"Terrible customer service, sent out chocolate cake with no use by date or lable showing ingredients. When I phone was told by manager that next time I ordered he would credit back my £6. When I phoned was told had to order £20 so that they could give me this back. Original order only cost £16. Manager would not even come on phone to speak to me. Will never order from them again."

"Genuinely shocked by some of the reviews on here, though note most of them are old so could be why. We've been ordering from Billy's for at least 6 months now and every time it's been delicious! Their chips are the best around for miles and their battered sausages are a treat too. Also their curry sauce is proper chippy curry sauce! #ifyouknowyouknow"

"Absolutely shameful service ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, which picked up with slices under the pizza and stuck to the box. called to explain the shop and the manager was nothing but rude and ignorant and said there was nothing he could do. so we then took the pizza to the store that is less than half a mile away and showed the staff....they didn't care and said it wasn't wrong there, but the delivery driver had admitted that they dropped the pizza before they did not deliver any refund or replace the pizza. Attitude is lively and they should definitely not run a kind of reataurant. AVOID!!! there are a million better places to order in Carlisle."

"The food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that some items came with fries, so we ended up with plenty of food at a great value! The portion of fish was very generous. Overall, one doesn't need to order a lot to feel satisfied."
