"We have been to this restaurant many times over the last 5+ years and no problems,and always have a jacket potato, food reasonable prices and ample. Unfortunately this visit we were very dissatisfied we both opted for jacket potato , which was an average but small potatoe, filling given was small too, and salad small infact for £8 each it was terrible. My husband didn't want salad and was not offered a bit more filling instead which would of been nice the prices have gone up considerably but the portions have gone down. The lady serving was not friendly and we just felt really let down by the customer service. We didn't eat until gone 2 so we thought a bigger portion would of been the case to get rid of the food fresh! Also stopped doing the coffee refills, big mistake as this was a good way of getting people in. The only positive was the young girl serving drinks was very pleasant, the older lady should take a leaf out of her book so to speak. We will no be going back. Annoyed I didn't photo food I usually do"

"We went for breakfast this morning Sunday 1st September staff were very welcoming we both ordered poached eggs with salmon the server asked if there were any allergies I told her I was lactose intolerant so I didn’t want the hollandaise sauce also no spread on the muffin the server did point out that muffins contain milk so said I could have toast instead which I thought was very helpful of her to point that out I asked if I could have brown bread but she said they didn’t have any which I found a bit strange given there is a market over the road and also Waitrose? The food eventually arrived after some delay but when we cut into the poached eggs they were rock hard also the meal was completely cold. We should have complained but we were waiting to be asked if everything was alright to which we would have complained nobody approached us so we left. The price was £28 which we found very overpriced. This is our second visit and sadly we will not be visiting again very very disappointed. We feel that the place needs a revamp ."

"we went to Halloween and had lunch first. the homemade cake was excellent, the child chicken was good, but quite expensive for a child at over £8. the headkeeper wore his mask only around his mouth, not around his nose. there was a lot of space around our table. we had to wait until we had to pay. a little short when I think. after our walk, which was very good, we sat outside and ordered coffee and cake, the cake was an individual muffin, that was solid, heavy and not nice to eat, I did not pay for the cake."

"My wife and I enjoyed a lovely date night at this restaurant, where we ordered the pre-theatre menu. We both tried the sea bass, which was absolutely delicious. The service and atmosphere were excellent as well. We will definitely be returning again in the future."

"Part of our “walking” route I had driven past here previously and thought worth popping in some time despite knowing nothing about it. Really pleasantly surprised by the modern fresh finish and decent choice of drinks. We also (having burnt barely 1000 calories between 3 of us needed a snack before our Thai feast back home. So we shared prawn toast (bit disappointing , ham and cheese croquettes (popular , honey and mustard chipolatas (nice and fries. Plenty of staff and all fine enough. Will come back for drinks and probably a meal (might not walk! ."

"Came here about a month ago looking for a coffee and something at about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. It looks very twee from the outside and the cakes do look so scrumptious. The waitress was very French and had limited English the guy in the kitchen assisted. We needed gluten free and fortunately they did a very nice chocolate orange muffin. But that was possibly the only thing I could have eaten apart from a Salad unfortunately. Coffee and tea ok ,nice large cups but not very hot contents. It's nice and bright inside and you are not squashed in at all. Some quirky wallpaper and obje'dart. Wasn't majorly expensive , £8 for 2 drinks and 2 cakes . Parking near might be a problem for most people. Small car park opposite. Good for taking a break from shopping in Roman Road. Just slightly lacking in atmosphere."

"I love having a separate vegan menu so that alone is a big plus for me. I’ve tried most of the vegan options now and they all taste great. The plant based options aren’t expensive exactly (many options under a tenner), but I find the portions quite small, particularly with the salads, so I would recommend ordering sides if you are a big eater. That said the broccoli is pricey for a small (but delicious) portion. The restaurant is relaxed with kids and there are enough sides/tapas dishes to suit fussy eaters (in addition to the children’s menu)."

