"We ordered via Uber Eats, and specifically, as we always do, stated that I am allergic to chilli so please do not put n any food, we also stated we are pescatarian. When the food arrived two of the dishes had chilli in them, when you don't eat a spice you notice definitely of it has bee added, and you could see the red flakes. Also, the prawn toast had no prawns in it but did have chicken. When we called the restaurant to complain about the chilli the person denied there was any chilli in the food, and argued about it, we had/have pictures of the chilli in the food, he categorically refused to accept that this was the case, even after we stated it was a legal requirement to abide by allergy advice given at point of order, he brought the chef (I use the word loosely) who also denied it. My friend also ordered a curry that only had 4 pieces of meat (he is not pescatarian) in it. The fact that they would not accept responsibility is disgraceful, especially when they have put my health at risk."

"Service was unfriendly, my food was cold and we were stuck in a hurricane of a draught right next to the front door and when we asked very nicely if something could be done it seems they did not want to remove the door stop which was keeping the door cracked open. Nothing but water and juice on offer, no Jasmine or Green Tea and the bill which we had not requested was slapped down on the table as soon as we had finished eating our main courses, no dessert, nothing warm to drink, absolutely freezing cold, I was very happy to get out of there...never going back."

"Omg… found another gem of Thai food!!!!!! Was a little sceptical with so little review in google… but lucky we decided to made order through Ubereat!!! Uber eat driver took a little long so next time we will drive there to collect… plus… I think the prices on Ubereat and Deliveroo are higher… Anyway… as for the food!!! ALL dishes we order tasted amazing!!!!!!!! I will give a 6 stars I am not fond on fried rice usually and so the vegetable fried rice was ordered for my 2yo and 5yo… but… Oh my… I think I will order for myself next time… Every dishes stand out so I don’t have a favourite yet as they are all soooooooo good!!! "The restaurant is in an excellent location with a beautiful sea view. The food was amazing, the best Thai cuisine we have had in a long time. My dad even said it was as good as the Thai food he had in Thailand. The Thai curry and rice cost approximately £16, which is great value compared to another seafront restaurant selling fish and chips for £18. They also have a kids menu available. The ambience is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is very clean and child and dog friendly. We will definitely be returning. Even the coffee and hot chocolate are worth stopping in for."

"I have always been a big fan of the Beatles and I used to collect special edition records and books that they had released in the 1970 's. So I dropped into this splendid theme café. 'Can 't buy me love ' was playing on the music player and it reminded me that I had just mentioned the single music track Online. I had a brief chat with the friendly staff about the foresightedness of Lennon and McCartney 's music. I was very impressed with this café which had its own unique Beatles themed menu and a memorabilia shop next door full of posters,T shirts, gifts etc"

"This place might be small but the food is mighty! Myself and 3 work colleagues hadn't eaten in Poole before and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was fast and the ladies where very attentive and water and drinks were topped up quickly. We all had 2 delicious course each, with 4 beers and the bill was less than ninety quid, bargain! It's in the street behind the quay but I advise you book so as to avoid disappointment. Absolutely wonderful food and great service. Can't wait to go back next time I'm working in Poole."

"Went for a family dinner at Rosa’s Thai restaurant London and sad to say what a disappointment it was For starters the waiter made a complete mess of explaining the set meal which was advertised outside the place and were even given menus for the set meal We placed our order for drinks and when we were about to order we were told that we could not as one of our parties was not having a set meal (there were 6 of us So we then ordered from the main menu The drinks that we ordered took forever to come despite reminding staff about them a number of times The starter arrived but we had no plates/cutlery/serviettes and again had to ask the staff member The drinks finally arrived after the starters Just to say that bar (looks like make shift which is located next to the kitchen downstairs was very dirty and so was the gents toilet which were also located downstairs The positive point from The visit was the food was good but the overall service was very very poor to say the least To top this we were overcharged on the bill and has to inform the waiter on this issue I would be coming here in a hurry To the management suggest you re train some of your staff on customer services"

"the pictures on google maps led me here and we were not disappointed. we started with the veg spring rolls and maize cake. the early rolls were good, but the maiscakes were the real star. I could eat them all day! we then had the vegan panang curry, lamb curry and bark. everyone was very happy with his meal. I am told that lamb and bark were tender, and my vegan curry was on point. I especially liked the red curry sauce and the choice of the waiter was also very sweet and attentive, so I will definitely be back!"

"We stumbled upon this charming Thai restaurant, and it turned out to be a delightful find. There was one group of six, along with my friend and me. She ordered the Green Curry and asked for it extra hot, which she absolutely loved. I went with the Spring Rolls and Chicken Pad Thai, and they were both delicious! The waitress was lovely, and I can't find anything to fault about the service. Overall, it’s a very relaxed and laid-back atmosphere."
