"I find it extremely disrespectful when plates are cleared while someone is still eating. This occurred during both the main course and dessert. It was evident that the staff wanted us to finish quickly so they could prepare the table for breakfast, which was very rude. Additionally, we had to repeatedly remind the staff about our drink order. Overall, we were not satisfied with our dining experience and would not return to this restaurant."

a very limited menu that could be eaten from home from a package. the setting was nice, only the eating was overpriced for what it was under the average.

I can’t rate this hotel and the restaurant high enough. The food was lovely and the customer service was impeccable. I’ll definitely be returning there again!

Food was really good the only let down was the service. Took ages to request wine cooler and water. Asked for dessert menu but never received so just eventually asked for the bill. But would return as food was great.

I made a reservation for a table two weeks in advance and specifically requested a seat by the window. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that no window tables had been reserved, which was very disappointing. View menu

I think it's really rude to take plates when someone eats. This happened both with the main course and with the dessert. It was clear that the staff wanted us to go so that the table could be refurbished very rudely for breakfast. We also remembered that we were waiting for our drinks order. We wouldn't eat here again.

Service was friendly and great, the food was amazing, we we're married here 21 years ago today, an we returned every year for our anniversary unfortunately the service and food got the point that after 4 years we stopped coming. For a surprise for my wife i booked it again to give it a try. The overall experience was outstanding thankyou so much for all you did to make it special again, we will be back. 5 star all round.

"Absolutely average restaurant. Dirty bamboo table mats and super dirty windows, kinda sad to look out of them. Impatient service, who under 6 minutes 5 times came back trying to pressure me to take my order. I was confused as I thought it was a restaurant not a fast food place. Silly me who used to live in Japan though the menu is just like there, with pictures. How wrong I was...So getting my phone to have a look at their website, what kinda different that in the restaurant menu card one. When I tried to ask for reconditions, I didn't get any, she just straight away took the last what I asked. The steamed algae was very nice, but my noodle soup was a big surprise, as I have no idea what's roasted (burned) pepper and massive chunks of onions doing there? It's supposed to be sea food, but instead just some burned vegetables scared with frozen octopus, mussels and mini calamari rings poured up with chicken broth. So yeah, kinda disappointing. Drink wise I asked the waitress do they have any tonic water as it isn't listed on the menu card, she looked at me like I am a weirdo. I asked for Roku gin what is my favourite. On the receipt was counted as an extra pound because Japanese. Lol, no comment. Getting the drinks, from other restaurants you get the spirit on the rocks in the glass and front of you they pouring the mixer drink from the mini bottle. Here not, just straight away together as it comes. Oh and don't bother asking without lemon, because you are getting one either way. So Akasaka restaurant did not become my favourite one. Once and last. Easily can be forgotten. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Β£20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"