"Fabulous find for luncheon. We both picked a pizza each, hubby always has pepperoni, was very pleased he had. I had a hot smoked salmon one with rocket, cream cheese dill, it was called a Smokehouse, not to be missed. The staff were very busy catered for us so well. We have two golden retrievers which were highly looked after with their own water bowl brought without being asked their own biscuits brought on a saucer, so thoughtful!! We will be returning next Friday on our way back home…… delightful place!!"

"Phoned on Saturday 14/10/23 to book table for 6 adults, 2 children on Sunday 15/10/23 at 1pm and told not able to book a table on Sunday before 4pm. Walk-ins only before 4pm on Sundays but not to worry plenty of tables available early lunchtime. Well, guess what, we turned up at 1pm and no tables available as they were all booked!!! To add insult to injury the ladies on the door asked why we hadn’t booked. This was not a one off mistake by the person answering the phone as a few months ago my son phoned to try to book a table for 8 at 1pm on a Sunday and was told exactly the same thing. No bookings taken before 4pm on Sundays. Walk-ins only til 4pm. He booked a table for 4pm on that occasion and we had tea instead of lunch. What a shambles. Staff answering phones need to be educated regarding the booking system that the restaurant use on Sundays."

"Very good menu, something different. Very friendly staff. Chicken with waffle was fantastic. Pancakes menu for dessert is tremendous. Not sure how the rating is worked out on Google but this place should be well up, one of the top places to eat. Cocktails were also a bit excellent, a bit different. Thanks for a great meal. Can't recommend this place enough, we'll worth the walk from town. Probably the best meal I have had out in a long time. Would love to go back."

"We frequently visit Lyme Regis but for some reason have never tried Largigi until this summer. The Thai food is amazing and would say the best we’ve ever tasted! The staff are incredibly friendly and create a lovely atmosphere. I do prefer sitting down for lunch/dinner inside as the outdoor tables are a little small so best to book. It is, however, lovely to sit outside for a drink and a slice of their tasty cakes whilst admiring the stunning view of Lyme Bay!!! We will be back very soon!"

"we arrived a bit earlier than our booked time, but we are the only customers. we sat and served immediately. because we had lunch with friends, we were not in a certain hurry, so we didn't make it up, but our food took an hour to come, other guests seemed to order and leave after us before we got our food. I don't think we have ordered everything especially drunk some cakes and a fish chips. the food itself was beautiful, and the price seemed reasonable."

"I love Indian food and uty brought her aromen on the table. their service, their aromes and the general aesthetics of the restaurants brought that nostalgie I felt when I went to india. I love the modern interpretation that uty brings to her directed, and I love the fact that they are always ready to improve on every aspect of their dishes. for example, I ordered a drink, I think it was a date to remember, and it was just not after my taste. just looking at my face before I could even say something, the waiter brought me a new drink and took off the drink. that is an extraordinary service. the presentation of the meal was exceptional and overall the service really for the one or two meal times that do not depend on my expectations. To be honest, if it wasn't for the fact that they really try to fulfill their needs and expectations, I would have given less than four stars. However, if they are looking for good Indians, I would recommend to go here. they will not disappoint."

"I ordered one meal and one side at this restaurant. I was given a drink and told to park my car. There was no explanation as to why this seems to happen every time I visit. We waited around ten minutes for our food to be brought out to us, even though there were only two cars behind us in the queue that were also told to park. The woman who brought out our food was soaking wet as it was pouring down rain. When I checked the bag, I noticed that the sauces I paid for were missing. When the woman returned with the sauces, I had to go inside to get a straw because one was also missing. The food was only warm, indicating that it may have been sitting out for a while before being brought to us. I question the purpose of having a drive-through if this is the experience. It should be noted that the restaurant did not seem to be short-staffed."

"had a great night stay here. the rooms have everything they need and love the fact that, although they do not do the breakfast, they receive fresh milk and müsli provided in their room. they are the little things that make a big difference! all staff were friendly and helpful. we also had a meal that was delicious. I had scallops as main and nabebie had sampi and we had pizzas for lunch the next day. would absolutely recommend to stay here and eat. Fab atmosphere with a beautiful log fire"
