"So I went here yesterday for lunch with work colleagues … I was sooo impressed, the lady who I assumed to be the manager with black hair was so welcoming and friendly, the pub was spotlessly clean and the food I felt was such good...value for money. There was another lady behind the bar who was also so friendly…. I came out thrilled to have found this great pub right round the corner from work with such great staff. I went back with different work colleagues today for lunch, raving about how impressed I was yesterday…. Only today I had a completely different experience. I sat at the table I had reserved on line and ordered for my friends and then realised actually I’d like to move tables… the pub was so quiet only about other tables. I asked a lady I later found out was called Mollie if I could move tables, she just looked at me as if I’d asked her for a kidney! She was rude unhelpfu. I understand we all have bad days but her attitude was terrible. I explained I had been in yesterday and the dark haired lady was so nice I asked who she was… mollie said the DM like I’m supposed to know what that means, I asked what that was and she said deputy manager, I asked who she was and she said she was the manager !! I suggest you promote the DM immediately! We had our lunch and again the food was great… Mollie did go round the back of the bar and moaned about me to the bar maid and I could hear her saying I’m ready to walk out … so unprofessional… I could hear her, the pub was practically empty! We finished our lunch with no further incident… what a shame …. I really felt like I’d found a little gem to use for work, which I still will, only not on the days Mollie is the manager!!"

"I've never walked out of a restaurant before, and I've been to quite a few! Unfortunately, the food was terrible; there was no option for the pasta I wanted, not even the ones listed on the menu. When my meal finally arrived, it was cold, and all dishes had the same pasta with barely any sauce. I sent it back, but it came back microwaved, causing whatever sauce was there to vanish completely! We apologized to the wonderfully attentive staff, who truly tried to help, and then we decided to leave. Now, we're dining somewhere else and feeling relieved we did! Service: Dine in"

"We were invited to have dinner at this restaurant to celebrate a friend. As Brazilians, we love Portuguese cuisine. The dishes we chose were top-notch in both taste and presentation, receiving a 5/5 rating from us. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed a refreshing white sangria. The manager was a fantastic host, the serving team provided excellent service, and overall, our experience was well worth the money spent. "a nice afternoon dinner. we booked for a table of 10 for a afternoon dinner and had a good time. it can be difficult to book online so we arranged the hotel marriott and they booked us in carluccios. tony called me the day before to make sure we were still before our booking. at the arrival the manager (a woman) did not know that we were pre-ordered, but her colleague has laid our table and waited for us. all staff were very nice and professional, service was prompt and friendly. the food was traditional Italian fare and well cooked. the drink selection was also very nice and the cocktails went well down. dephran took care of our table and was extremely professional and friendly. we celebrated a birthday and the personal brought a cake and extra cutlery, nothing was too much annoyed and they did it with a smile. the restaurant is spacious and has a beautiful feeling, with seating for groups, families and couples. it is located in the marriott hotel, which is a beautiful bar and lobby area next to the restaurant. there is a fee for parking, but there is a lot of space. if they are well cooked Italian cuisine in west london in a beautiful environment with good service then carluccio is definitely worth visiting. we will definitely visit again. thanks to all the staff."

"this was our second visit and the standard of the food has decreased considerably. we had the same as before, the smokeys platter. the ribs were hard and overlooked. the brisket dry and chicken leg bland. the black rate was the best on the plate. the plate was also smaller than before. the service was not present, we had to ask for cutlery for our eating. we were not asked how our food was or we wanted more drinks etc....the atmosphere was very quiet. we could hardly hear behindground music. Unfortunately we won't come back, we were a group of six couples."

"We recently went for a bottomless brunch at this restaurant. It was different from our previous visit as the table setup was not ideal, with some of us having our backs to our friends. We felt overcharged for what we got, especially since there was no prosecco this time. The host was friendly, but the service was lacking as we only received a few drinks. One of our friends had their food order forgotten, causing them to eat after everyone else. My chicken karaage burger was enjoyable, but the pizzas were undercooked and doughy - I am a professional pizza chef and could tell they were not cooked properly. Overall, I would rate our experience a 4/10 and we will not be returning. It was not worth the £30 we paid, feeling like a rip off."

