Misleadingly advertised and poor, unhelpful staff. Felt unwelcomed

Service so slow despite the room being less than half full. Tiny food portions.

Sat outside by the entrance to the Shard and had the constant noise from the nearly escalator buzzing in our ears. Service was really slow, not recommended.

The service was very poor the waiting staff one person in particular was rude. This was an early morning business meeting and the music was uncomfortably loud. The tables were a little cramped.

Not great, considering it's part of Shangri-La group. We just had drinks which were really nice, but the toilet (there is only one) was untidy with hardly any toilet roll and no hand towels and the café itself was a bit untidy. Felt like Starbucks standard. View menu

Went with my partner and we welcomed with a warm atmosphere. The waiters are extremely friendly and always willing to help and attend to your needs. The food was amazing, taste and quantity. The options of drinks were not limited and freshly prepared. Would recommend this place for a morning breakfast date, lunch etc.

As I made my reservation before arrival with special request to my partners birthday. We arrived at Lang, but it wasn't fully booked, therefore the waitress said to take place where we wanted because it wasn't full. I couldn't mention directly that we reserved for my partners birthday.. But after a minute my whispering helped . The food we ordered is very good. We know with our experience of Shangri-la in Asia that the breakfast is fantastic. At Lang Is also very quality food. I would say thanks to the surprise birthday cake because my love Sabrina was very happy about this. Thanks foe laking this perfect !

I had booked Lang for a birthday for my boyfriend and we were both very exited to try it out, however it was an absolute disaster. We had both ordered paninis and then some time later were told they had run out of that bread, so they gave us another option for a different type of bread and we were happy with that. Then they gave our lunch to another table, then informed us that they had then ran out of the second type of bread we had ordered. One of the waitresses kept coming an apologising and gave us a complimentary slice of cake between two.
