"I always liked itquires with its warm wooden interior, comfortable sofas and friendly staff, but most of what they ever did was avocado on toast. so I was incredibly happy, their new menu includes more delicious new vegan options, including a full vegan breakfast, with sausages, hashbrowns and the works, vegan sausage rolls and fresh made cake, a falafel and hummus baguette served warm (more better than her average) house porridge, vegan friendly snacks like oreos, crisps and protein balls and jams. they make a lot of hot drinks, made fresh, so they can choose from a menu of milk alternatives, as well as obstinates and tees. it is a welcoming coffee shop on dartford High-Street, which until esquires really only offered greasy spoon style caffes or costa. the only part is it a bit pricier, but thrown with free Wi-Fi and some books on the back to take down and read, they can be sure while away a few hours there and get their money worth. a great place to lunch with friends. updated by previous review on 2019-07-04"

"I’ve been using this coffee shop for coffee and breakfast at least once a week for the last few months. The food is lovely with a great selection, the coffee is fantastic and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to praise and can specifically mention Tara Jaz Martina and Kasia as friendly and go the extra mile to help their customers. I see many many happy regulars which to me speaks volumes."

"Excellent latte, very tasty vegan sausage roll and carrot cake, so why only 3 stars? The answer is something which seems to be almost standard in UK cafes/restaurants namely an almost complete lack of table clearing and cleaning by staff. Customers, myself included, found it necessary to shuffle dirty cups, plates etc onto another empty table in order to find somewhere they could sit down which is very off-putting. I sat upstairs so can't comment on what the area downstairs was like but I suspect it was similar. This is a shame because as initially stated, the food and drink I had was good Cafe seemed to either be under staffed, hence the dirty tables,or the staff they do have need to address this issue otherwise they will not get repeat business."

"We arrived at the restaurant with a group of friends and an 18-month-old child. We all had a satisfying meal, received excellent service, and felt comfortable. The food was much better in terms of quality and price compared to our usual place, Nando's. The children's menu was fantastic and the portion sizes were generous for everyone. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and wheelchair and highchair accessible with plenty of space. However, parking may require some research before visiting. Overall, it was a great dining experience."

"Oh dear. This Café used to be good and I was expecting a pleasurable break with a cup of tea between appointments. The waitress said she would bring the tea to me so I went to sit down. There were empty seats and tables but several of the chairs hadn’t been cleaned so there were lots of crumbs. My tea arrived with a small jug of milk and looked pretty but was tasteless, even after squeezing the teabag. Meanwhile, 2 ladies who saw my tea arrive were twitchy because they hadn’t got their lunch order and one went to ask how long it might be. Apparently they had been there for some time, had already asked once wondered if it would be very much longer. The waitress recited perfectly the order, so it clearly hadn’t been forgotten, She said she « would check« . Bearing in mind that there were less than 8 people in the cafe, the kitchen hatch is just behind the counter and everyone else was just having tea or coffee, it shouldn’t have been hard. When I left, 15 minutes later, their order was still somewhere in the kitchen...No apology, no clue about customer service, no customers looking likely to return. That might explain the empty tables."
