"I would give this restaurant a 1/5 rating for multiple reasons, both related to the outlet itself and the company as a whole. My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, no one spoke to us through the drive-thru microphone, leading us to abandon the line and wait in a queue of unhappy customers. When I entered the restaurant to place our order on the internal touchscreens, things did not improve. I waited for over 30 minutes while my family sat in the car, only to receive incorrect drinks for the children, no cup holder, and lukewarm, mediocre food. The manager was also struggling to manage online orders, causing further delays and frustration for customers. It was clear that this specific outlet was overwhelmed with trying to handle drive-thru, internal, and online orders all at once, leading to a decline in customer satisfaction. Additionally, the prices on the company's menu have significantly increased, with extra charges for items that are usually included in meals at other fast food restaurants. As a loyal customer of KFC, I was deeply disappointed by this experience and will think twice before supporting the company again. My visit to this restaurant was a complete disaster, and I am shaking my head in disbelief at the poor quality of service we received."

"Thought I 'd give KFC a shot for a change. There was a twenty minute wait and the staff appeared to be very slow and disinterested in providing a quality service, however, I wouldn 't have marked them down for this had a) my food been to order and b) it was hot I understand as a fast food establishment, a quality service is not the priority, but the other two points I certainly expect to be fulfilled. My complaint ties into all three however. I asked the assistant at the till if my single piece of chicken that came with my fillet burger meal could be a leg, to which she agreed and passed this message on to another member of staff. His exact reply was 'I won 't remember that ', however, as she retorted with 'make sure you do ', I felt assured that this simple request would be carried out. Sure enough it was my turn to collect and I took my meal and made my way home, where, to my dismay I had not been given a leg like I had so politely asked for, but instead a rib! and what 's worse, it was cold and dry. This has been a wholly wasteful experience and I have decided to bin the entirety of my meal. I would give this KFC a 0 if I could, however, a 1 star is a compliment and they don 't deserve to trade. I guess this is why everyone goes to Mcdonald 's."

"visited with friends on a very busy Saturday night, fortunately our friends had booked a table. I sat at the right time after getting drinks at the bar (please disappointed, only in the position to get a refillable softdrink for £2.99, of which I actually did not refill so much expensive for 1 drink.) foyer was a bit strange when people just wait for tables. decor was a very high standard throughout, toilets were immaculate. the staff was very efficient and helpful, there were many choices in the kitchen, but would have been better to show signs on the different kitchens. the layout of the restaurant is initially a bit confusing, especially with the amount of people going to get over eating, they feel that they might be missing one opposite outside. However, the ability to go as many times as they want is good, they then have time to sue the food. the whole food was very hot and delicious. Never seen so many pudding selections before, I liked it bit-sized, so she could try different without stacking her teller. the place was loud, but the tables were not packed into so much space. all in all a good experience, would not be anywhere where I would visit regularly only due to the amount of food offered, be not something they want to do every weekend! but would definitely come back here. very good idea to have turrets who check their reception to ensure that they have paid. due to the size of the place there are not many possibilities to ensure that the people have paid before they go. all places that I have before the fact that they pay until they go, but I think there are chancellors who try to go without paying."

"after a really hard week at work I was tired to cook, ordered a boneless dip-proof, once opened to house ended with a bucket bone in huhn (see photo) I order boneless out of a reason that bone me out flew out, and I. may not snap her, some people do not, so basically, what I always do with after numerous emails and try to keep from paula mackenzie I was anna in customer service given to me the number of filials and advised, I call them? that should be customer care? should almost food eat bad? should fast eating bad customer service? in a world of review pages and how people should listen when something goes wrong no one cares about kfc! I will continue to try to get someone to solve my problem, try to get someone from kfc to take care of the customers how I feel that kfc made a quick buck out of me! the whole incident is also discouraged"

"Much improvement at this location recently in terms of speed of service. Staff are friendly but the service was sometimes so painfully slow- I am so glad that this has changed because this is my favourite KFC branch. Food is always fresh and hot, and they make the best gravy- doesn't taste burnt like some other branches. Keep up the good work! "Its been a couple of months since I last visited this place so I thought, in fairness, I would give it another chance as the last time the service was terrible. I went to the drive thru at 1.00pm on Sunday afternoon to treat my family to a lunch time meal, I was told at the kiosk that there would be at least a 25-30 minute wait for CHICKEN, yes this is Kentucky Fried Chicken, you know the one, the fast food outlet, I asked what was the reason, Brexit, Covid, the war in the Ukrain, what and was told by the very embarrassed young girl, I'm not sure, so if you want to witness incompetence, first hand, go there, otherwise keep well clear, I cannot believe this franchise is still operating, looking at other reviews, KFC should be disgusted with the way it is run"

"The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, and I enjoyed the interactive experience at Itsu. It was like a less impressive version of Yo-Sushi. Instead of using QR codes, they had a kiosk system and the staff would deliver the food themselves instead of using a conveyor belt. Unfortunately, the kiosk had incorrect descriptions, so when I ordered the vegan sushi plate, I had to select a picture that belonged to something else. If I had ordered based on the names, it would have been more accurate. The service was quick, and the staff at the collection site were pleasant and even offered to carry my trays. The food itself was okay, decent value but a bit overpowering with too much ginger and coriander. Overall, it was a decent experience that was elevated by the friendly staff."
