"I love miller and carter. But unfortunately I won’t be returning to this one again in a hurry until they up their game. Friday night I see food being returned people walking out not paying. My steak was over cooked even the sweet potato fries had been burnt. The service not that great either. They need more staff especially their busy periods and a decent chef. Chigwell Epping Newbury Park have got it together so why can’t you xx"

"I have to give this highest marks. Great table service, attention to detail by both chef and waiter regarding dietary needs and extras. They were both appreciative and have great insight into what is the best thing to order. The food was sublime, I ordered the T-Bone Steak medium rare as recommended by the chef recommendation on the menu. They also gave me a stilton salad with blue cheese sauce that was lovely. The chips were perfectly cooked, the porcini mushroom sauce was flavoursome and the steak was amazing. Please do give this place a try if you get the chance. It's certainly up there in terms of quality food and the rest."

"My family and I came here to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday and we had an amazing experience. Our server, Sally, was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and very attentive to all 9 of us. The food was delicious and all our plates were empty after each course. We will definitely be coming back! In terms of kid-friendliness, there were menus for our two little ones to choose from. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with ramps from the carpark and seating near the door and disabled toilets. There was enough space for my mum's mobility scooter at our table. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Prime Steak and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The price per person is between £30-40 for dinner."

"Friendly enough service and restaurant was nice enough looking. We used a tastecard to get 2 for 1, there were 3 of us so saved on one meal. Really expensive for what you get. I ordered beef bourguignon and it was dry, no gravy, barely any veg so basically beef (that had some fat on it still) plus a small serving of mash. For £25, you’d expect more. My husband and daughter had burgers chips, ok, not big portions and over priced for what they were. Wish we had gone somewhere else."
