the chapattis last time, but this time I tried her roti. that were excellent. everything was delicious. the service of two young ladies was attentive and friendly. we were both too “stuffed” to look at something else at all. jeans appetit gets smaller and she doesn't like large amounts of food placed in front of her. she thinks it's pretty lazy. I asked the waitresses to ask the cook to give her a small part on their tellers. they were happy to do this and they enjoyed their meal all the more. While waiting for our taxi I had the chance to chat with the beautiful woman of the owner. we talked about various foods that I had eaten in the near east, that I did not find in the united kingdom. she said that she also missed some of the food from her homeland bangladesch. too soon the taxi arrived and we were whipped back to our hotel."

"Review is based on the server alone. Ordered two coffees only to be grunted at that they didn't have the milk we wanted. Then assumed we were sitting in and slammed plates down on the counter and when we said we were taking away they were swiftly removed. Coffees slammed on the table, half empty for the price that we paid and staff was that unapproachable we couldn't even ask for them to be topped up. On top of this the dirty looks and stares were ridiculous to the point that we were outside the shop fixing our coffee lids only to be glared at through the window. I understand Sundays are a busy time at the end of the week but if you can't put on a brave face and do your job well then maybe it isn't the job for you!"

"Superb visit yet again…….chef Jon just knows how to deliver exceptional dishes every time…….standards are so high the bar keeps rising. We were a family group of eight who keep returning for the best food fare in Swansea. We celebrated our son’s birthday and our 35th anniversary eating dishes that simply satisfy each and every one. Each course was fantastic with all dishes cleared…….if you haven’t tried their garlic bread and onion rings then you simply haven’t lived!…….. we have eaten in many, many places but always return to our favourite restaurant of all that is Truffle……..they also have the nicest and most courteous staff there is, with superb service. If you haven’t been here then you are missing out…….the best 38 three course meal around with B.Y.O.B allowing 5 star food at a very reasonable prices ……….thanks Truffle for another fantastic evening from Joe, Helen family."

"O Tokuda. Friendly warm nothing is to much trouble for this well run restaurant. The food is second to none and we have been to sushi bars all over the world at seriously expensive prices and I have to say not only on the price issue but the food quality out shines them all. We have always been made welcome even though we have a 6 month old baby and a 12 year old with us. The buffet gives loads of selection even if your not a sushi lover there are platters of mixed starters with ribs chicken king praws etc , and loads of meat and veggie main courses, It really is all you can eat and everything is freshly prepared and brought to the table instead of the buffets where food has been sat...read more"

"We ordered for picup and had to wait an half an hour after the time it was supposed to be ready, it was busy so fair enough at least it would be fresh. I was waiting and waiting finally me order was ready only it wasn’t my order. My order was sitting in a delivery bag all the the time. Got home (around the corner) and the food was cold, it was stuck together like set jelly. €50 down the drain, into the bin. Very disappointed . Maybe it’s good when fresh/hot certainly not cold. Ended up getting chipper....."

"While on a long road trip across the country, I needed some fuel and stumbled upon this restaurant. The Jamaican curry goat, served with tasty rice, soft roti, and fried plantains on the side, was exactly what I needed. All of this, plus a drink, only cost me about £21. The curry goat was packed with flavor, the meat was tender, and the sauce was delightful. The plantains were also fantastic and you get a generous portion. Overall, the food, ambiance, and price were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place."

"As we were staying in the hotel we had lunch and dinner here the first day. My husband had Moules frites (twice) which he raved about. My choice was 3 small plates £10. Unfortunately I feel that they were bought froze. Crumbed prawns were mushy, the Mango chicken skewers didn’t taste of mango. The chorizo bites were nice enough though."

"Sorry to say that the last time we visited here will actually be the last. Don't want to blame the new owners, but think they need to sort something out. Have been several times before and loved it, but last time oh dear! We booked in advance and when we arrived there was only us there (6 of us). We ordered, and another couple came in. They ordered and received their food and ate it and left and we were still waiting. It finally arrived 50 minutes after ordering and it was also disappointing. Soup appeared to be watered down and other peoples food was also disappointing. Really sorry we won't be coming again"

"We came here for my friend's birthday last week.. they were quite attentive.. it's only a shame one of our party was running late so it got a bit awkward having to say we weren't ready to order BUT we were asked for drinks and poppadom starters very early on. Really lovely restaurant setting, spacious and generally had a relaxed feel to it. I would definitely recommend getting a Thali as the name is all about it. We were raving about the peshwari naans- girls said it was the best one they'd ever had. I got the MALAI KARI KING PRAWN THALI (GF)(N)(M and whilst it was nice, it didn't make me food dance! As I like spice I would get the Chilli Paneer next time but the prawns were really succulent and everything lent itself to each other. I was full to the brim after my Thali.. would definitely come back again."

