"Unfortunately, my papaya salad was certainly not freshly prepared.... the tomatoes were soaky and also the fresh salad vegetables with gum-like bite also the dressing was not pikant. The chicken with vegetables and cashew nuts was all right from the general taste, but also the meat appeared to me with a taste, as warmed up. My companions had more luck with pasta dishes and spring rolls. But I will no longer come through this bad luck. If I pay about 50 € for two bottles of water, an appetizer and a main dish, I expect a better quality. The service was extremely friendly!"

"First time ever in this place and it definitely won't be our last. We fell in love with how authentic this place looks. Then the staff were super friendly, polite and absolutely fantastic at their job. The food was 2nd to none. We ordered some appetizers then our mains and along with a couple of drinks each I was surprised our bill wasn't more expensive than it was. The flavours if the dishes we ordered were astonishing, absolutely bursting with taste and authentic flavours of the Orient. Definitely making more visits to this place and without doubt the best Thai restaurant around."

"thanks for a good evening. we had cocktails, appetizers and nets. service and eating were good, but a basic viognier starts at £34, bringing them our bill for four to £250 including a tip that felt pretty sharp for the quality of the offered food, good enough but not big (soft dish crumb: too much teig and sauce overwhelmed the crab, swallow soup doll get too much. , service was efficient and charming and charming. the open kitchen is also a beautiful note, and the seating of the kitchen creates beautiful alcoves for four to sit comfortably."

"I ordered takeout from Anna's Thai for the second time on February 4th, and I must say, this was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I called to place an order for delivery, I was told that I had to order online. Before I could respond, the person on the other end of the line hung up. Despite enjoying the food previously, I placed an order with the expectation that my delivery would arrive within an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes passed, I had to call twice as they kept telling me the driver was on the way, first in 5-6 minutes and then 3 minutes. Unfortunately, my partner, who is diabetic, was becoming unwell due to his sugar levels, so I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. I was then told that the driver mistook my neighbour for the one who ordered (clearly not reading the order properly) and that they would prepare another meal for us. I rushed out to get an alternative takeaway to avoid further delays, only to find out that our food was being accepted by our so-called neighbour (the driver asked if the food was for them at the specific door number). This was essentially theft and shocking. When I confronted the driver about this and why he was giving our food to someone else, he wanted to give it back to me, which is against Health Safety regulations. I declined and asked him to take the food back. The driver then swore at me, got back in the car, and sped off. Although the restaurant responded to my email quickly, they have not taken any accountability for the situation, claiming that they don't have control over the drivers' behavior once they leave the shop, and their only responsibility is to drop off the food. I am still waiting to see if they will acknowledge their failure to meet customer expectations. My advice: do not order from Anna's Thai."

"Have eaten at the Thai Orchid many times, the food and service has always been excellent. However, today was very different! We booked a table for lunch and had an emailed confirmation several days ago. After a mile drive, we arrived at the restaurant...at the agreed time to find the door locked and lights off. Knocking the door brought a man who said they wern't open despite our booking. He closed and locked the door not very professional! Some minutes later, we managed to attract the attention of a lady who turned out to be the chef. She was far more polite than the previous man, contacted the owner, who, from the conversation didn't seem to care. The chef said we could go inside, but she said she didn't know how to turn on the lights and said several times she couldn't serve food. Needless to say, we walked away. A real pity to be treated in such an unprofessional way by the restaurant; you have to do better. We will not be returning!"

"After traveling to Thailand, we were thrilled to find authentic Thai food here in the USA. The restaurant is beautifully designed, the staff is attentive, and the food is simply excellent. My wife ordered the fish soup and the sea bass, while I had the ripe mango salad followed by the red Thai chicken curry. It was so delicious that we returned the very next night! Sitting on the balcony is a lovely experience, but unfortunately, those seats cannot be reserved—they're available on a first-come, first-served basis. I highly recommend making a reservation to avoid disappointment, as people start lining up around 6 pm!"

