"very good fast food intake. excellent, friendly, helpful staff. we had the Brazilian black branhead with winter Slave and vegan pecan, maple and oat cookie. all delicious and fresh and fast service as well. we also had the lensmasala at another of their sockets equally well. also very cheap for such a good, fresh and filling food. I couldn't blame her. her vegan cookbook is also brilliant. mass of really good recipes."

"We were in Aberdeen on a customer delivery for the gallery and had some time to spare, so we searched for a cafe nearby using Google. We stumbled upon this fabulous bus, which was parked directly on the beach. The bright red bus was hard to miss and we couldn't resist trying it out. The menu was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We had not eaten all day, so we opted for the steak burger with a side of fries, which was delicious. We also had a coffee with milk and a tea, and the total bill was quite affordable. From our seats, we could see the wind farm and the large ships coming and going from the harbor along the beautiful coast. Despite it being a sunny day with plenty of people around, it didn't feel overcrowded. While there were no toilets on the bus, we found clean public facilities at the lighthouse end of the road. We really enjoyed our relaxed visit to this part of Aberdeen and appreciated the laid-back atmosphere. It was just what we needed."

"We have been going to this coffee shop since before Covid each Sunday morning for breakfast. We have found in the last year food cleanliness has deteriorated on a weekly basis. It has now come to the point where sadly we will have to find another establishment to enjoy our Sunday breakfast. The cloth chairs can only be described as filthy and we are constantly having to change cups and cutlery due to them not having been washed properly. The scones are more like pancakes in their shape and to be honest on some days you could break a window with them. We have had to return muffins that we couldn’t cut with a knife due to them being stale.It saddens us to have to write this review as we have become very fond of our Sunday visits but we are not complainers and have bared with things for over six months now and just can’t continue to give our custom anymore."

"I live locally but hadn't visited for a little while so decided to visit last night and so glad we did! The food was excellent such a generous serving of tempura prawns and the katsu curry was, not only beautifully/imaginatively presented as well as using impeccable ingredients, but it was also a really large size with so much chicken! The two ladies working last night were very attentive and friendly, it was lovely for our dog to be welcomed and the interior was so cosy with the imaginative decor and lovely candles we will 100% be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!"

"we arrived a bit earlier than our booked time, but we are the only customers. we sat and served immediately. because we had lunch with friends, we were not in a certain hurry, so we didn't make it up, but our food took an hour to come, other guests seemed to order and leave after us before we got our food. I don't think we have ordered everything especially drunk some cakes and a fish chips. the food itself was beautiful, and the price seemed reasonable."

"A restaurant that offers a separate, dedicated Vegetarian menu with eight main courses definitely earns my approval. I've been eager to try Wolfes for a while now, having heard that their Vegetarian menu is excellent—and it truly is. They offer a variety of options including burgers, salads, pasta, fajitas, jambalaya, and wraps, along with several sides suitable for vegetarians. With so many choices, I found it difficult to decide during my visit on Thursday, April 21, 2016. Ultimately, I went with the Veggie Diner Burger, which is a massive bean burger served in a bun with smoked applewood cheese, BBQ sauce, peppadew peppers, and shoestring onions. It was huge, flavorful, and delightfully greasy in a good way—completely satisfying junk food. At just £10.99, it also came with a side, making it excellent value for money. I paired it with chunky chips and a garden salad, both of which were delicious. The decor reflects a traditional American diner style, although the dinosaur murals aimed at kids aren’t to my taste; however, children will likely enjoy them. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great spot for quick, convenient, and filling food with fantastic Vegetarian options."

"The food took a long time to be served (an hour after our bread mezze plates were cleared), but it was delicious once it arrived. Unfortunately, one plain hamburger came out with cheese on it, so it had to be sent back. The portions of the burger and chips were generous, while the risotto portions were somewhat small. It's important to note that there is an "optional" 12.5% service charge automatically included on the bill. However, the bill was properly itemized with no unexpected charges. In conclusion, the pub is nice but the service could be improved to attract more local customers."

"We booked the table via openTable not direct. I wish we had! They did know we were coming, unfortunately our table was not in the expected restaurant part as this was booked for a Christmas party, we were shown to our table by a very embarrassed person, the table was in the entrance hall of a very busy bar which was extreamly busy with Saturday night drinking parties and people standing all around us, this is not what I hoped or expected for my partners birthday meal! As we were extremely unhappy and uncomfortable in this situation we let the embarrassed member of staff know who also apologised and agreed it was bad situation and we left."

"I ordered a breakfast and I asked if they could swap the beans (which I don 't like for mushrooms, and was told it was company policy that you can delete an item for free (how generous of them! but if you want to swap an item they charge it as a side order. When the breakfast arrived it consisted of two tiny rashers of tough bacon with about 5mm of meat on them, 1 sausage, half a small tomato, a little bucket of beans (which I didn 't want anyway and an absolutely tiny portion of mushrooms. Then when the waiter came to do that insincere box-ticking 5 minute check back thing they all do these days where they clumsily interrupt you mid-conversation to ask Is everything ok? without giving a toss how you answer, I told him that I thought the portions were stingy, the breakfast was overpriced, the company policy on swapping items was petty and inflexible and the portion of mushrooms was tiny, his answer to this was that the mushrooms shrink when they are grilled (so just grill more of them then, eh? . Anyway.... £10 for this breakfast was over the top and I presume they only justify it by the pretentious faux artisan ambience of the place as the money clearly hasn 't been spent on the mismatched car boot sale-esque furniture or customer service training courses. They have their policy on swapping items but I have a policy of leaving poor reviews for establishments where they would rather save a few pence than keep a customer happy."

