Despite booking weeks in advance through opentable, we arrived to find out that the system was not working properly, resulting in us not having a table and being seated in the main bar area. Although a table was eventually found for us and the staff was apologetic, we were seated in the middle of a loud football game, ruining our dining experience. It took a long time for the staff to take our order, and there were issues with food orders going back and forth from the kitchen. Despite these challenges, the food was delicious once it arrived. The staff were clearly overwhelmed and did their best to accommodate us. The restaurant's reservation system needs to be fixed promptly, and employees should be trained in food safety and hygiene practices. Overall, the food was great and the staff were friendly, but improvements are necessary in the ordering and delivery process."
