"one of the sweetest Italian delin, which I have visited for a long time. the place is guided by a family full of happy and friendly faces. the place is famous for its diverse selection of paninis and salates. we visited this place twice in days. I tried their selection of homemade fresh pasta dishes with mixed meat mint, red pfeffer and tomaten soup, grilled aubergine and culinary and paprika salat with fresh mozzarella and salumi vadi. everything was simply amazing and I will also highly recommend her coffee and tiramisu. food for money "

"We ate at Bistro du Vin in Tunbridge Wells on a Saturday night. The restaurant is lovely – a very nice traditional ambience and the service is very attentive. A three course meal with a bottle of wine came to £50 a head. However if you go on any night of the week apart from Saturday there’s a really good offer £35 for two courses for two people including a bottle of wine. I’d recommend a visit to the old traditional hotel bar first – think open fire and wood panelling. A very romantic evening."

"I find it extremely disrespectful when plates are cleared while someone is still eating. This occurred during both the main course and dessert. It was evident that the staff wanted us to finish quickly so they could prepare the table for breakfast, which was very rude. Additionally, we had to repeatedly remind the staff about our drink order. Overall, we were not satisfied with our dining experience and would not return to this restaurant."

"We visited for a burger and fries on a voucher but that should not have affected the service we received. We arrived at the appointed time and waited at the deserted bar for a few minutes before a bar tender appeared looking as if he...had just left the gym complete with towel around his neck! He waived airily towards an array of empty tables. We ordered our drinks and chose our eats and these arrived in decent time. The burgers were delicious and filling and this was a major redeeming feature. However our enjoyment was hampered by two misbehaving children who were allowed by their parents -who were sitting at the far end of the bar to run riot, jumping on chairs, shouting to each other and messing about with the sauce sachets. I may be old fashioned but I would not have tolerated such disruptive behaviour from my children. The boy (aged about followed me into the gents and again I would never have led my child at that age go to the loo in a bar on his own. The kids managed to smear butter over one of the chairs. This was mentioned to a barmaid who had appeared together with the fact the the hand drier in the gents was broken. She seemed utterly disinterested. I had to wait while she messed about on the till to get my drinks bill which she managed to get wrong! Overall we were not made welcome. Not once did any of the staff engage with us or even break into a smile. No apology or thanks were forthcoming for any of our reported issues. It wasn't as if the place was busy. A course on customer relations is badly needed!"

"We had a wonderful time at The Coop.. We had children of various ages with us and everyone was able to keep busy and find something to do. Lovely outdoor area and it was very busy, which proves just how popular it was. Service was good and everyone was very friendly. The food was tasty and the milkshakes and cakes great! The only let down was the sharing platter which could have done with a little more on it as some had more than others. Otherwise we had a lovely few hours here and recommend it!"
