"I'm loathe to leave a review, as I fear it will result in reservations becoming even more difficult in future! This unassuming neighbourhood restaurant serves fantastic food, cooked with passion and care, served with a side helping of enthusiasm and endless smiles. Have the wild boar meatballs with pappardelle. You'll want to lick the plate. I'll be back."

"This is our 3rd visit to the Bull. This time we were disappointed. The food was just OK rather than the usual excellent. Some dishes were only warm. It was Valentines so maybe too many meals required quickly? Service also not is normal. This will not stop us coming again, but hopefully we will have an improved experience next time."

"I had the steak and was the best steak I had for a long time. great service, very friendly staff and free strawberries with our champagne, what you might want more! my only reservation was it very warm in restaurant, air cone would be pleasant to have in summer."

"What a great place. Bought a voucher for for off food. You help yourself to salad bar and servers come to your table with meat options. Servings are small but this is a good thing as you have about or more meats to sample. Lamb was definitely one of my favourites so asked for another helping before we finished. You need to try the Cinnamon Pineapple, great course to finish on."

"The menu at this restaurant is well organized and the portion sizes are appropriate. The dishes are visually appealing on the menu, with some unique options that are of high quality. However, the kitchen only demonstrates decent effort and there is room for improvement. The ratatouille was bland and lacked the vibrant flavors expected. The sauce on the mushroom ravioli was too heavy and overwhelmed the filling. The Iberico pork chop could have had more meat for the price. On the positive side, the bread, sweet potatoes, and salad dressing (lemon vinaigrette) were good. The prices are on the higher side, especially when compared to other restaurants in Baden Baden. The restaurant has been around for many years with varying levels of quality. It's disappointing given the nice ambiance of the restaurant. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, even in spite of the current situation with Corona. I would recommend this restaurant with some reservations, as tastes can vary."

"The true taste of Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by this charming little Italian restaurant. It was cozy and incredibly delightful. The team, especially Catarina, was fantastic hosts. Chef Arturo was so friendly and made my dish taste just like home in Italy. The Capri family truly creates a Mediterranean atmosphere. I requested my dish to be made in the Calabrese way and they delivered perfectly. Never order carbonara with cream, it's a crime. I absolutely love this restaurant and I can see why regulars keep coming back. I am now a new fan and can't wait to visit again soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience. - Lady BBellie the Captain."

"Authentic Italian in downtown Glasgow. They took our party quickly on a busy night without a reservation. The service was attentive through a group effort. The food was delicious and truly authentic. The minestrone soup was perfect. Fresh vegetables, served hot, with just the right amount of salt. The slices of haggis and black pudding was surprisingly tasty for my first time. Don’t ask what it is made of, just try it and you will find an unusual, but pleasant flavor and texture. The medallion of veal fillet alla Milanese was a tender, hearty portion of veal pounded thin, coated in light breading, and served hot. Delicious from the first bite to the last. The table next to me ordered the lyonnaise potatoes and they looked so good I had to order them as well. They were superb and tasted as good as they looked. Welcoming, charming place with more than reasonable pricing especially on the alcohol. Must visit if you like Italian."

"My husband and I spent the last weekend near Poole and we are so pleased to have found La Lupa at the end of the Quay: the best Italian restaurant we have ever been to (and Italian food is our favourite so we therefore go to plenty of Italian restaurants! . Everything was perfect: from the very welcoming, friendly and attentive staff to the wonderful meals. Both the pizza and pasta were delicious (and yes, I tried both as I couldn’t resist having some of my husband’s meal – and he did the same . We know that the owner has recently taken over from an established business – and can’t imagine that it was previously better considering the fantastic meal we had. Thank you for the lovely experience and one thing is sure: next time we are in the area we will book a table at La Lupa!"

"I am amazed that I had never been to this restaurant before. The food was fantastic, served by friendly and welcoming staff. Every dish was packed with flavor and prepared with great attention to detail. The wine selection was vast and reasonably priced, and the float coffee and handmade biscuits were excellent additions."

"Just had the most wonderful meal with friends. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Alex. She was so lovely and very knowledgeable in regards to the menu. Nothing was a bother and made us feel very special. The food was absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef. We all had pasta dishes for our main. Every one of them full of flavour (clean plates all round) with a side of cheesy garlic bread (totally recommend) and a bowl of chips. Our desserts were equally as good, I had the special which was chocolate fudge cake and my friends had the tiramisu and cheese cake both very tasty. I had the best pink gin and lemonade to drink which was really nice! It was made very well. I would throughly recommend this lovely cosy restaurant. It’s a great location with easy access to the station."

