"Went there on 2nd march Been served by the guy sorry didn’t get his name but he’s the only one was wearing black clothes. Everything was fine they had gf option burgers were ok. Than eventually the guy who started his shift bold one(came to work on skate board) as he was the only one available at the time trying to get his attention to order another drinks he slammed the bill on my table and walked away. I paid the bill and went to Macy’s next door as my daughter really needed a drink. Hardly busy neither no one was wiring on The door so really they were not in a need of table as 70% of the restaurant was empty. Anyways thank you"

Have used this restaurant many times so surprised when I placed an order for delivery, waited 1hr 45mins to then have to call the restaurant to chase and be told “we cancelled that order as it’s a bit out of our way” phone manner terrible, not apologetic at all or even tried to find a solution. Just go elsewhere food isn’t worth the arrogance"

"I attended here with a few work colleagues whilst away on business after one of the group suggested it and i was not disappointed. From the moment I entered I was greeted with a top standard of professionalism. Our server, Ella, is an absolute credit to the business. Ella was very friendly, polite and engaging, she interacted with all people at the meal delivering fantastic customer service. She truly made the meal an enjoyable experience. The food was great, I personally ordered the fajitas. The wraps were small but the meat and vegetables were not! And as the wraps were complimentary it was fine as we could have more brought over. The food was of good quality and of large portions. I would most certainly visit again next time I am in the Poole/Bournemouth area."

"we arrived shortly after 1 hour and there were no places, there were five of us. the manager was very helpful and suggested that a table was ready and had just gone so that we had this table and made him ready for us. while we waited, we ordered in cash. the service was very good, eating was hot and very tasty. would recommend it to any young and old. they also have a gluten-free and vegan menu."

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I went on a Friday evening and was surprised to see only one group of people there, as I had read reviews mentioning long waits. It was great to see the staff socializing and creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was my first time at this restaurant, so it took me a while to decide what to order. The workers were understanding and polite. The halal burgers were delicious, with the glazed beef bacon being a standout. Make sure to reserve a table if you plan on visiting on a Friday, as it gets busy. And don't forget to bring your business cards, as you can exchange them for a free portion of wings!"

"We visited for a family meal on bank holiday. We were greeted tv a female member of staff who said they could not accept ‘walk ins’ and we had to book on line. Despite the restraints not being very empty. She told us we could stand outside and book on like and come back. We stood in the carpark (with 2 toddlers) and booked a table on line and walked back in. We showed to our table and told there was 45 min wait for food which we kindly agreed to wait. We watched the staff chatted and pointing to us. Then someone came back over and said the wait for food was now 60 mins. This was shortly followed by being told that the kitchen was actually closing. We were told that they closed the on line booking system and would not accept our booking!! Despite their staff telling us to book a table outside and we would be served. We were gobsmacked. The staff clearly did not want to service us. I’m not sure if they wanted to close early, but the whole thing was highly unprofessional and rude. We had 2 children under the age of 4. We have contacted trading standards and reported the venue. The food looked really rubbish anyway. Luckily we found another pub which was super friendly and served lovely home cooked food. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE"

"Today the business I work for decided to treat some of us to Roosters. The company spent over £200 on the order. The order was placed at 1pm and we asked for it to be delivered to the office by Deliveroo. At 2:45 we chased up the order with Roosters who told us the order had been collected by the driver nearly an hour before and we should have had our order. We the were then contacted by the driver asking for a code so he could be paid for the job, by this time we still hadn’t had our order and a colleague of mine asked where it was. The driver then told my colleague that Roosters has cancelled the order ifs that’s the case why was the driver asking for payment authorisation and how did he get our contact details? When challenged the driver then shouted and swore at my colleague, reducing her to tears, which is totally unacceptable. We have contacted roosters who are blaming the driver, and the driver is blaming roosters. Our company’s money has been taken and we didn’t get our food. Someone is not telling the truth and the service from both parties has been horrendous."

"Another wee gem hidden away in Falkirk. Went with my children, they had vanilla and chocolate. Hearty portions! I had Ferrero Rocher and it was fab and coffee was amazing. No real drinks for smaller children, so owner gave us two free glasses of milk. Be back as more flavours to try. Also sell posh cakes and sandwiches."

"I ordered from Deliveroo and was disappointed with my experience. The milkshake was spilled completely in the bag, which was ripped open. The straw had marks from the driver who seemed to have taken a sip before tossing it in the bag. The chicken burger was cold and tasted like a microwaved rustlers burger. The chips were also cold and tasted like frozen chips from Asda. The halloumi was very thin and, like everything else, was served cold."

"I came to your store on the 26th July and purchased food. This was a time were the kitchen was not open for some reason (no signs saying this) Therefore the staff member said they would sort a REFUND. This REFUND was never provided. So much so I had to travel over an hour from Merthyr Tydfil to the Cardiff bay store, pay for parking and go into the store on the 9th June and request my refund which I was rightly owed. I provided them with my reciept and bank statement to show it has not been refunded. They said they will sort it out and will be in my account in three days. From the 9th June I am now over a week after returning to the shop and I still have no REFUND THIS IS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE! Quick enough to take money out of my account but when I request the money back you won’t payout."

"okay, so last review I was partially critical because my pregnant ex-wife couldn't get a place or eat here and we both needed. now, a few years and another pregnant thing later, I have recently more time to try dinge and free time, but somehow was in the opposite to try. yes I had an edible and expected I would have an appetit for snacks, so ordered a full pizza and selected from the menu vegan mozarella, seasoned cauliflower, BBQ sauce, jalepeno, sweet and nduja vegan sausage. building a separate pizza is £11 and contains a 2 column system where they want a thing from the subsections of the column a and as many of the column b’s as they want. base was slightly dry and slightly rough texture, but must say the pizza was delicious and it is worth it. I am no longer so stuffed and enjoyed the flavored and subtle flavors of this very good and not too heavy pizza. my brother got a pizza with normal cheese and he enjoyed, but he said was a pretty heavy pizzamine was not hard and right. "For the past 16 years, we have been visiting Tylney Hall, eagerly anticipating the exceptional service, accommodations, and dining experiences. The staff is absolutely delightful, and we love it so much that we got married there four years ago on the first day of spring, and we celebrate various anniversaries there each year. This year, we brought our Cockerpoo puppies and enjoyed a lovely garden space covered in snow. The room was absolutely fabulous, and Jackson had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the food. Next time, we might need a spoon to pry him away from it! We brought you some treats to spread happiness."

"My friend recently moved to the area and after visiting some of the pubs in the area, we stopped here for pizza. It was incredible for me, it was the best pizza experience since 2019. But first, let me say something about the atmosphere. It is incredibly cozy, a bit like a wine bar lively but never hectic. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The wine was excellent but the highlight was the food. The starter was zucchini crisps with a dip I never had anything like this before and you simply must try it when you are there. The meal started incredibly strong but the pizza was even better. I have never tasted a salami like this outside Italy. Fantastic."
