Your food is disgusting I am a chef and I have five star rating won't recommend you to anyone first time try never again

Sold my daughter the previous days reheated chips that were disgusting, he admitted they had been there a 'while ' when I called to complain, he replaced them for freshly cooked that were of good quality. Not good practice and i have contacted Environmental health.

I ordered a meal that only included salad, but when I called to say it was cooked with onions and peppers, I was told that I should have read the menu more carefully. They accused me of being rude and insisted that I should accept what I received. Overall, my experience was disappointing. View menu

Just had a very disappointing portion of fish and chips, chips dry and tasteless you could almost believe they were re- heated from lunchtime fish very small, poor quality and pricey for what you ended up with. Shame as this chip shop always used to be excellent quality. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone else.

While I can't complain about the taste of the food, my issue was with the staff. I had my chip butty in a makeshift setting, which appeared to be a broken bungalow that housed the pizza oven. I noticed some unappetizing things coming from the freezer. Overall, it was the treatment I received from the employees that left me disappointed.

I used to order from this restaurant pretty often, but I recently found a hair stuck in the cheese of my kababab pizza. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he claimed it had burned in the oven. If that were the case, I shouldn't have discovered it at all. At least UberEats refunded the cost of the pizza, but unfortunately, Bobby's has lost a loyal customer. View menu

The food quality is good, but the delivery service is inadequate. I ordered food via Uber Eats, as this establishment uses their own drivers. Two hours passed without any delivery or any update. When I phoned, I was told they had no drivers available. Unfortunately I had to drive to the store to collect the food, despite having paid for delivery. I was told the food had been sitting 'for 15 minutes ' but it was clear when I ate it that it had been sitting for a while. Overall, the food quality is good but this store really needs to improve their delivery. I would suggest you go collect food in person.

Ordered a pizza. Black as coal, contacted foodhub who offered me a £1.50 voucher! As the restaurant wouldn 't give a full refund.. yes they replaced the pizza but I would have given the meal for free with no charge( full refund given) had to settle for a £3 voucher instead. When I phoned bobby 's and told him it was burnt he said ahh yes I know okay, what is your address and I 'll send another one this tells me he knew it was burnt and thought I wouldn 't say anything, like It was okay to send it in the first place.. most of the time the foods actually alright but come on too look at the state of that pizza and think ohh that will be okay is wrong

Absolutely shameful service ordered a cheese and tomato pizza, which picked up with slices under the pizza and stuck to the box. called to explain the shop and the manager was nothing but rude and ignorant and said there was nothing he could do. so we then took the pizza to the store that is less than half a mile away and showed the staff....they didn't care and said it wasn't wrong there, but the delivery driver had admitted that they dropped the pizza before they did not deliver any refund or replace the pizza. Attitude is lively and they should definitely not run a kind of reataurant. AVOID!!! there are a million better places to order in Carlisle. View menu
