"I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant when I bring my in-laws from Horsham. However, on this visit, I was disappointed by the unfriendly and serious demeanor of the waiter who served our table. The dessert selection was also limited, with only one option available, which was disappointing as I prefer variety. On a positive note, the waitress who assisted us was excellent; she was friendly, attentive, and made our experience enjoyable. Thank you."

The meat carvery at this restaurant was delicious, with well-seasoned meat that was already hot and perfectly cooked. It could use some more variety, maybe even a small salad on the side, but overall it was nice and tasty.

The staff were fantastic as always! We had two elderly individuals in our group who have limited mobility. The staff made sure our table was level and even adjusted the barrier so they could easily access the food stations!

Really nice to self serve again.good selection of food choices, little skimpy on the meat portion but overall very nice. Only disappointment was our server had been sent home so nobody tended to us so we had to ask for the bill. View menu

I have always enjoyed this restaurant. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The setting is great and the food very appetising. When I am in Crawley I always come to this restaurant because I know it will be enjoyable food and a warm welcome.

We are often visitors to Toby Carvery, but on. This opportunity we had the feeling that the service was very bad, I waited at the reception to talk to a team member that I had to wait when he was too busy talking to bar channels hopefully our next visit we will joke
