"Decent location of the place. Be aware of limited car park space. Great prices and huge portion. The lamb was ok, the garlic sauce could have been better. The biggest disappointment was the salad/cabbage. It was tasteless. It is so easy to freshly cut the veg. It would make a massive difference and that I would suggest. PS: Cleanliness of the place should be on a higher level. You've got enough staff to delegate someone to do it."

"Disappointed with the food this time, as previously they food tasted way better. The naan bread tasted quite sour, it was hard and chewy. Also the tarka dhall didn't taste right. Don't know if it was because the food was cooked by a different chef or whether it was rushed as the restaurant was closing soon, (even though we had ordered 2 hrs before).The mixed grill however was okay."

"The whole experience was shambles from start to finish. We had booked online via The Fork, which was totally ignored. Our order was taken very casually no pen paper or written which resulted to our order not being processed at all. We waited 50 mins and when asked the waiter the answer repeatedly was Food coming eventually they had realised they had got their knickers twisted but even then wouldn't admit their fault. Finally we was served our food but not what we had ordered, obviously because they had forgot what we had ordered lol. Oh BTW we was also overcharged for something we hadn't had, hence please always check the bill. We would definitely not visit again, not once any member of the staff apologised, may be because of the location they get so many tourist so they are not bothered."

"The quality of the food was awful. We ordered a Masala, lamb and chicken, it was practically mush and I found it quite inedible. It did not look properly cooked and definitely not like Indian food. We tried to report this but their responses were unprofessional and repetitive, never actually trying to solve the issue, they refused to give us a refund and just ended the chat even though we still hadn’t finished the conversation."

"Food atmosphere was good, however we can’t say they same for pricing service. We got charged £5:90 for a children’s Apple Juice and £6.50 per pint of Kingfisher. The waiter was extremely pushy sales wise, telling us rice and side portions were very small so did we want 2? And he got a bit funny when another couple with our group had the Audacity to share a rice! To top it off they tried adding a 12.5% service charge which we wasn’t prepared to pay so instead we left a 5% tip Instead which again was greeted with an uncomfortable exchange with the waiter when working the bill out, we won’t be rushing back."

"we already have a popular Indian restaurant that we have been visiting for years and were reluctant to try something new, but we were really surprised. the restaurant inside was nicely decorated. I liked the atmosphere, menus and that the cutlery came in a small envelope. the tables and seats in the stands are very comfortable. the service was not bad, but also not exceptional. we were surprised how busy they were on a Tuesday night. the starters were delicious and the quality and portion size of the net was very good. huh was really tender and the dishes were really delicious. the only reasons why I would not give this Indian 5 starts are because one of the plates was dirty and had a bowl 2 chips around the rim. also there was an inedible cracker on the net that seemed very out of date. the only deserts they have provided are Sorbet/Eis-Crème, while I want to see a little more variety. after our meal, which was beautiful, we offered ourselves a drink on the house. they participated in the “Eat out to help out” and we had £20 of our meal that was beautiful. it is generally quietly expensive compared to our favorite Indian, but we would visit again. there were handsanitisers available, but they could be a bit better with distance men."

"First of all it started with it with a drink then we had food after the owner stated it was good authentic Indian and American food, we ordered 2 of the empire burgers which was dry and rubbery and the amount it sauce made the burger soggy, we also ordered a balti which came out red in a tiny dish there was hardly any chicken which was cooked terribly and the chicken was scrag ends, the naan bread wasn’t homemade it was shop brought it was a tough as dogs toy and the amount of grease on top was good enough for a pond, the food came out at odd times and they forgot the sides. The place was like a ghost town with very odd cheap decor they only had one member of staff which was clumsy and didn’t know really what to do, also no draft for fizzy pop, we told the waitress about the food and didn’t do much about it the chef didn’t apologise it was just an excuse of “short staff” which if you’re going to take people’s money you still need to keep up the standards. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN IVE HAD BETTER MICROWAVE FOOD"

"Small frontage but surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable restaurant. We're doing meat-free May so wanted somewhere with no meaty smells or options and this was perfect. Tried some new dishes the dhosa was amazing and I'll definitely be going back for that. I got to try pani puri which was fun and surprisingly tasty for what it was. We'll be back next time we're in the vicinity. Service was pleasant but nothing special the food is definitely a reason to return though."

"I've used Indigo Fusion a few of times in the past. I love a good curry and have sampled the majority of Indian restaurants in Medway. In the past the curry's from Indigo have been pretty good and I wouldve said give them a try. However, this week's takeaway was hugely disappointing. I got a prawn madras and it was mostly Gravy. I had about 4 prawns in the whole dish which was very diassponting. The other half had a chicken korma and all the chicken was hard and she couldn't eat it. It was too late 9.30pm to call and complain as if they had replaced the dish it wouldn't of got to us until late. She threw hers away. The only positive thing I can say is the food was hot and the Gravy for the madras was nice. Everything else was a let down. I doubt I'll be going back."

"Came here with family on a Saturday night. When looking at the menu, the owner/waiter was rushing us and ended up taking the menus saying the kitchen is very busy! When trying to order the lamb tikka masala I was told no it 's hard so we asked what do you mean...hard to cook? Which he replied no the lamb is hard we cooked it yesterday! I have never been to a restaurant where I 've been told to avoid something... My starter was nice chicken tikka puri..but the prawn tikka masala wasn 't great, no flavour to the prawns themselves. The tables seem to small also, my naan was sitting on the windowsill as it was easier then finding space on the table. Would I return no... Parking: Parking is terrible, other customers have no choice but to block you in so they then have to stop eating to let you out."

"The food was good apart from the Jalfrezi. The chicken was hard and chewy. I had to throw half of it away. I’ve had this a few times and it has been hit and miss. The regular plain chicken is lovely and tender. The garlic chilli masala was lovely. Big portion. 10 pieces of chicken. The madras was also very good."

"I've been a couple of times and it really made an impression as I particularly wanted to return when I happened to be staying in Leeds with my family. The atmosphere is lovely with live piano music, spectacular views over the canal and large high ceilings and chandeliers. The service is a little chaotic with someone offering us drinks and as they leave the table someone else approaching us from another angle to offer us more drinks. "I have been a patron of this restaurant for two decades. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. However, when I tried to place a takeout order tonight, I was surprised to find that my request was denied. After speaking with the manager, he claimed that they have never delivered to my address. It seems that there has been a change in management, and the service has deteriorated significantly. Despite the restaurant's website and Just Eat indicating that they offer delivery, I advise against ordering from here as it will only result in wasted time."

"I have used this restaurent for both eat in and takeaway food and found the quality of food on offer to be very good. This is a small restaurent but the noise levels are low and the service prompt, polite and efficient. I usually share a starter and have a main dish with shared rice and bread and this usually fills me up but that may well be a symptom of age! Some dishes require a wait as they are made to order but I have found that this is worth the wait."