"We have dined at OMNI on multiple occasions, but tonight's experience was extremely disappointing. The rice was bland, the salad was overdressed and soggy, lacking any contrast for the main dishes. The Malaysian fried rendang chicken was a soggy mess with a tasteless, thick brown sauce. It seems like there may have been changes in the kitchen or it could be due to it being midweek, but the overall quality was very poor. It felt more like takeout in plastic containers rather than the high-quality restaurant food we have enjoyed in the past. We were left disappointed as the food did not live up to our previous experiences of flawless dining."

"I had a shockingly bad experience at Mud today and have serious concerns about the customer service. I have visited several times previously with no issues. The food was good as usual however we were asked what our order was three times, a drink for another customer was spilled on our table and we had to ask for items such as cutlery. The coffee was also poor quality. What turns this into a terrible experience was the response of servers to another customer complaining at the counter about the quality of the coffee. The server escalated the argument and threatened violence towards the customer right in front of us and other tables, even though the customer was perfectly within his rights to complain. This created an unwelcome and frankly unsafe environment, so we felt we had no choice to finish our food, pay and leave as soon as possible. Upon our table requesting feedback for the manager, we were told that no manager was available on site, and the other server doubled down on his comments about the customer, stating he was being unreasonable. This attitude contributed to an unsafe experience, as myself and other customers did not feel valued, welcome or even safe. The servers continue to swear and comment angrily about the incident after the customer had left. I appreciate this was a fairly busy period of service but violent threats towards customers, whatever the reason, is never acceptable and needless to say I will never visit Mud again. I would expect to receive reassurance that training is in place to deal with this kind of incident in the future and will be following up by email."

"Booked this as went with the reviews and seemed recommended venue the singer we heard was appalling and the service staff never attended our table regardless of the fact we were getting a glass of proseco in with our price after waiting patiently ! 20 mins plus and failed to be served I decided to go to an empty bar no customers but 3 bar staff who whenever I asked was told I would have to wait a minute ! Waited 10 felt this was enough ! Gathered my belongings and girlfriend and left the establishment ! Was the show any good no idea but the singer was poor and staff worse"

"The wife and I went last night and we got served and seated very quickly. It wasn't that busy! We got our drinks and food ordered which was great. About 15 minutes had passed and we hadn't got our food. The waitress came over and told us that the chef had mixed up the order so they had to re do the order which would've taken a bit longer. We were given 2 free drinks on the house which was very nice of the waitress. Then when we got the food I noticed my sweet chilli chips were cold. So I went up told the waitress that they were so they took the chips of the bull which was great. So when we finished our meal we were offered 2 free desserts and we were amazed at how great the customer service was and very rare to get else Where. We will be back again because the food was fantastic and the customer service was on point."

"I have visited this restaurant many times and the staff are always very well-informed and willing to answer questions about cross contamination. I have never gotten sick from eating here, and I have been going 1-2 times a month since being diagnosed with celiac disease last year. Additionally, they are one of the few places that have confirmed using a separate steam wand for dairy and non-dairy milks, so I feel confident in ordering a cappuccino here."

"Wow! We had an amazing experience at the restaurant last night. The dining room was beautifully decorated and the lighting and atmosphere were perfect. Our server was charming and professional, and did a fantastic job managing all of the tables. The food was the best we've had in years - a perfect combination of flavors, expertly prepared and presented. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant more often. "Food Poisoning What a nightmare! Ate here with my wife and 2 young children after visiting the water park at around 6pm. I thought it was overpriced before I even laid eyes on the food, but having two hungry children we thought we’d give it a go. What a mistake! After picking what I hoped would be edible, we left feeling rather disappointed. At the time we just put it down to a bad experience and not to visit again. 5AM the following morning I was woken with the worst food poisoning symptoms. This would be my life for next 12 hours! The only consolation was that my wife and children had not ate the same things so they were spared the ordeal. We were supposed to visit the main theme park on the same day the symptoms started. Having spent a considerable amount we attempted to salvage what we could as my children were so excited about visiting CBeebies land, however, this proved to be a step too far, we abandoned the attempt after about an hour and left for home. I’ve logged a complaint with Alton Towers and also the food standards agency. I don’t hold out much hope of seeing a satisfactory reply back. I wish I had checked past reviews out before, as a simple search shows there have been a number of similar cases after eating at the same place. "I wasn't too impressed with this restaurant. Maybe I came at a bad time. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional and disinterested, like they were just random people off the street. It would have been nice to see them dressed a bit better and with a friendlier attitude. They didn't seem too happy that we just wanted coffee, but the coffee and cake were decent. I might come back again in the future."

"We have just been to this restaurant for Sunday roast. The service was appalling, We booked at table for 4:30pm as we have young kids so wanted to eat early as to get them to bed early. We sat down at 4:30 did not leave until 7:15pm. From what we could see there was one waitress serving 1whole side of the restaurant on her own with little help from the Manager Olek. Our waitress was fantastic but over worked unfortunately this meant we were just forgotten. Waiting over 30 to have plates cleared, menus bought out. We could see our food just sitting under the heat lamp drying out. I'm absolutely appalled by this we quite like it here visit frequently but I think we will go elsewhere from now on. Not even an apology from the manager when I complained."

"I have always gone to eat in at The Viceroy mid week. The atmosphere is quieter due to lack of clientele. I would say that it actually lacks atmosphere. The waiter who has worked here for many years, does not openly engage, this has a tendency to make the experience feel tense and uncomfortable. (I am unable to comment on weekend activity). The food is cooked to average western standards and taste. It is ok and consistent and I have never had a bad experience with the food. I have now found an alternative restaurant on Wigan Rd, heading towards Bamber Bridge. The reason for this, the last 3 times I have eaten in at The Viceroy, I have chosen from the mid week offer menu, where the waiter (older gentleman) has tried to over charge me by a few pounds each time and I have had to challenge the bill.
