"Wanted to try a different cuisine from around the world. So we searched for halal Korean food. Came across Korean Bbq and Vegan. So booked a table using Open Table. We asked to be seated at a place more socially distanced than other tables and were able to oblige us. We were seated quickly. We looked through the menu. Starters KFC Korean fried chicken in sweet chili sauce. Kim chi Mains Chicken Bibimap Buldag Chicken All dishes were served piping hot, fresh, flavoursome and very quickly. Portions were generous. I noticed other diners asking for pots to takeaway their leftovers. Service was exceptional. Staff were attentive and friendly. Ambience was spot on. It was quite busy but not noisy. Relaxing evening meal. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes on the menu. Highly recommend this place. The only thing I didn't really like was the Kim chi. But others might love it. Just give it a try if you have never had it before. Fully halal."

"Not a great user of chain dining but this Burger King is next to the Vue cinema in Inverness and just looking for a quick bite so gave it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised, for a chain the burger meal was excellent both the meat and their chips certainly well ahead of my McDonald experiences (which I try to avoid) I have been told that the oil they use for there chips is what makes the difference but thoroughly enjoyed and will use Burger King again."

"We had a late dinner here yesterday. Family of 7 with small kids and teens. Place was pack and busy but there were plenty of tables. We had single kebab with rice and nan, half grill chiken, chicken wings and nuggets(toddler cant handle spice). All very well seasoned and tasty. I would definitely go again for the kebabs and grilled chicken. And also to try other items in the menu which are too many. Even tho it was busy they had plenty workers and our food trickled in quick enough! Cash only which was a bit inconvenient for travellers or tourists like us. There are parkings off street outside. The place is loud and informal it is that kind of place so come for the food! We would recommend and come back if we ever in Preston again."

"I would have given the food 4 stars and our waitress provided excellent service, but I am giving this restaurant a 1-star review due to their strange 'sea view' seating policy. My husband and I came here for lunch and were told there were no sea view tables available because they were all booked. However, I noticed that these tables remained empty throughout our meal. When I questioned this, I was told that customers could not be moved once seated because it would inconvenience the staff. The waitress later claimed that the tables were actually booked for later, contradicting her previous statement. This experience was confusing and frustrating, and we will not be returning in the future."

"A great restaurant in the centre of Betws-y-coed. There is parking next to the restaurant, which is cheaper than parking at the church next door. We ate outside in the sunshine on the vast terrace. You can order your food via a qr code on the table I'd rather speak to a person) or you can go inside and order from the lovely staff behind the bar. I had hunter's chicken with crispy fries, a small salad and a creamy coleslaw. My friend had a pizza which looked delicious and my other friend had gammon, egg, pineapple and fries. All washed down with a cold glass of pinot. There are heaters above the tables when the temperature is a bit cooler. Lovely venue. Lovely staff. Lovely food. "We have been coming here for years, but the last time we came (last year) the food was disappointing, so we booked with trepidation, not being confident that it would be a good experience. However, we were very glad that it has largely returned to it’s previous high quality of food and service. 3 of us came for an early dinner, ordering a bottle of house white wine, 1 whitebait and calamari starter to share and then a main course for each of us veal, sea bass and hake with 2 glasses of wine between us The quality of the fish was excellent, while the veal was a little tough in places. The total cost of the meal was £110, so not cheap, but we will be going back again."

"On a shopping trip to Oxford covered market, we came across this little gem. Fast food is hard to find for someone that has sensitivitys to things like wheat and gluten, but we found that my husband could eat most things from Leon's and it was very tasty to. We both enjoyed the food very much and found that you can actually buy their sauces at Saintsburys as well ! "

"The food tasted like cardboard and oil so saying this was terrible would be putting it nicely! When it comes to the staff/service I don't even know where to begin. After we received our food we sat down and started eating it, like anyone would do...We were then very abruptly/bluntly told to leave as they were closing. The men working there were very inpatient and came right up to us trying to shoo us out of the shop. After we asked for a few minutes to finish eating our food we were told to p off by the staff. Ok my sister threw a few chips on the floor and just before we left made a bit of a mess with her food but in my opinion that's the least they deserved! The staff at Chicken Stop need to realise they're doing no good in this job and need to reconsider working in a customer service role."

"We went here on a deal night, which seems to be Sunday-Thursday. It seems a bit expensive otherwise. Deal is 2 courses for £16, 3 for £19 which is pretty good for what it is. Some of the meals also have £5 supplements which seem OK for what they are, but not great. For starter I had scallops and venison chorizo £5 supplement). Was pretty decent. The quality of ingredient is high. But it was pretty plain. For main I had ham, mash and kale. While all bits were brilliant, the meal missed a sauce to make it a complete meal. Again pretty plain. Pudding was great. Can't remember exactly what it was. But both puddings we had were great. I wouldn't massively recommend this place. But the food was nice enough. I wouldn't be happy paying full price though, deal was the only reason why it was worth going to. But even then I'm not sure I'd rush back again. Other places seem a lot better for the same price"

"Dine in with friends. The seafood spaghetti and the cod with crab are tasty. However, the service is really bad. -The waiter pour the wine out and made table and pram were wet. -We’ve checked several times with waiters about the main course status because our friends are almost finished their meals) but no any response. We asked 3 times with different waiters and no any response from them until the last asking. The lady said they’ve combined our sides to other friends’ portion. It’s ridiculous. No one tell us that they will combined the sides! And we waited for long time for such stupid things. -Wrong billing I’m so disappointed with the mess services. Will not go again. Response to restaurants reply: It’s shame. May be my reviews make you feeling not good. BUT all my reviews are true! Yes, we booked a table for 12 people but 4 kids and 1 baby included. Thus, we ordered 7 main courses with starters desserts for 7 adults and 1 kids meal and wine. I’m feeling sorry for 2 kids running around our table and we did stopped them once you told us. And I appreciated the lady with black clothes who helping us carried the pram upstairs. She was very kind and helpful. However, the staff who mainly serving our table was not very good. She pour the wine out on the table and the baby pram when she collecting the empty wine cup. For the wrong billing Yes, the first bill was £191 that’s lower then the actual bill. We found it wrong and reported it to restaurant even it’s lower price because that’s not what we ordered. And the 2nd bill was wrong again which was overcharged until the 3rd bill. Actually, not only the mess dish arrangement, one of the main course was not correct but we tried to make it simply and just finished it without any complaints. For the dish arrangement and no any updates response from the staff after we asked, really disappointed. What I feeling? I’m wasted my time for waiting because of the poor arrangement. I keep waiting and asking and get no response whole night. And my kid and I feeling very hungry. Because I still waiting my main course and the side. I was wait for whole dinner, my friends almost finished their meals but I’m still waiting. No any reply after asking, just said they will check until our last asking. Throughout the meal no one asked if the food was ok. Made us feel unwelcome. If anyone asked, may be the things will not become that bad."

"I thought I'd try this fish bar one night. It was snowing bad, but the chap rang me and said he would stay open for me, despite needing to go home early because of the heavy snow. Both man and woman were very nice and chatty, very welcoming. I took the meals home and they were very nice. Fish and chips 4 times, loads of chips too. Perfect batter. And to round it off......a discount code on the app. I have returned for more since and will continue to do so. I ignore the Bolsover (where I live) chippies as Calow Fish Bar is so much better and worth the 30 minute round trip"

"Fabulous place to visit. We were staying in our Motorhome which they accommodate with or without electric hookup. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Saved the best to last the Food. We had the ribeye and the lamb duo of lamb both were stunning. The steak was done to perfection and the lamb was tender, the flavour was delicious. We will definitely be stopping by if we are back down this way."
