"In my first course, I was served three slices of bread with a variety of toppings. One was delicious (mushrooms in cream), but the other two were diced tomato and something bland that lacked flavor. They were both unimpressive and uninspiring. For my main course, the sauce surrounding the pasta and meatballs was cold, and even after bringing it to my attention, it was only slightly warmed up. However, the dessert, a Panettone bread pudding, was a standout success."

"had an 8:45 dinner reservation for 2 and called to say we were late. the host said no problem at the last dinner was at 21:00. at 20:55 a.m. when I was waiting for my friend to arrive waiter, I was rude to inform myself that I was supposed to place order immediately because kitchen would close soon. we set order, eating came what was in order. at 10:30 a.m. they seemed to push people from the restaurant."

"1st Class. My 1st visit to any Jamie Oliver venue Guildford for an xmas get together with 2 work colleagues and our respective partners so 6 of us, table booked at 6.45pm. I have to say that the meal I had was one of the best I have ever had. The pasta dish was just bursting with flavour,I had to savour every mouthful. Every one of us enjoyed our meal so much, my GF said that her pasta dish was out of this world . In addition the service was exceptional, the waiters knowledge of every dish was flawless. "Hi Michael. I have just spoken with Mike and he asked me to email you. It’s with regards to our evening meal last night (17/11/18). Me and my husband were treating my parents as a thank you and took them to your restaurant as a treat as we have both dined there before and enjoyed it. I have dined in Jamie’s Italian in a few restaurants all over the country and even in Bangkok. Anyway, the meal wasn’t up to standard last night and was disappointing. I did not want to say anything last night as I didn’t want to cause embarrassment with my parents. My Mums beef burger was very tough, I tasted it and it was too chewy, unfortunately she could not eat it and just eat the bun and chips. My Dads sirloin steak was tough too and he struggled to chew it. My husbands tomahawk pork chop was good he said and he enjoyed it. My prawn linguine only had a few prawns and lacked flavour. "A raucous birthday party’s enthusiasm rattled around the restaurant when we arrived, making conversation rather difficult but it soon left and the ambiance improved somewhat. Garlic bread with mozzarella to start was good and wine, a modest valpolicella perfectly acceptable. Both our mains, lasagna and meatballs, came heated inconsistently. The lasagna was hot in parts and cool in others. The meatballs were just lukewarm throughout, even though the pasta was piping hot. It was late, we were hungry, so didn’t make a fuss, but it’s fair to say the food prep was sub standard and disappointing."

"Jamie 's Italian London Bridge After a long day at the Tower of London we looked for a Jamie Oliver restaurant within walking distance. Not only was it close but there were several tables available for the time we wanted. For a starter we had his famous meat plank. They advertise the Amazing prosciutto and so it was. My wife did not like the Tuscana fennel salami which gave me two pieces and it was very good. We could have eaten the pâté crostini all day it was that good. The rest was just as good; baby buffalo mozzarella, pecorino Sardo chilli jam etc. For the main course I indulged in the Pappardelle and meatballs while my wife had the Summer Orecchiette. The pappardelle had spicy pork balls with a garlicky tomato sauce and Béchamel with Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. It was a fantastic meal and well worth the price. The Summer Orecchiette came with broad beans and cherry tomatoes. It was lovely according to my wife. Though we did not need dessert we did have it. We both had the Molten Chocolate Praline Pudding. What can I say? It was very decadent but so enjoyable! I also had the Caffe Corretto while small, as it should be, was tasty."

"Jamie’s italian in merchant city is known in Great Britain. we went to dinner on Tuesday. the place was almost empty. we waited a few minutes before sitting.The decor is nice and cozy. the staff is very friendly and helpful. br/>We ordered various dishes as we were several. I personally had the Spinat ravioli. it was good, the sauce was a bit heavy, but overall it is a good dish to order. the desserts are very tasty. the icy laces are however very small."

"my favorite restaurant in brighton and, yes, we tried a few! I don't understand the bad reviews. we ate at many ji and all were great. this is our favorite. the personal is fantastic, the atmosphere is great, the eating is very tasty, portioning are in order (I feel that so much super big was that we have forgotten what is a normal size part) and the price reflects the standard of eating and service. my only criticism is that I cannot bear karma cola!"
"Ambience is nice and staff were efficient and friendly. Food however was pretty average, nothing particularly outstanding even when we had starters, pasta and dessert . Starters and dessert better than pasta though. Gnocchi and Tottellini were both disappointing and definitely not worth their high prices."

The garlic bread was burnt and the beef pasta was only warm, when it should have been hotter. Additionally, the staff were seen hanging around and complaining about their job."

"Our server, Iryna, was incredibly friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. Her recommendations were spot on and made our meal truly exceptional. The seafood salad was unlike anything we had experienced before, but Iryna encouraged us to give it a try, and it was fantastic. The flavors and the sauce combined perfectly. Although my wife typically doesn't enjoy beets, she ended up eating half of hers because they were seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the small seafood linguine, which was definitely fresh and cooked in fish stock instead of the usual cream sauce. The seasoning was absolutely brilliant, and everything came together flawlessly. She also appreciated the perfect portion size; although she could have eaten more, she wanted to save room for dessert. To be honest, I found myself a bit envious of her dish and wished there was more to share. Not that I disliked my own meal, because I truly loved it. The pulled lamb was braised in a generous amount of red wine, and Iryna was right—while you could taste the wine, there was no overpowering alcohol flavor, just rich aromas. The pasta was cooked just right, and the lamb was tender and delicious. I could have easily eaten more, but I wanted to save space for dessert too. After discussing our options, we ultimately decided on the botanical dessert. Normally, we would have tried everything, but since we had lunch just three hours prior, we had to be mindful. The Botanical was the perfect choice to end our meal. The chocolate mousse coated in chocolate was just the right amount of sweet, not overwhelming at all. Paired with ice cream and toffee sauce, every spoonful had us saying "mmmmm.""

"Let's go straight to the point: the pizza is amazing. But I'm not talking about any pizza, I'm talking about the Four Cheese Truffle pizza. It's out of this world, it really blew my mind. I also ordered some Calabrian Chilli potatoes to start and finished with their Tiramissu, which I must say, was much, much better than my highest expectations, I loved it. Great place for groups, lunch time is more quiet but night time gets pretty noisy.I'd make a reservation for dinner, including weekdays, but surely on weekends.Totally recommend this place, great environment, great food."

"We went here last night for some take-aways. We ordered two Margherita pizzas and some fries. I don't think it took more than five minutes to have our pizzas ready and two minutes later we had our fries. After coming back to our apartment and...trying the food, we were totally in awe. The fries was some of the best fries we had in London so far (fresh and good quality potatoes) and the pizza was also very good (nice, thin, fresh base and very tasty). PS.. While we were waiting for our food we could see them making some other orders and they really are not shy of loading their pizzas with ingredients!"

"Very pleasant Italian food.Quite small so very noisy when full plus very loud music. Why oh why do Italian restaurants never give you enough Parmesan and have condiments on the table. There was too much tomato sauce on the bolognese and a shame they could not make an affagato,as it is only a scoop of icecream with a shot of espresso added.Indeed all the deserts were not homemade. The pizzas were excellent. The waiter is charming and attentive."
