"Terrible customer service. At 10:50, one of the waiters came to tell us that they were closing in 10 minutes. At 10:51 they brought us the bill and then at 10:52 they started taking the payment. They were basically kicking us out of the restaurant. I removed the service charge (which is optional), for the same and they then came and took the plates away when I was STILL eating. Disgraceful and extremely poor customer service. I do NOT recommend this place at all."

"Real mixed bag. We had 4 starters and the Sunday dinners (Chicken and beef). First the bad, the chicken thogh meatballs were shocking. No flavour, tasted sour, really bad. Tempura prawns were OK, but 4 prawns for £10 is really poor value. The seaweed that came with the prawns was chewy and not Crispy. Burnt ends and Sriricha ribs were good. Sunday dinner was really good. Meal type: Dinner"

"we have visited the Thai place several times before and always had a wonderful service and great eating and drinking. Previously there was an amazing cocktail menu and the personal was always so friendly and welcoming. at this opportunity we were very disappointed to find that the beverage menu was very reduced only 4 cocktails and 2 of them were not available) . the atmosphere in the restaurant was not the same as we visited before and the 2 employees seemed uninterested. the food was as always, amazing! full of taste and beautifully presented so that we enjoy our meal, but the evening overall was not the one we were <br looking forward . I would still recommend Thai place, since I hope our visit this time was a way out and that when we dine there again, the dinge again, as they always used to <br be ."

"Staff were very attentive and checked on us regularly throughout the meal asking if we needed more drinks etc. the food is amazing, we ordered a variety of dishes to share between the 4 of us so that we could sample as much as possible. The squid portion was generous and tasted delicious and the bang bang shrimp were also really good. We had the bulgogi beef skewers and aubergine skewers both were tasty but the beef ones were very flavoursome and my favourite dish of all. The desserts are also really tasty passion fruit cheesecake was deconstructed and has a hidden layer of passion fruit sauce underneath to add extra zing. The only fault would be the cookie dough would have benefitted from more ice cream as it was a little sickly after a while."

"had the meal from thai orchidee twice; first was a takeaway started tofu pad thai, excellent dish and the noodles were aldente (not overcooked the second time was dinner with my man, he ordered prawn dschungel curry with steam jasmin rice and I had to freeze with basilikum leaves all very tasty with Thai aromes. love everyone, the personal was also efficient!"

"What an incredible experience, we went to the Teppanyaki dinner with 2 other couples so we made up half the table but there were couples as well all sat on a large square horseshoe table, if that makes sense, with a chef in the centre cooking on a large grill. You ordered exactly what you wanted and the accuracy and quality of cooking was amazing. Add the theatre of the chef with his comedy antics and juggling skills including audience participation made it a dining experience second to none. If you want a romantic quiet dinner, its not the place but if you want a unique dining experience with high quality food and wine then give it a go, you won't regret it."

"My Husband ordered a farmhouse breakfast but the sausages were not cooked properly, the waitress came and took the sausages ,replaced and was apologetic which we appreciated but still added service charge to bill which we thought was really poor ,especially as we had bad experience with the food. "Having not celebrated Valentines Day in well over 10 years, I wanted to go to one of my favourite restaurants given its one of the few independants in the town, I was a regular visitor The service was absolutely abismal I was constantly chasing the servers who all were stressed and having constant disagreements with each other. I don't know how many times I chased on our food and I spent the whole evening constantly on edge instead of having a relaxed, romantic evening with my boyfriend. Drinks took 45 minutes and then there was a very long wait for any food. We only had prawn crackers, one starter between the two of us and two mains. We arrived at 7 and didn't leave until 9.30pm at least. The food was fine although my partners dish was overly spicy when it wasn't supposed to be. The starter of Satay Chicken was dry, the chicken definitely overcooked. What should have been a lovely evening was ruined and I found myself apologising to my other half for what happened even though it wasn't my fault. The one part of the service that was quick was getting the bill mind which is plain cheeky no attempt to even provide any kind of discount which I expected for poor service. Many other people were complaining that evening as well a complete shambles. Will definitely think twice about setting foot in the Lime Leaf again."

"We ordered for delivery at 18:16 on a Saturday evening online, received a confirmation email stating that it would be about an hour and a half for delivery. Clearly busy so no problem with that. At 19:40 we called to see how close we were to delivery, after checking, we were assured that there was nothing left to go out and that our order was with the delivery driver. We called again at 20:05, this time to be told that they would speak to the driver and call us back. We received a call back at 20:20 informing us that it would be with us anytime, we did share concerns that it would be cold, we were told if it were cold, to let them know. At 20:40 it arrived, the delivery driver told us she left 10 minutes before, so clearly someone was lying. Initially the food seemed to be hot, however, once we opened it up, it was lukewarm at best, and to be honest, tasteless. There was now no point in trying to contact them so the majority went in the bin. I emailed them the next day explaining our experience and giving an opportunity for them to respond. Almost a week later, and nothing. This was a truly terrible experience, we would advise everyone to stay well clear as there are some really good alternatives in Andover."

"Being from the US specifically Nevada where we have some of the most amazing restaurants. Alston was probably one of the better steakhouses I have been to. I specifically had the bone-in ribeye aka Cote De Boeuf and it will go down as a top 5 Bone on rib eye. We also ordered the mushrooms and they were awesome. In addition had the mashed potatoes and they were rock solid. Truth be told while I was glad the restaurant wasn't busy being a owner of a business I was actually disappointed it wasn't busy because the food was great. I would highly recommend giving this a try and I do not think you will be disappointed. Cheers"

"Very small portion sizes, expensive for what it was and long wait but the food itself was okay. What was not okay is the horrible man running the show; firstly, he was so rude to his own member of staff who had seated us (I think his primary concern was social distancing, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt on that occasion At the end they tried to charge us £2 for each beer we brought in and opened ourselves (Under a BYOB policy!? so we kindly asked him to point us to the sign informing customers of the charge. He couldn 't, said they had temporary menus and immediately started shouting at how we obviously knew best and must have PHD 's When he got his card machine he asked if I was going to pay him, I told him I 'd pay for the food but his not £8 for the beers at which point he began telling me he was 81 years old. Not sure how that 's relevant, but I told him he 's old enough to know better then. When it became clear I wasn 't going to pay his extra charge, he told me never to come back to the restaurant and that it was my loss . What a charmer!"

"Although we never went there, I ordered the food from this restaurant a few times and must say that it is always a very tasty leak in our budget. we had hangover noodles, veggie platter with tempoura veg, edemame bohnen, see weeds and some knödel and a laksa bowl. since Thai food goes, this is a very decent offer on the restaurant map of fulham, eating is tasty, servings are decent, very well packed (for home delivery) everything is fresh, even if the prices seem a tad on a high end of the spectrum (2 main dishes and 2 startes they will be around £40-45) the only disadvantage that the food did not come to hot. we will definitely order from this place in the future, so I recommend it with a clean certain"
