"This place might be small but the food is mighty! Myself and 3 work colleagues hadn't eaten in Poole before and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was fast and the ladies where very attentive and water and drinks were topped up quickly. We all had 2 delicious course each, with 4 beers and the bill was less than ninety quid, bargain! It's in the street behind the quay but I advise you book so as to avoid disappointment. Absolutely wonderful food and great service. Can't wait to go back next time I'm working in Poole."

"This is a casual place for a party not exceeding 2. The tables are large square tables facilitating 2 or 3 at each side and are shared by others. The seating is pretty uncomfortable. It is not suitable for a party of 3 or more. It is very noisy. The service was good if some what unusual as our starters came along with our main courses. The food is fair but not sensational. The wine list is pretty mediocre. The ambience was not to our taste but I can understand that the younger casual diner clearly finds it attractive. There was a queue outside waiting to gain a place at any table when we arrived circa 8pm. The mineral water was suspect as to its authenticity. We did not enjoy our visit largely because we were not expecting to be seated at a large table out of earshot of each other and thus it was a case of gobble go ."

"Very nice Thai food in a slightly quieter street in Kingston. We were the first people in on a Saturday evening, so the service was very prompt and friendly. We ordered Pad Thai, Grilled Chicken and plain Jasmine Rice — along with a Tiger Lager and some Jasmine Tea. Pad Thai was very nice, with not much spice, and they did give you the option to add heat with chilli flakes which were on the side of the plate. The grilled chicken had lovely flavour with nice crispy bits of skin, but the salad was fairly spicy. Definitely recommend if you're into Thai or other Asian cuisines. "I'm a big Thai food fan and found this hidden gem place via TripAdvisor so thought we'd give it a try! It was for our 3 years anniversary and me and my husband had a great evening there! We went on a Sunday and what a pleasant surprise!! They have a All Day Sunday Family Meal Deal which comes with a starter, 1 main and dessert at a very reasonable price! Portion size for my starter was bigger than expected and tasted lovely. There was a wide variety of choices of food and even for desserts! My husband had a lovely surprise from the deep fried ice cream and he absolutely loved it! Staff were so friendly and attentive! Can't thank you enough for a great meal! Will definitely come back again, despite having to travel all the way from Bolton!"

"Three of my good friends shared a birthday in the same week. A recommendation that we had lunch @Kitchen. Actually, I wasn't really for it, but hey, it was her birthday. So all said, ten of us return, unprecedented and we had not booked (please don't, it's a man thing. The staff was amazingly accentuated to consider. @Kitchen is a compact, clean café with a beautiful atmosphere and a good menu. All agreed their meal tasty and good value for money! "Wasn't sure what to expect as I've heard mixed reviews about this place including a past hygiene issue. However, the service was incredibly friendly and the server always smiled. The food was really nice, seemed very authentic and the starters were especially good. The drinks selection wasn't great but it's a small venue so I guess this is to be expected. "Totally satisfied and highly recommending it. We arrived at 19:30 on a Friday night and was taken to the first floor as the ground floor is full. The atmosphere is great nice Thai style wooden chains, patterned placemats and painting on the wall, and most importantly relaxing music. I felt like I am in a nice Thai SPA room. The food is very nice and served with delicate dishes, bags and candle base. We had sticky rice and green curry with pork, which is spicy but definitely delicious yummy when mixed together. The starter combo including chicken satay, spring roll, prawn toast and stick fried prawn is hot and tasty, which are well suited on mixed vegetables that have been flavored with sweet sauce. We also had a Thai fried noodle with prawn which was so welcomed by kids. The iced milk tea is also great. Overall this is one of the best Thai cuisine we had in the UK and all the staff are very professional and kind. Highly recommend!"

"I have visited this restaurant several times for their excellent takeout, and decided to eat in on a Wednesday evening for the second time. The restaurant was empty when I arrived, but quickly filled up. I enjoyed hearing Thai music playing, unlike another restaurant in London that played The Carpenters on the panpipes. I had Singha beer, Thai prawn crackers, Thai fish cakes, and a crispy roasted duck curry with crispy noodles, all of which had delicious flavors. I finished my meal with chocolate ice cream and a non-Thai Irish coffee. The only criticism I have is that the Irish coffee was not made properly."

"Nadon Thai is one of those restaurants I 've been meaning to visit for a few years now and now I have I 'm somewhat underwhelmed. The decor which looks great on photographs is decidedly dated and somewhat tacky (needs a good dose of TLC) although the front of house staff are pleasant and efficient. My biggest dissappointment though was the food. To start I had the barbequed pork which was fatty and tough and the garnish lack lustre. This was followed by Beef Penang Curry being served with a thin soup like consistency when in all other Thai restarants I 've visited it is served almost dry with only a small amount of rich, thick sauce, and the beef was tough. The jasmine rice however was nice. Price wise it wasnt expensive and much on par with other Thai restaurants but for the poor quality of the food it did not represent good value."

"One of the favourite places of my brother and me. This small Vietnamese restaurant is a hidden gem in Chiswick. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy, the attention of the staff is very good, and the food is cheap and delicious. My favourite one is the BANH MI (baguette) of b.b.q. roast pork, along with a Taro bubble tea with strawberry popping pearls (if you prefer milk flavours) or a green apple or peach bubble tea with passion fruit popping pearls (if you prefer fruit flavours). If you want something more traditional, a PHO BUN is also a good option. I heartily recommend this place!!!"

"Agree with previous reviews, excellent little restaurant a surprise in a way, you might expect a run of the mill Thai/Chinese but this is definitely not ordinary cool, tasteful decor, nice waiting area, smallish but atmospheric dining room, cleanly unfussy settings with all servingware in solid white giving a very nice feel to the place. The food was delicious, clean tasting, sharp, hot chillie hot, not cloying and gloopy and the vegetables and rice cooked very well. The menu has good descriptions of the wide range of dishes to chose from and the 'heat ' is described accurately for those with more delicate tongue surfaces. Waitess service very friendly and attentive without being at all pushy again excellent. A good crowd inside, despite being a cold miserable November Monday evening, with other nearby establishments looking decidedly sparce or empty. Prices very reasonable with excellent selection of drinks. Highly recommended."

"First visit here and really impressed with the food. Chicken satay was juicy, seasoned well and came with a lovely salad and dressings. The jumbo prawn starter was sublime. Drinks service was rapid so thank you to the kind lady who bought out my 3 wines in rapid succession. My prawn main was fabby, good portion and kick of heat. Only down side was the sticky rice was way too sticky for me so we ordered a plain rice on top. One of the nicest Thai meals we’ve had"

"I went today for lunch and I ordered green thai curry as main dish. This is the 4th and the worst visit so far. The curry was very watery and no tasty at all. The portion was tiny as it was part of the menu combo they offer which in my opinion is expensive for what you get. When I went to pay the waitress asked for feedback and I was honest, I said that I didn 't like it and it was the worst curry I ever had, unfortunately. Her answer was: I take your comment as a compliment. Look at those people (pointing the customers on the tables), the reason why they are here is for that green curry you said you didn 't like it. That curry is our speciality and we are famous for it but I take your comment as a compliment which will be passed onto the chef. Then she started speaking with her colleague in their own language and the man looked at me and start laughing. I was puzzled with the customer service and definitely not going back."
