"When I booked to go to the restaurant I wrote to have a window seat as my son has autism and disability, but we weren’t given that but a table by the toilets and busy everyone walking past , I did say when I got there to be told I couldn’t have that , but this should of been brought to my attention before I came as you have my details ,"

The food and service were excellent. It would be helpful to have better lighting for those with older eyes. This restaurant is a wonderful spot to reconnect with old friends and enjoy a good conversation.

The service was terrible! Our table wasn't ready, they just threw the utensils and napkins on the table, our drink order was incorrect, and the ice machine wasn't working. The food was flavorful but low-quality.

I always enjoy a carvery, so this isn't my first time here and that's why we keep coming back. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and my grandkids love it. The service was excellent, even though it was busy and the staff handled it well. Overall, it was a very good experience.
