"Food was amazing.Couldnt find any fault with the food.But the wait was ridiculous.for over an hour.One of our dishes was given first and had to wait for the rest of the stuffs again. Even though the staff apologized for it as there were short of staff .But what we noticed was that one of the families who came after was given the food earlier than us.They were given even glasses to drink water while we had to ask for a bottled water finally. I would say the customer service wasn't that great .but may get food from here as takeout."

"My friend, who is a consultant doctor, and I decided to visit this restaurant based on the outstanding reviews we had read in the past two weeks. However, our experience was quite different from what we had expected. The car park was free and spacious, but the toilets were not well-maintained and the waiter was not very helpful in guiding us to them. The dining area was lovely, but the music was too loud. The service was unprofessional and lacked precision, with a few errors in our order. The food was okay, with some dishes being overcooked and the portion sizes varying. Overall, for the price we paid, the poor service and mixed food quality, I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant."

"We went to Giftos last week. Due to ramzaan its jam packed at iftaar time. They dont take booking so the trick is to come minimum 20-25 mins early to get the table.They serve dates to break the fast. We called for few veg and non veg items I will give rating below. We were so hungry totally forgot to take photos Seekh kebab 3/5 Haleem 3.5/5 Matar Paneer 2.5/5 Paneer tikka 1/5 chicken karahi 3.5/5 Kulfi rabdri falooda 3/5 there was no rabdri and kulfi was ok in taste Not sure if the chefs were under pressure to make food at iftar time for so many tables. We found chkn Karahi bit oily. Over all the food was good. We will try once more once ramzan is over and if there is difference."

"I placed an order online through the restaurant's website using my Visa card processed by Worldpay. I received an email confirmation with the order number and estimated delivery time of 45-60 minutes around 7:06 pm. However, after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes and making 17 unsuccessful phone calls, I decided to visit the restaurant. The owner claimed they didn't receive my order, despite me showing him the email receipts and screenshots. He rudely suggested I contact the bank and showed no willingness to help or apologize for the inconvenience. Despite my bank account being charged, the owner refused to take responsibility for the issue. I received no food and encountered unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and seeking out other more hospitable options in Milton Keynes. Sizzling Grillz does not deserve even one star for their disgraceful conduct."

"this restaurant is fantastic. the personal is incredibly welcoming; they are always attentive. some nights that we were here, I and my partner are the only ones that night in the others that filled it in full, but in any case, the personal they make the feeling as if they were the only one they have. very good hospitality! the manager has always introduced himself and makes time for small talks. good man. eating is excellent, always perfecting. I always command the same when it had another resistance, the waiting team asked them to take the time to explain the supply problems. it still tastes fantastic. If they want to eat British Indians, they must visit! 5 stars is an understatement."

"I've been a couple of times and it really made an impression as I particularly wanted to return when I happened to be staying in Leeds with my family. The atmosphere is lovely with live piano music, spectacular views over the canal and large high ceilings and chandeliers. "I used to live in London and enjoyed this place many years ago, but because I now live in Cambridgeshire, I hadn't been for years. After a long walk from Finchley via Hampstead Heath, we were feeling hungry, so my partner suggested we go there. Having been greeted at the door by an immaculately dressed and friendly mâitre d', I knew immediately we were going to be in for a delightful evening, and so it proved. The food was impeccable and the service certainly the best I've experienced, in any restaurant, for quite some time (and we dine frequently at some well-known places in central London). Tandoori chicken, sizzling vegetables, Saag aloo, and perfect Naan were all supremely delicious. I wasn't in the mood for alcohol, so the salt Lassi was a super and refreshing alternative. My partner ate a delightful looking Subjee Begun pie as her main course, and we shared the vegetables. Great food and lovely restaurant all round. I cannot wait to come back."

"This place was in my wishlist for a while, had heard quite a lot about Tipu Sultan. If you live in or around Birmingham and talk about Indian Cuisine or Indian Restaurants you could be sure that you will get to hear about this one and for right reasons. We arrived there late around 9:30 pm on a weekday (It was a Monday actually and we were surprised to see it was still almost full,and this place is quite large, so expect bit of wait time if you head to this one on a weekend. Decor from outside doesn't look too great however the moment you walked in, it catches your eyes. Beautifully done, Lavishly decorated and Lovely Ambience specially those red lights and classic fort like antiques.After having a look at the drinks menu,you could be surprised that there's no alcoholic beverage,None. Yes that's right. Plenty of nice non-alcoholic options are available though to quench your thirst. We ordered a cocalada (Pineapple,Vanilla and Coconut and another drink which were quite refreshing.Lamb Chops as a starter were too good, It's also hailed as Tipu Sultan's signature dish. We had Hyderabadi Chicken Handi along with ever favourite Garlic Naan and a Murgh Biryani.Quantity was enough to serve 2, Naan was huge and tasty. Handi Chicken was good but was a bit dry to my liking, a little bit of gravy would have been great. Biryani was alright not really great. Another stand out thing about this place was cleanliness and courteous staff, they are friendly and polite. We finished off with a Black Currant Ice Cream and had really nice time at Tipu's. We even decided to get Nihari Gosht and a Naan packed for home. Awesome Place, Great Food and Nice Value for Money. Going again this week ;"

"I visited this restaurant to try the food and initially had a negative impression due to its small size. However, when the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I have never had such delicious food in the UK before. Impressed, I hired them for my daughter's mehndi ceremony at a hotel in Slough for 200 guests, who were all amazed by the quality and taste of the food. I plan to return tomorrow with my family to try more of their wonderful dishes such as malai boti, dam ka qeema, achari, halwa puri, and chaney. "Waited a few weeks before trying, to allow the place to settle. Wasnt sure what to try so played safe with pakora. Thinkng was that if a place can't get pakora right then that sends a clear message for more complex meals? I'm afraid it was a brutal experience and in all honesty the worst pakora I have ever tried and trust me, like a few, I have probably eaten my weight in pakora over the years. Other places cook and reheat too, I get it, but this was dry chicken pakora closer to rubber than chicken. And even if not made well at least other places give you chicken breast. A few bits were something else, gristle? Chucked those bits away, then quickly threw the rest in the bin. Sorry if you cant make the simplist of food, then no chance of trying anything else. Shame"
