"We arrived a little earlier than our booked time, but we’re the only customers. We were seated, and served promptly. Because we were having lunch with friends we weren’t in a particular rush so we didn’t mind, but our food did take over an hour to come, other guests seemed to have ordered after us and left before we got our food. I don’t think we ordered anything particularly obscure some pies and a fish chips. The food itself was lovely, and the price seemed reasonable."

The restaurant's customer service is atrocious. Their ethics are questionable, and it is clear that their main priority is making as much money as possible from their customers. Their inability to work with other companies to make reasonable arrangements is unacceptable.

Really fab food. Apparantly they had been very busy, but there were only 2 other diners in there when we were there and only one waitress. Waitress was lovely. Food seemed to take forever to be ready. But well worth the wait (although i would have preferred to not have to wait so long! but would recommend.

a disappointing first visit in prison means that we will not return soon. service was extremely slow, and when food arrived, the ordered medium was rarely steak well done. on another meal were raw meaning they were unusable. the crust meal was exchanged, but the new meal came after the rest of the table was finished. very disappointing.
