"About a month ago, we enjoyed dinner at this charming restaurant, and the food was exceptional. "real Italian ritter. best price / quality becouse eating is really not expencive for london. luigi and his personal IS specialty and eat tastes like on rome caps if they want to drink alcohol, the price will grow for their dinner. but so it is everywhere. otto from finnland with great family beloved service, Italian atmosphere and good simple eating. not gourmet, but almost! and the good thing was that we could leave our luggage here when we see the British museum."

"Ordered roast dinner, told no beef which was fine so ordered chicken and asked for no bread sauce which had been put on my plate.When the roast turned up I had 3 new potatoes on my plate when I asked if this was right as I had no roast potatoes, was told they were busy today. Also ordered cauliflower cheese which wasn’t ready until the end of the meal which was also not good. We did speak to manager who was lovely and took off a round of drinks. Also when the chef was asked about the cauliflower cheese he was rude to the member of staff which we could hear which is totally unacceptable. So really didn’t enjoy our visit."

"Great little find in a part of the City you perhaps wouldn’t expect it to be situated. The place is split into to 2 rooms: a bar area and the restaurant. The restaurant is like stepping back in time, beautifully decorated and it really adds to the experience. Food was lovely only slight complaint would be that the portion sizes are quite small for how much you are playing. I had the King Scallop for starter and a Fillet steak and I’d recommend both. Steak was cooked to perfection. My partner had the duck and said it’s one of the nicest meals she’s ever had, so would recommend that! Service was excellent and considering it was a fully booked Friday night they were very on the ball with everything."

"Tuesday afternoons can be misleading when trying to gauge the evening atmosphere, and it was quite quiet during our visit. The staff were excellent—attentive without being overly energetic. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the food, but we were pleasantly surprised. We tried various dishes from the menu, and everything was great. It was clear that the food was freshly prepared, not microwaved. My burger seemed to be made from a homemade patty, and the fish and chips were a generous portion. The prices are fantastic too—£15 for two courses and £20 for three."
