"Today I visited the restaurant with my daughter. I had the lounge breakfast and my daughter had a burger. Both meals were delicious. My egg was seasoned perfectly, which is uncommon. My daughter has celiac disease and was pleased with the large gluten-free menu. Most places only offer a few gluten-free options, so this was a pleasant surprise. She had a question about the tartar sauce being gluten-free, which was addressed by the head chef. Our drinks arrived promptly after ordering. However, the highlight of our visit was the clean and accessible disabled restroom. It was the first restroom I have been in that had the toilet paper dispenser in the right place. Typically, the dispenser is too far back, making it difficult for people with restricted movement to access it. If I could rate this restaurant, I would give it 20 out of 10."

"I came here because I was made aware of the gluten free menu that you offer and as someone who suffers from celiac disease it is sometimes hard to find good food when you are out and about Swansea. The gluten free menu did not disappoint. There were lots of options for meals without gluten on the gluten free menu and they were made to the same standards as the normal menu. I had tapas which I found delicious. I had the pulled chicken and chorizo, Mozzarella arancini and pulled brisket chilli. Will definitely come back here for good and affordable food!"

"The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere and the service was friendly but the food was just okay. I ordered a sandwich and salad combo and while it was filling, it wasn't anything special. The prices were reasonable but I expected more considering the positive reviews I had read. Overall, it's a decent place for a quick bite to eat but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back."

"I booked on the line, which was simple, but could be easier. Maybe the use of my phone was not a good idea. the day and the time were available. we were met by a beautiful maitre de who sat on a beautiful table. he was polite, friendly and helped to choose our drinks and meals. eating was extraordinary. I had the whispers and the juice was very garlic. delicious. partner had fish and chips. they offered garden beans because he doesn't like muddy heels. we have not been rushing. the restaurant was busy, but it felt not tormented. a beautiful meal in a beautiful environment"

"simple 100% gluten-free socket in busy soho. blink and they would miss it. small spaces as usual in the center of london, so best to go, instead of trying an online booking (they always keep tabs for walks.) everything here is gf including desserts and beer, so it is a paradie for zöliakieer, but willing to pay through the nase! for beginners we ordered arancini, a brotsortiment and asparagus bacon croquettes all were okay and a leak for our children who had never eaten italian because of all gluten. netzen contain pink ravioli, spaghetti bolognaise and basil tagliatelle. all were sensational and very considerable portions. dessert was the biggest winner, though....read more"

"Must. Go. Back. Not a terribly clever acronym on my part but our first visit was sensational. It kicked off with the perfect sharpener: a Classic **** Mary rated 7 on the SALT Scoville heat scale. Then followed an outstanding Butcher's Breakfast which comprised dry-cured back bacon, Salt signature sausage, Fruit Pig black pudding and haggis, mushroom fricassée, two free-range eggs and house-made sriracha baked beans. Be sure to order sourdough toast fried in beef fat rendered on the premises with Salt's own superb tomato, fennel and chilli butter. A glass of raw, cold-pressed orange juice rounded off our perfect start to the day. If you're heading to Edinburgh later this month for the Festival and Fringe put SALT on your to do list alongside Frank Skinner at Assembly George Square and Megan Stalter at Gilded Balloon."

"The seating area is quite small, but most customers prefer to take their food to enjoy it at the office, so this isn’t a major issue. The service is very fast, which is crucial during the busy lunch hours. The Moroccan chicken dish is priced at £7, and I believe it’s worth it, although it might not be the best option if you're really hungry. The rice is a bit overpriced but tastes amazing. The lemonade seems fresh and is quite delicious. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you're unsure about what to order. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick, relatively affordable, and healthy meal. I do wish they still offered the Persian chicken dish, even though it wasn't particularly Persian, but it tasted pretty good!"

"Disappointing. We have had many nice meals here so was looking forward to our evening back here. First thing we were waiting mins for water and drinks which we had asked for twice. Second thing was our starters had arrived ⦠the table next to ours had already sent back their calamari starter as it wasnât cooked enough. Our calamari arrived and we asked if it could be cooked a little more so off it went never to return. My daughters starter had also arrived but as she ordered something different after mins of waiting for ours to arrive she tucked into hers. Eventually managed to track down a waitress to ask where our calamari was it turned up in takeaway boxes. Off it goes again ⦠another mins I had to again try and grab a waitresses attention to ask where our starter was. By this point weâve been at our table nearly an hour and a half. I said enough was enough as there was no sign of our food arriving and if we could have the bill minus the service charge. The manageress came over as she had been told we werenât happy and in fairness could not apologise enough. I did explain things would have been better if their staff were more focused on customer service and just keeping customers informed as to what was going on etc as it was so obvious how long we were sitting there without food .. or drinks ! They did not charge us for our bottle of wine or the one starter we had. Overall I think they were having a bad night as we were hearing other tables complaining and as we were walking out the door another customer was asking for the Manager. I hope they get back to how they were as itâs a lovely place to go."