"Total management failure. We were 10. 5 meals were served about 15 minutes after we ordered.an hour later the other 5 were still waiting. The table next to us who arrived after us had already eaten before we gnarly received our food after complaining. The manager excuse was that our waiter had only been there 2 weeks. Yet he was given 2 tables of 10 each as well as 3 tables with 4 each. To give an unexperienced waiter 32 seats is crazy. And the manager was not present when we went looking for him. Took 10 minutes for him to show up. Also it seems the problem was the kitchen. They assumed 5 tapas starters and 5 mains. The tapas was ordered as mains. This was my 3rd meal at this branch in 2 months. But never again."

"A group of seven who pre ordered ate here last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and great decor. Not particularly busy for a Friday night. The food was tasty and portions fairly generous. The presentation of the food was not great. Its is a pricey place to visit but not bad if you manage to get a deal. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately our bill was wrong we were charged for meals we hadn't had. The error was rectified but it did take a fair while to sort! I will return but not if I had to pay full price."

"We read reviews always before visiting a restaurant, so we were looking forward to this meal. Unfortunately the food was appalling, absolutely tasteless, pasta had no taste and was told to put salt and pepper and chilli oil to make it taste good, Bass had wet skin, kale and greens were like a mash, the chicken batter was burnt! This was all the dishes and not just one! The waitress was amazing, so we didn’t complain, just left knowing we had the worst meal of our holiday!"

"Absoutley thrilling experience at the station bar I didn't eat the food as I indulge in the belief eating is cheating, Me and my group of friends used it as our meeting point of choice on a mission to get out of our breasts as quickly as possible before hitting the town doing lines and shagging 9's. It was that great an experience one of the members of the group even breached his tag to stay out longer! Would highly reccomend coming to this establishment with its hand drier in the mens room which hangs of the wall and flops from side to side to make drying your hands that much more of a challenge.. everyone loves a challgange don't they) or the strawberry daquiris you need a spoon "

"Amazing Carbonara was blown away by it. Unfortunately the goat’s cheese starter was awful cold and cloying and lacking in dressing. To finish I tried the tiramisu which should be light and fluffy, this was solid, stodgy and had a weird taste??? I finished with an Irish Coffee which did t even appear to have cream and was really an awful version of the classic. The cream was mixed with the coffee which was not great and the coffee was instant! If you like carbonara and very friendly hospitality then go, just avoid the goat’s cheese, tiramisu and Irish Coffee."

"Nice pub! I called ahead to book a table for 11 for Christmas, but they couldn’t fit us in. On the day of our reservation, we walked in because the other place we had booked was only serving a set menu, and we needed a quick lunch. Thankfully, the ET was able to accommodate us on short notice. I’m still giving it 5 stars because we all enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. However, I do wonder why they couldn’t have reserved a table for us when I called earlier, as it would have saved us a lot of hassle since this was our first choice. Perhaps another group canceled, and we were lucky enough to benefit from it. Thank you, ET! I would definitely visit again."

"Downloaded the app. Nothing worked. Ordered at the bar, paid £2.25 extra for beef on my burrito bowl. When it came out, there was literally 5g of beef and sauce added to the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. The bowl itself was fine. But if I had paid just £10 for the bowl itself, as standard, I would have been furious. But then having paid £2.25 for an extra 5g of beef. After asking for an opinion from the staff (who were extremely helpful), it sounded like they either agreed and didn’t want to comment, or didn’t really know what a standard protein portion on a standard meal should be. Ground beef is cheap. Slow cooked ground beef is low maintenance, cheap easy to prepare. My concerns about the portion sizes were confirmed when I was brought out a 2nd portion of the beef… which appeared to be no more than 10g of beef (if you were being generous), and a lot of sauce. For context. At home, you could make 500g of the same thing for around £5.00… and as a business, buying at wholesale, bulk prices, you can make it a lot cheaper. So even if you were serving a standard portion of protein 20 30g for an adult you’d still make money, if you were buying wagyu ground beef from waitrose. If you are looking for decent food… give this one a miss. The service and drinks are all standard for a chain pub, its just the food that is a scam. Staff were 10/10 though, and brought me out a 2nd portion, with no drama. But even 2 portions of that beef wasn’t really enough protein for an adult. And there was far too much sauce to cover the fact that there was hardly any beef"

"Warm friendly welcome, table ready prepared for us. Excellent food, the choice was from an extensive menu and all the food was lovely and well presented. Nice atmosphere in the dining room, which was busy. The only slight drawback was the service....although we realised that some guests (ourselves included actually) were known to the staff who chatted to them... we would have appreciated this rather more if we had been given our drinks first! But the quality of all the food was really very good indeed, and no doubt we shall return again soon."
