£90 order, wrong food, missing meal and incorrect burgers. Ruined a birthday celebration as had to return twice! Manager was useless

decided to eat in for a change tables had not been cleared, EVERY table had rubbish/food on it staff were available, but in no rush to clear up

Been coming here quite often used too be okay but recently the staff seem fresh off the boat not suffecient ly trained often items missing if not the chicken is overdone View menu

Had food poisoning recently from this restaurant. Reading other reviews now, there appears to be hygiene issues at this place. Highly recommend to avoid eating from here.

Got there , had no boneless chicken ,no fillets said they couldn't do me the meals I wanted only a box of chicken , NO legs ?? Then I got no straw. Service is a joke food is worse avoid trench kfc

Absolutely awful service, took an order and unable to full fill. Cancelled the order with no reason why and had to ask a ton of questions to get the answer. Apparently they are not allowed to substitute, so will just leave you and the family hungry. View menu

Awful place. Firstly absolutely filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day, tables with food waste and litter all over the floor. Secondly as we were eating in, forced to have the table service, then noticed three customers ordering takeaways after we arrived served before us. Large bags too. Then table service was our order number rudely shouted across the restaurant So there is no table service just a delay tactic to move you away from the counter while you wait longer than everyone else

I’ve visited this KFC several times now to give it the benefit of the doubt hoping that the times I have been they have been low on food and staff but this has just been the case now for too long this KFC hardly sells anything and they only ever have 2 staff members on at any time and the staff are rude and impatient. I only ever use the drive thru and every time I have done so I keep saying I won’t go back but living close to it it has been convenient but going forward I am going to drive a bit further for a better experience and more choice of food

Its been a couple of months since I last visited this place so I thought, in fairness, I would give it another chance as the last time the service was terrible. I went to the drive thru at 1.00pm on Sunday afternoon to treat my family to a lunch time meal, I was told at the kiosk that there would be at least a 25-30 minute wait for CHICKEN, yes this is Kentucky Fried Chicken, you know the one, the fast food outlet, I asked what was the reason, Brexit, Covid, the war in the Ukrain, what and was told by the very embarrassed young girl, I'm not sure, so if you want to witness incompetence, first hand, go there, otherwise keep well clear, I cannot believe this franchise is still operating, looki...
