"in the caffe harmonie a few times during this last week. the only reason I went first was that it was close to the hotel and we had to eat under a small time pressure and then study again. the reason why I visited the second time was that eating was so amazing at the first visit. at the first visit I decided to use the monk with tagliatelle. words can not describe how delicious it was. at the second visit I decided to get the filet steak and again; it was an excellent meal. in the words of the terminator. "Rather a bizarre experience. Restaurant was incredibly quiet for a Saturday night and we were seated right beside the only other table with people dining, not much privacy. Service started really well with waiter very knowledgeable and prompt: starters, mains and drinks were served very quickly, then all staff seemed to disappear. After waiting ages for our main plates to be cleared, we had to go and find them and ask for the desert menu. He asked us if we wanted to take our deserts away with us???? No, we wanted to eat them at the table! We eventually got deserts but not the ones we asked for, but by this stage we just wanted to go. Had to go and find them again to pay our bill. The food was very tasty but the ambience and service let the place down!"

"Despite its old and previous reviews, I must say as a top Google reviewer that this restaurant serves the best, quietest, and freshest piri piri chicken I have ever had in my 10 years in Britain. The owner and manager have done an amazing job in maintaining this place and turning it into a successful venture. The chicken I was served here was the best I have ever had, even compared to popular spots in Birmingham. The wings were full and not skimpy like other places, and the piri burger was also fantastic. Overall, the food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back here every week."

The food here is absolutely amazing and delicious, with great value for money and generous portions. The staff were friendly and the delivery was fast. The food arrived early and piping hot, with the chips being deliciously hot and crispy. The milkshakes were out of this world, thick, creamy, and cold, absolutely delicious. This place is definitely the best for burgers and shakes, putting McDonald's to shame. I will definitely be ordering from Shake and Burger again. And the phone we ordered on informed us that our food would arrive at 7:30 pm gmt And we waited . Fast forward the clock strikes 7:30 no sign of our food. Fast forward even further to 8:10 pm and still no sight of our food so we check the phone we ordered on and it has been pushed back to an 8:30 delivery time an hour After we were told it would arrive and 1:30 hours after we ordered. Me and my home boys were starving. Disgraceful. Truly disappointed, me and the crew have eaten there before and it was splendid but this time food was cold when it got here. "Just enjoyed a breakfast here it was lovely, I had a veggie one and my wife had the traditional one, very tasty. Nice and cosy inside and the lighting and decor was nice. Cakes looked delicious but didn't try one today! The only one negative for me was the cup of tea I had, I don't think it was made with filtered water as it had a bit of an aftertaste of unfiltered water and I do like my tea to be spot on but apart from that everything else was great. Friendly staff and great service, nice view from upstairs too. Vegetarian options: Lovely veggie breakfast"

"we had read very good reviews about the green room, me and 2 friends who have not seen themselves for a few years decided to go for the afternoon. we telephoned, booked afternoon tea and paid our deposit 2 days before. when we arrived. the waiter took us on our table and said: “I’m sorry, but the system didn’t update, so they didn’t know that we wanted to go the afternoon.” that seemed very strange when they had taken the deposit from us 2 days ago! the waiter said we had to order from the normal midday menu. after we had eaten our salad! we wanted to order 3 coffees, I asked the waitress if we could order coffee, her answer was: “It’s difficult because I don’t have a pen!” I didn’t reply, there are only 3 coffees and cakes. I then asked about the bill that lasted about 15 minutes when they finally arrived, they had not taken the deposit we had previously paid, and the waitress said: "She must talk to the manager, I explained that I stayed 10 minutes on the parking lot, so she could be fast. When I asked her what happened to the bill she said, they must go into the bar and sort it with the manager. I was very annoyed by the lack of customer service, not only had they forgotten our afternoon, but had also accused the wrong crowd. he was quite arrogant and served other people and let us wait. he said he would take £11 for the mistake with the afternoon! it is a shame that eating and the environment is very beautiful.
