"A group of friends and I visited Glasgow and stumbled upon this charming restaurant. I was impressed by the beautiful paintings on the walls that brought back childhood memories. "Shocking Customer Service Experience Cannot Recommend Tonight we are hosting a gathering at our home in Yalding with eight friends and decided to try Zarda after not using them for years. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. When we called to place our order, the employee who answered the phone seemed to be struggling with their system. Our phone number wouldn't register, and they couldn't find our information. Despite providing our phone number three times, the employee's tone became increasingly angry and frustrated, as if it was our fault that their system couldn't locate our details from our mobile. We asked if they could simply add us as new customers, but the employee was clearly unwilling to help and seemed disinterested in our order. At this point we have not given him any additional information to manually add us or try. We suggested trying another establishment if this is being to difficult, the employee actually agreed, which was shocking to us. We strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself the trouble and choose another restaurant instead."

"We walked past this restaurant a few days ago and feeling hungry decided to give it a go. We both had vegetarian fajitas, which were absolutely fantastic, we also had 2 pints of Madri lager which was also fantastic. "We visited this place back in July. Where do I even begin? The food was okay but the service was bad. The staff could not even communicate and they could not even understand a thing we asked. And we’re Indians! The food came and we ate and it was alright. When we got our bill we saw some other guests arguing with the owner about being charged extra so we decided to check our bill as well. And of course we got charged extra very very sneakily. No way it was a mistake. The items were correct and named fine but in the price section had another but written in small handwriting squeezed between the other prices. All their bills are handwritten so they do whatever they want. I assume they do this to everybody so make sure you check your bill."
