"The food is nothing special, the service is just not a restaurant service (which the waiter acknowledged and said he was actually really there for the bar). No knowledge of ingredients or of the cooking process. As we were there early (6pm) we benefitted from the Happy Hour in relation to drinks and some of our dishes. Therefore, the food was great value still, albeit mediocre in taste and certainly not something that makes Vietnamese people proud... The restuarnat itself is in a lovely room and it is disappointing that the food does not match the ambience. If you want a quick cheap meal go for it. If you want something tasty and special don't bother."

"I love Thai food, but unfortunately rama definitiw is not the one. regardless of the differences in personal taste, missing ingredients (i.e. no bark in the bark mast, no tofu in the bean curd parenang), super tight portions and a guy who told us in the round that we f-off when we are politely complained are quite undeniable reasons for rama a 1-star place. silver food is, I think they're going out of business soon."

"Service was unfriendly, my food was cold and we were stuck in a hurricane of a draught right next to the front door and when we asked very nicely if something could be done it seems they did not want to remove the door stop which was keeping the door cracked open. Nothing but water and juice on offer, no Jasmine or Green Tea and the bill which we had not requested was slapped down on the table as soon as we had finished eating our main courses, no dessert, nothing warm to drink, absolutely freezing cold, I was very happy to get out of there...never going back."

"this restaurant had high notes, but was a waste of time and money. we had a booking two weeks before and at the arrival our sitting opportunity was next to the door at a cool night and a celebration tree flashes my daughter into a migraine while a celebration party is allowed to dominate the restaurant with their loudly drunk breaks and party games, despite the other dining room coats try to enjoy their meal or entertainment. absolutely rude and unprofessional on both. we were uncomfortable and disappointed in so many ways. I cannot imagine that they have professional practice at a “normal” day. I'll go. that was not even moderately disappointed."

"I reserved the function room for a party of about 25 people. The space was perfect, beautifully arranged with its own private bar, and we were able to decorate and play our own music through the sound system. The staff were fantastic, the drink prices were very reasonable, and everyone had a fantastic time. However, there were a few issues that I want to mention for anyone else planning to book. With better communication before the event, I believe these could have been easily resolved. The venue was very helpful and responsive during the booking process, but after I confirmed my reservation, I had trouble getting responses to my emails or phone calls until the day of the event. This led to them not being able to coordinate dinner orders as I had requested. There were not enough menus for the whole party, so wait staff handed them out sporadically, leading to a very staggered food service. Some guests waited hours for their meals, which was embarrassing as the host. Additionally, the rounds of drinks that I had pre-ordered to be served as a surprise throughout the evening were announced near the beginning of the event due to an internal miscommunication. We also had to vacate the room for a downstairs booth at midnight instead of the requested 2am, which should have been clarified in advance. Despite these issues, it was still a great night with wonderful memories. I would consider booking again, but would recommend eating beforehand next time."

"My family and I went to this restaurant for an early dinner. Despite having a reservation, the staff was rushing us along even though the restaurant was empty. When our food arrived, it was beautifully presented, but the curry dishes all tasted very similar and lacked chicken. The beef with chilli and basil was overly salty and not spicy enough. The papaya salad was not up to its usual standard. The only saving grace was the delicious coconut ice cream for dessert. After years of visiting, we are hesitant to return again."

"The food was so [censored], it tasted like canned food to be honest, but they still invite you like a nice restaurant. For the vegan aspect, they calculate about £1 less for removing meat and not adding tofu or something else to it. So you basically get expertly vegetables in sauce with Uncle Ben rice for £10. HAHA was honestly speaking it was a fun experience and my girlfriend and I laughed all night in the kitchen and restaurant decor. We will remember this [censored] restaurant forever, maybe I take it back a day to hit (jk). Emma, if you read this, I love you, thank you for making yourself happy restaurant experiences."

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with its moo ping and khao niew that transported me back to Thailand. The staff were incredible and served us with great care. Despite our initial doubts due to the empty restaurant at 8 o'clock on a Thursday, we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and authentic food. I am grateful to have discovered this gem. Even though I didn't catch our server's name, one of them had recently returned from Thailand and even gave us some durian and dried bananas to try. The hospitality was truly Thai and heartwarming. "Agree with previous reviews, excellent little restaurant a surprise in a way, you might expect a run of the mill Thai/Chinese but this is definitely not ordinary cool, tasteful decor, nice waiting area, smallish but atmospheric dining room, cleanly unfussy settings with all servingware in solid white giving a very nice feel to the place. The food was delicious, clean tasting, sharp, hot chillie hot, not cloying and gloopy and the vegetables and rice cooked very well. The menu has good descriptions of the wide range of dishes to chose from and the 'heat ' is described accurately for those with more delicate tongue surfaces. Waitess service very friendly and attentive without being at all pushy again excellent. A good crowd inside, despite being a cold miserable November Monday evening, with other nearby establishments looking decidedly sparce or empty. Prices very reasonable with excellent selection of drinks. Highly recommended."