"there was a whole vegetarian menu that we were told was also usually vegan with a few taken out (e.g. when they ask the pad Thai to do it without a). the personal seemed completely glued when we explained that we were vegan and when I double checked, there was no fish sauce in the dressed that are so marked that they said there was no. we had dimmed to begin, followed by pad thai and massaman curry. the food was delicious, the service was good and the restaurant was spacious and airy."

"Ok,let’s get things straight.Cockroaches don’t have to mean the place is dirty. I was here for the food on recommendation,and I was so so disappointed. The staff are welcoming however the food isn’t. I went for a salad to start,very watery and far too much lettuce. For main I had a curry and asked for it extra hot.As well as being like they’d left the tap on it(so watery)there wasn’t any kick to it at all.Considering their top end price tag I was expecting far greater quality. My advise: Avoid,look elsewhere or go to a supermarket and buy a commercial Thai dish,I’m sure it will be far far tastier. In a nutshell: Poor quality and overpriced."

"When I arrived at the restaurant, no one greeted me or showed me to a table, so I seated myself. The kitchen staff saw me but failed to inform any other staff that there were new customers waiting. I waited for 25 minutes until my friend arrived. Nobody came to give us menus or take our drink orders. Once my friend arrived, she had to go to the kitchen herself to place our order. The service was really poor. Despite the food tasting great, I will not be dining there again. It was one of the most unwelcoming and unfriendly places I have been to."

In fact, myself and family is waiting whilst writing this review. Everytime you get a staff to request to order, they refer us to a lady who just appears to be overwhelmed. I could.understand that the place is busy but why just limit the ordering to one person. This is a ploy to delay the food output. Bearing in mind that it is Sunday evwning, they should anticipate this possibility that it could be hectic. The mere fact that they have the audacity to ask us to move our table to accommodate another guest. I will never go back to this place. "We booked Karaoke and drinks space at Krua the team were incredible, not only throughout our stay, but throughout the booking process too Nutchaya was so flexible with our changing needs and was a delight to communicate with. The service and standard on the day was second the none and I am very much looking forward to coming again. The Karaoke room was also perfect for a big group and everyone had a blast! "We came to this restaurant on a Saturday evening. It was fairly busy but not completely full. My first impression was this is more like a ‘down market’ café that a ‘good Thai restaurant. The staff were dressed in quite scruffy clothes and the seats and tables were as you would find in a café, not in a decent restaurant. When we were seated, it took about ten minutes for the menu to arrive. It took about 20 mins for the food to arrive. The quantity of food was small and it was almost certainly pre cooked. This restaurant seems to do a lot of ‘take away meals’ and as a result, there seemed to be an exceptional number of scooter riders parking outside the restaurant and helmeted and black motor cycle suited, entering the restaurant to collect their food. This was not a nice aspect of dining here. With 2 beers, this 2 course meals cost 55.00 I think that it is a high price for such poor quality food. We will not return."

"This was our first visit to Patara, and as lovers of Thai food, we were eager to try it out. We arrived on a Friday night at 6:45 pm and were promptly seated at our table. The menu had a fantastic variety of options, and we opted for the silver set menu, which included delicious dishes such as fried sea bass, spicy pork, green curry, and a courgette and basil dish. The portions were generous, and we also noticed a tempting Emerald vegetarian menu that we will try next time. The restaurant was filling up as we left, but the service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend Patara for its fantastic food, great staff, and convenient location. If you love Thai cuisine and find yourself in Wimbledon, Patara is a must-try. And don't forget to try their delicious cocktails!"

"My family and I went to this restaurant for an early dinner. Despite having a reservation, the staff was rushing us along even though the restaurant was empty. When our food arrived, it was beautifully presented, but the curry dishes all tasted very similar and lacked chicken. The beef with chilli and basil was overly salty and not spicy enough. The papaya salad was not up to its usual standard. The only saving grace was the delicious coconut ice cream for dessert. After years of visiting, we are hesitant to return again."