"I used to be at khushis in dunfermline, but only for lunch. my friend and I arrived about 15 minutes early, but sat without problems. free nibbles were released and drinks ordered. we were then for approx. 5-10 minutes to look at the menu that was good, as I really hate being upset by the minute I sit down. food was ordered and quickly brought to our table. we ordered the 4 kebab cellar to begin and the waiter explained what each of them was without being asked what was a nice note I thought. eating was fantastic as it was always when I was there and the bill showed the excellent value for money available."

"We came here with a small child, there were ramps available for wheelchair users and the service was very good and considerate when we were ordering. Once we ordered the food it came fast, the portions were big. Although one of the curry bowls had a few visible chips at the rim. The pineapple rice was expected to have a noticeable pineapple taste but we couldnt taste much. Everything we had was very nice although some of the flavours were a little exotic for out taste. I would recommend this resteraunt and I may go soon here in the future to try more dishes."

"Avoid this place at all costs. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here - it's the worst Indian food I've had in years. You could get a better curry from a microwave meal at Tesco. The Karahi lamb was tasteless with a thin layer of oil on top instead of a rich curry sauce. The butter chicken was bland and sour, while the chicken jalfrezi tasted like watery tomato soup. When we called to complain, we were brushed off and made to feel like we were lying because these dishes are apparently popular. In short, our feedback was not taken well and I've wasted £60 on inedible food. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your curry fix."

"Visited the blue naan today with my husband, we received a warm and friendly greeting from Johnny and seated straight away. Restaurant is decorated in a modern and contemporary fashion . Seating is very comfortable with lots of space between tables. We had the Sunday special buffet, there is a good range of starters, main and sides to choose from, we were offered a mixed plate of starters, which saved us having to choose, service was very prompt, good choice of starters, we were offered more starters if we wanted. Good choice of mains, from mild to very hot. I ordered lamb Jalfrezi and chicken korma, both were delicious, hubby had chicken vindaloo, he likes it hot, rice was nicely cooked and naan bread was light and fluffy. We were offered extra dishes if we wanted. Great , friendly service from all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning very soon."
"Ordered a takeaway for 10 people. I do like Indian food, however, my local family, seem to think a good Indian includes more chips than rice. They also don’t order anything which is traditional Indian, such as vindaloo, hot curries, they go for a mild butter chicken and garlic and cheese nan, revolting. I have to push then to try vegetable samosa’s, chicken tikka, and tandoori chicken. They bypass such dishes, no problem more for me. Overall the takeaway was ok, it’s not the restaurant fault that my local family have chips and more chips. A true Indian restaurant should not be offering chips."

"This is by far the best lunch I have ever ordered. The meals are freshly prepared and incredibly flavorful, packed with taste but not heavy at all. I can't wait to return and try the sit-down menu, as I've heard so many great things about this place!"

"Fabulous service and food! We ordered by phone and the person taking our order was both warm and helpful. There were plenty of vegan options to choose from and we felt assured we could trust what we were being advised in relation to this. Love the addition of the specials on the menu, giving even greater choice and the chance to try something a bit different. Food was ready on time and collection was again a great experience. Very reasonably priced."

"We recently visited The Cinnamon Tree on a Sunday evening for dinner. Due to a change in plans, we didn’t arrive until 20:30 (hadn’t booked a table , however the staff were very accommodating despite it being fairly late. We ordered poppadoms and a chutney tray, followed by staters of chicken chat and prawn puri. The puri wasn’t something I’d tried before, but had read previous reviews where people raved about it, so decided to give it a go, and I was definitely not disappointed! Really tasty and something I’d have again next time. For mains we ordered chicken tikka pathia, chicken korai, chips and a garlic naan. The spices in both curries were beautifully balanced and we thoroughly enjoyed them both (I couldn’t finish all of mine, but the staff kindly boxed the rest up for me to have for lunch the following day! . It’s worth mentioning as well that all the food came out piping hot from the kitchen, so you didn’t feel like it had been sitting around at all. Along with a few of pints of Cobra, the bill came to £60 which I thought was very reasonable for such a great meal. I’d definitely return in future and 100% recommend."

"This was my first time dining at Fullam, based on a friend's recommendation, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The service, menu, and food quality were all superb. The only drawback was not being able to leave a tip on a credit card. Since we don't typically carry cash, we were a bit disappointed that we couldn't show our appreciation in that way. We kindly suggest a change in your policy. Despite this minor inconvenience, we still plan on returning to Fullam in the future."
