"I ordered takeout from Anna's Thai for the second time on February 4th, and I must say, this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I called to place an order for delivery, I was told that I had to order online. Before I could respond, the person on the other end of the line hung up. Despite enjoying the food previously, I placed an order with the expectation that my delivery would arrive within an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes passed, I had to call twice as they kept telling me the driver was on the way, first in 5-6 minutes and then 3 minutes. Unfortunately, my partner, who is diabetic, was becoming unwell due to his sugar levels, so I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I was then told that the driver mistook my neighbour for the one who ordered (clearly not reading the order properly) and that they would prepare another meal for us. I rushed out to get an alternative takeaway to avoid further delays, only to find out that our food was being accepted by our so-called neighbour (the driver asked if the food was for them at the specific door number). This was essentially theft and shocking. When I confronted the driver about this and why he was giving our food to someone else, he wanted to give it back to me, which is against Health Safety regulations. I declined and asked him to take the food back. The driver then swore at me, got back in the car, and sped off. Although the restaurant responded to my email quickly, they have not taken any accountability for the situation, claiming that they don't have control over the drivers' behavior once they leave the shop, and their only responsibility is to drop off the food. I am still waiting to see if they will acknowledge their failure to meet customer expectations. My advice: do not order from Anna's Thai."

Eating was just okay. I had the nativity and a padthai with garnel. both were okay, but they weren't fantastic, and the service was marginal.

Friendly, welcoming restaurant with delicious Thai food. The menu is varied and the staff are very kind and attentive. The Massaman curry was very tasty and flavourful. Good value prices highly recommend! View menu

I ordered takeout of the Tasteless Spicy Thai Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) with prawns, but it was missing the basil leaves that were supposed to come with it. The menu promised basil, but it was not included. I would recommend avoiding this dish.

not from annas thai. eating her pad thai was like sucking a bowl of fat tasteless noodles. I should have just poured a bowl with cooking oil and drank that it had the same taste and consistency. they also violate advertising standards. disgusting eating, bad customer service, terrible experience. never.

Lady who picked up the phone today was very rude. She put the phone down as I was taking an order so I called back. She seemed not bothered or interested in the fact I was placing an order and put the phone down as I was speaking. Food came and was very average, and the food also came late. Ordered online for 3 dishes that cost £28 with crackers….delivery arrived with no crackers, I called to be asked “could we refund the crackers” NO we want crackers send the driver back….40 mins later crackers arrived but food was now cold and no microwave at home Thai green curry was ok, rice was ok, pad Thai was awful the chicken that they use is not great, very dry and chewy!! What a shame

What a lovely little place! Went with two friends and called on our way to see if their kitchen would be open as we were looking to eat quite late, they’re open till 11 so it ended up perfect. The lady who served us was so warm and welcoming, she was also very accommodating of our indecisiveness with the menu. The food was delicious, came out piping hot, tasted fresh and flavourful and the portions were a good size too. We will definitely be coming back again!
