"Once you’ve managed to find this place, it seems like a great find. Looks good, concept is simple and effective and there’s no real reason this shouldn’t work. Firstly, I don’t know if the heating was broken but this was horribly uncomfortable and literally everyone sat with their coats on. Nothing was mentioned by staff, no explanations or apologies. One or the other would have been good. It was snowing that day; the door doesn’t close properly and again, when someone left and the door was left sort of wedged open, the staff seemed content to leave it. No sign on the door, no effort to close the door. Just contentment at the stays quo. The service was slow and questionable. It’s a fairly small menu, our waiter triple checked everything and came back to check again twice. The food was nice but all in all it was a weak experience."
