"I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I had specifically booked a table near the carvery because my mother, who is over 80, cannot walk far and needed a comfortable spot. Instead, I was seated near the entrance, which was too far for her to manage, so I ended up having to fetch both of our meals. I expressed my dissatisfaction to a young staff member, who informed me that the restaurant was fully booked and offered no alternatives. I noticed her speaking to someone who appeared to be the manager, but he didn’t come to check on us. We visit this restaurant frequently, so we were quite disappointed with how we were treated, especially considering how hard my mother tried to come out. It took some time for someone to notice we were waiting for drinks, but when the waitress did come by, she was very pleasant and checked on us after we finished our meal."
