"I attended a drag themed bottomless brunch where I paid for both food and drinks. Unfortunately, no food ever arrived despite multiple inquiries. The chef was reportedly rude and told the waiter to leave each time we asked about our order. We waited for food from 1:30 until 4:30 in a cramped booth meant for 8 people but stuffed with 10 hungry ladies. The drag acts had to navigate stairs to interact with everyone due to the venue's multiple levels, making it challenging to enjoy both food and entertainment simultaneously. The Brunch Club has yet to provide a refund for the unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this venue due to poor service, overselling, and failure to deliver on orders. I do not plan on returning."

"Hello to the team who were working today. This is just to say a big THANK YOU for the lovely lunch and service we received today whilst celebrating my parents 66th Wedding Anniversary. The food was delicious, my mother hasn't eaten a 3 course meal for about 2 years, she did today! (My sea bass was lovely...and the sauce! It was a great surprise and a delightful touch to have their desserts served on a specially decorated platter, thank you so much, the perfect end to a lovely meal. I must also add that the staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful, we moved table, took ages to make decisions, we never felt rushed and always felt looked after. "when I heard that this place has vegan options, I did not expect too much my experience with Latin American restaurants in my own country is not so great when it comes to vegan food. but I was wrong. not only that they have a separate vegetarian and vegan menu that eat is simply great and I regret only that I could not try all their vegan options. my favorites were the vegan version of their three mushroom fajita and the tembleque kokospudding. yes, and the personal was very friendly and helpful. las iguanas became my favorite restaurant during my stay in milton keynes."

We've been visiting this establishment for 16 years, and it's wonderful to be able to have dinner after 8 PM. The food is fantastic—so delicious and beautifully presented by the Italian chef. "I love seafood, and love watching foodie channels and programmes. For so long now, we've wanted to eat at a place that blew our minds. Howth is great but I have never had the pleasure of a seafood platter like at Matts. We ate it as mains for 2 and it could have been enjoyed by 4 but don't you da4e make it smaller Matt. Just out of this world. I'm not lying when I say I woke up the next day and it was the first thing I thought of, haha its that good. We are booking again."

"We were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this restaurant during our overnight visit to Wakefield. Housed in a former bank, the interior is charming with Spanish and Cuban décor, great lighting, and music, and high ceilings. The seating options range from bar stools to comfortable booths and large tables. They even have a private dining room located in the former bank vault with a thick impressive door. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu is diverse with a good selection of cocktails. There is also a rooftop bar for warmer evenings, which seemed like a great place to relax. While the tapas we ordered were delicious, especially the mushrooms, my chicken jambalaya was a bit bland and could have used more spice. Despite this, if you find yourself in Wakefield (home of the Hepworth Gallery and close to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park), this restaurant is a must-visit spot for dining out."

"Overall this was a good experience. Although we did have to wait a while for a member of staff to notice that we had arrived. My son and I ordered steaks for our main course which were tender, well cooked and served in good time. My son is a bit of a steak connoisseur and he gave a thumbs up. The only criticism I would have is if you are going to put some green salad on the side at least put a decent amount or don’t bother. To drink I had a gin and tonic, unfortunately this had so much tonic and ice in it I couldn’t taste the gin. This could be improved on. Bearing in mind this is a bar and grill in East Grinstead High Street they did a pretty good job and we both left feeling satisfied and it’s not often I say that."

"This restaurant was truly exceptional! Despite being very busy, we were able to secure a late reservation. The food was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options that made it hard to choose. We enjoyed a seafood platter, goatcheese mousse, ham hough, and oysters. For mains, we indulged in surf and turf (halibut and pigeon), ribeye steak, and delicious sides. We even took home some desserts that were heavenly. The staff truly made the experience even more memorable, with Elise and Nicki providing excellent service and knowledge about the menu, and bartender Sharice making a perfect after-dinner cocktail. It's definitely worth the price and time if you have the opportunity. Overall, a fantastic dining experience."

Many items were not available, and the payment system was unreliable, resulting in having to order at the counter. Despite being told that mac and cheese was unavailable, a friend was able to order it through the app. Overall, the service was disorganized and the food was average, arriving suspiciously quickly as if it had been reheated. Will not be returning."

"This is a hidden gem of London! Great service extremely fast and polite. The food is absolutely delicious with fresh ingredients. "The ‘big bagel’ was nice enough as were the chips. Sweet friendly waitress. Please do not order the nachos-they are flavourless and in my opinion the tortilla chips a little stale. Was a little hard work trying to get someone’s attention for the bill. I think they could do with one more member of staff to keep things running more smoothly eg clearing tables, wiping down seats and supplying the bill more promptly. I voiced my opinion at the time re the nachos but was met with a vacant stare and a ‘no ones ever complained about them before ‘. They bizarrely offered to take 10% off the cost of the nachos. A more commercially savvy response would have been ‘so sorry you didn’t like the nachos Ill take them off the bill as you’ve barely touched them. Hope to see you again next time’ There’s lots of competition in the area who in my opinion offer waaay better service. I believe the owner was behind the counter at the time who took no ownership of the situation-that was a shame but hey ho that’s why some businesses succeed and others don’t stand the test of time."

"I received the group on voucher as a gift, so was really looking forward to going for afternoon tea to celebrate my sisters birthday. What a let down. there was a toaster left out filthy next to our table. Staff didn 't want to be there (although they were lovely when talking to us, No one asked if we were vegetarian etc. I asked what teas they have and a lady brought over a box and said 'there 's some in there, have a look ' so i felt awkward and just selected normal, she didn 't even ask my sister. Had to ask for my sisters prosecco, No music on, sat by a door that was broken and staff and customers kept banging shut and moving the metal arm on the top up and down. Sandwiches were rock hard, the watercress on top was pathetic. Cakes were nice and so was the scone. Its clear to me that the hotel has gone down in standards as everything seemed to be budget. There was only 3 tables in and i understand why. I wouldn 't return again."