"A proper classic Italian restaurant. Lovely, friendly staff. The food was sooooo tasty. We had a king prawn with chilli garlic starter, iltalian sausage pasta main and a seafood medley cooked in foil with the freshest Focaccia I've ever tasted. Da Antonio are moving premises soon and I really hope they manage to remain in Hamilton."

"I was visiting Orkney and did not find any other options for Italian food so I decided to check out this place. The bill for a pizza, a pasta, garlic bread with cheese, a slice of cheesecake, and one coffee was about forty pounds. According to Orkney rates, that is on the pricier side. The food was a good change from the other food I had been having at Orkney but I would recommend the staff make their pizzas more exciting; like adding or providing olive oil for the pizzas. If you are looking for Italian food, do check out Lucano and be specific about what you need with the staff. Do not rely on the reviews of others."

"Chose as a venue to catch up with ex work colleagues. Family run restaurant in a good location for those coming from various places across London and Surrey. Very welcoming and great for those with gluten intolerance. We all had a lovely meal and the house wine was very good."

"The menu offers a variety of healthy options, including delicious salads with fresh ingredients and tasty dressings. The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a refreshing alternative to the typical Santa Fe cuisine. The vibe is great, the food is tasty, and it's a welcome change from the usual cheesy mexican fare."

"We were surprised to find that, for a busy Friday night in central Edinburgh, the place was very quiet. Only two other tables of two. We were a noisy party of six and realised we had taken over the place! Caffe Centro feels very authentically Italian ... and is, as the name suggests, more cafe than restaurant. However the staff were great, the typically Italian food was REALLY excellent proper home cooking. Bar stock, and wine list also pretty good. We were each given a Limoncello, on the house, at the end of our dinner, which was a lovely touch. Our group hadn 't planned to 'make a night of it ' as had early plans for the next morning, but just as well, as the place was closing at ten and it did become obvious that the staff were keen to get away home! We loved our time there, and will definitely return. We would also recommend it as a good, city centre venue... but would stress the 'caffe ' part a plush restaurant it isn 't, but we did feel we had just spent a few hours in Italy!"
"A absolute gem of a restaurant, had a beautiful evening in the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and our daughters confirmation. Chef is amazing the food perfect and the desserts are a beautiful indulgence and treat to end a evening with. The waitresses couldn’t do anymore to help and ensure you have a great evening. I look forward to my next visit and wish the staff and restaurant every success post Covid times."

"We've talked about going to Mi Amore for years. Glad we finally went. The ambiance and atmosphere was really good. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We started with the House Pate and King Prawns with cherry tomatoes garlic in a red pesto and tomato sauce. The Pate came with a salad and 3 decent sized toasted ciabatta. Ample pate for the 3 slices of ciabatta and it was enjoyed. Initially I thought my prawn dish was far too salty until I introduced the Garlic ciabatta it came with, to the sauce and the balance was almost perfect. Mains of Ravioli Porcini Prime Fillet Steak. The ravioli and sauce was really nice and my partner would recommend it. The fillet steak was served with crispy roast potatoes a confit tomato, 3 mushrooms and roast veg. The steak was very nice and tender. The roast tatties were really crispy and worked well. The confit tomato was lovely and the mushrooms were tender and tasty. The roast veg was slightly underdone for my taste, but did not take anything away from the dish. My partner decided on having a Latte only, which she enjoyed. I had the Dolce Al Caramello for desert. A sponge pudding with a creamy caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. The sponge was light and the caramel sauce was a delight and worked really well, as did the fruit and cream it was served with and 2 Rossini chocolate curls. With 2 pints of Birra Moretti, 1 Soda Water Lime and 1 Blue Wkd came to under £80 which we thought was very reasonable and we can't wait to return."

"The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and made to order. The service is friendly and very accommodating, especially when it comes to special dishes not listed on the menu. I have visited multiple times and highly recommend it. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, not overly fancy. I particularly enjoyed the lamb in red wine sauce, which was tender and flavorful. While I cannot comment on the fish dishes due to my allergy, I can confidently say that all the food is worth trying. Visit this restaurant and give it a shot - you won't be let down."
