"We decided to celebrate my son's birthday as we have been here before. Food is nice but service is terrible. We spent an hour waiting to order our 2nd starter and being serve. In fact, myself and family is waiting whilst writing this review. Everytime you get a staff to request to order, they refer us to a lady who just appears to be overwhelmed. I could.understand that the place is busy but why just limit the ordering to one person. This is a ploy to delay the food output. Bearing in mind that it is Sunday evwning, they should anticipate this possibility that it could be hectic. As much as i try to understand, this whole experience has taken it another level of wait all you can buffet. The mere fact that they have the audacity to ask us to move our table to accommodate another guest. I will never go back to this place. SO PEOPLE, IF YOU LIKE TO WAIT FOR YOUR MEAL, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. I would.never come.back to this place again."

"Been coming here for quite some time and no mater how many times I eat here, I never get bored of the menu. I've eaten at many other Thai restaurants in south east London and none have compared, food wise, as good as this place. It's quite disguising as its doesn't look like the most wowing or busiest from the outside BUT don't be mislead. There's a nice local relaxing atmosphere and the food appears very fresh! every time I've sat in there the Deliveroo cyclers are flowing in and out. Price maybe slightly above average and starters could be a bit better value for money but for authenticity and quality after my trips to Thailand, this place is the one! Highly recommend if you're in the area."

"Visited this restaurant last night. It was quite busy with a large party, but the restaurant was no where near full capacity. I waited for over an hour to be served any food. When I eventually asked where my food was the waitress said that it hadn't even been cooked yet. It was 9:30 and we were starving so had to walk out of the restaurant! Never in my life have I had to do that. Very poorly organised restaurant, which is a shame as there is clearly a demand for this type of restaurant in the area. Sort it out Ting Tong. Very disappointed customer."

We tried the Pad Priew Wan, Gang Dang with beef, salt and pepper chicken wings with chips, roasted toast, vegetable spring rolls, and a chicken dish for the kids. "My daughters and I visited Thai Season for her 16th birthday celebration. It was our first visit despite living nearby. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were very generous. Although the menu may seem a bit expensive compared to other restaurants nearby, once you see the portion sizes and taste the quality of the food, you realize you are getting great value for your money. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. We couldn't find any faults with this restaurant. Rating: 5 stars."

"I received a very warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. Ordering was simple with a numbered menu where you write down the number of portions you want next to each item. For my starter, I had pork spare ribs with vegetables in a delicious homemade sauce that made the meat fall off the bone. The dish felt light and satisfying. For my main course, I enjoyed a mild beef curry with vegetables and another delectable sauce, along with coconut rice. I savored the curry first and then mixed the remaining sauce with the rice, creating a delightful combination. You can bring your own drinks and have them chilled in the restaurant's fridge. The restaurant was very clean and tidy, and I must mention the unique Dr. Who Tardis restroom."

"it was a nice dune. we have made a reservation. we were happy that we made one, as the restaurant was fully booked. there is not much space and rooms in the restaurant, so we were all cramped together. through the bulged evening the waitress put us in a dark corner at the back. we mentioned that we made a reservation and made a table prefer where there was a small table for 2. after a hazy of hesitation she put us in front. the food was good and the waiter was very attentive."

"We were very impressed by the quality of the ingredients at this Thai restaurant. The dishes were all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The portions were generous, with large, thick-cut vegetables and fillings. The spring rolls had a great texture and were not soggy like others we've had. "A few years ago, I came to this restaurant with some friends and was very impressed with the food. I had been meaning to return ever since, so I decided to take my boyfriend. We arrived around 7pm on a bank holiday and were surprised to find the restaurant empty. We ordered a mixed starter with a choice of sweet dips. The chicken satay was chewy and the fish cakes were undercooked. We then ordered soup, which was okay but had visible oil on top. For my main dish, I ordered the green chicken curry, which was decent but lacking in flavor. The chicken did seem fresher than before. Overall, I was disappointed with the food. It did not live up to my previous experience and was not as good as it used to be."

"Pretty decent Thai food, can’t go too wrong with this place. As an Aussie I understand what proper or authentic Thai food is like. The food here is nice, I had a red curry and although it’s wasn’t really “traditional”, it was pretty yummy. My friend ordered a massaman curry which was also good. The staff are nice, the interior is very cosy and pretty clean. Probably the best Thai restaurant in Newbury and the general locale (west Berkshire), I would revisit."