"We had a really nice meal with friends and the food was lovely. My only critisism would be that at £7.50, the prawn cocktail starter was overpriced. The prawns and lettuce were very fresh but there was no bread with it as you would expect so it was quite a small portion for the money considering you can get a main meal for £10-12. It was quite busy but the staff was attentive and they were quick with both the food and drink orders. My main meal wasn't bought out with the others and I had to ask if they could check where it was as the other 3 had started eating their meals. It arrived a few minutes later. Overall a good experience and we would definitely go back again."

"A group of eight old school friends- the staff went out of their way to provide a suitable table! The friendliness of the staff cannot be praised highly enough- they were amazing! Excellent service, excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. I hope to return on my next trip to Birmingham."

"I booked a table for 5.45 for myself and 2 kids. Our table was for 1 hour 30 mins. At 7.25 when I had to go to the bar!! to order a dessert for the kids (baring in mind one came free with the kids menu) I was told yes they could do it but they needed our table back. In that 1 hour 40 mins we had one small plate of chicken wings, 2 pizzas and a kids pizza plus 2 drinks each. We ate our food quite quick as we were all hungry. The rest of the time was waiting to be served. For the first 20 mins -30 mins there were only 3 tables occupied. I was so looking forward to our visit but was left disappointed by the shocking service. Such a shame."

"I came in whilst shopping to get a hot sandwich and some cake. The staff were in a world of their own, it almost seemed like they were trying to perform some sort of cringy floor show you might see at a kids birthday party. Banging stupid and unnecessary rythms on the machines and then looking round for a reaction. Not being entirely sure what they're doing, or at least putting that across with their toddler like attitudes to work. Speaking to me (a customer they've never seen before) as though you're my best friend, some people don't appreciate such a rude lack of manners and social grace. Children leading children with a nonchalant attitude to customer service and an embarrassment to the company. I specifically asked for 2 cakes to come on one plate, this was ignored because you were only bothered about communicating jokes to each other, like the job comes second!? i asked for only a bit of cream, i got half a can of the stuff... i wi not be coming back, I'll go to a cafe run by adults instead."

"I visited a charming coffee shop with a pleasant ambiance. While there was some confusion with my order, the server kindly clarified that the iced coffee drink I inquired about was not on the menu but was actually an iced latte. I also learned that customers need to order and pay at the counter, rather than having a server take their order at the table. I enjoyed a BLT sandwich, which was recommended to me by the same server who suggested the iced latte. The service was a bit slow, with my sandwich taking about 45 minutes to arrive, but the server apologized for the delay. Despite the wait, I found the atmosphere to be relaxing as I waited with a self-serve water jug and a good book on my Kindle. The sandwich was delicious, especially for those following a vegan/vegetarian diet. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this coffee shop to others."

"The staff are young, very pleasant and attentive. The food is very tasty but the portion size is very small so I feel £15.50 for the chicken dish I had was overpriced. Unfortunately the dessert portions are small as well. I can’t remember leaving a restaurant before still feeling hungry. This restaurant also does not accept cash which was not explained when we booked the table or when we ordered our meals. There is just one small sticker on the door as you enter."

"Visited this place after accidentally leaving it too late to go to any other restaurants as they had all closed, but very glad to have come! We both enjoyed the Scotsman burgers, which was very, very tasty. The chili jam gave it such a great flavour, and the chips were also very good. Also shared a raspberry mojito, which absolutely hit the spot. The atmosphere was that of a beer hall with the bench-tables, which I loved but may not be for everyone. We didn't stay long enough but I can imagine it would be a lovely place to hang and have drinks with friends after a long week. Definitely would visit again!"

"herr s and I chose the same food, both from the menu of the specials. wonderful crab salad on the most fluffy muffin in muffin land with a delicious lemon dressing and roasted capern, yum. a very generous portion of beautifully boiled skate wings for net, opaque, tender...and came from the bone practically unlivened, simply perfect. could not decide about a cocktail so that the beautiful mel rose to the challenge and produced something custom made for me, apparently with amaretto and white chocolate cauraçao, it was a perfect doll. I mean, if this isn't a big customer service, what is it? By the way, the carnivore in the party was also a very happy brand. well-made team, as always."

"Still the best around and great food, pastries, and coffee. However, removed one star, as coffee cups are very thick, absorbing the heat from the coffee so it’s lukewarm, and of course less coffee in the cup. Shame as it’s a great flavour. "This changed hands about a year ago and it’s now a delightful Italian cafe restaurant. Today I had the most wonderful roast vegetable salad that was beautifully presented. Roast vegetables on a dressed leaf base with large pieces of basil, dill and flat leaf parsley and a balsamic dressing round the edge of the wide rimmed bowl. The roast vegetables were slightly warm; not the fridge cold veg you so often get. Very welcoming service made my quick work lunch a real pleasure. A family with a small child was welcomed and I’m sure they had a lovely time. I look forward to visiting again as soon as possible. And they make their own biscotti!!"
